To je nekakva prastara verzija bazirana na debian 10 buster. Trenutna verzija je 13 (trixe). Zato ti ne radi.

Nadogradi ili instaliraj podrzanu verziju armbiana pa onda dalje

Da li je moguće, i kako, tu trenutnu verziju nadograditi na 13 truxie drito iz armbiana? Ili moram opet naći image ali s v13 i s balena-om ga zapisat na sd?

koliko vidim, image s armbianom su rađeni za razne verzije STB uređaja, od onih s Rockchip cipovima do amlogic-a. E sad, dal miram naći baš verziju prilagođenu za svoj chipset ili postiji neki univerzalni koji će raditi?

I bonus pitanje: obzirom kako će mi STB biti samo za pokretanje pihole-a, ne trebam aplikacije na linuxu a ova verzija koju imam je puna svega, dakle trebam neku ful light verziju s kojom smo pokrećem pihole

Probao sam zamijeniti buster s trixie i updejtat no izbacilo mi je errore nešto kako lib64 dir nije dir već fajl pa sam odlučio potpuno iz početka flashat SD s novom zadnjom verzijom, no sad mi se nije bootao u armbian već u android os pa moram vidjet gdje sam fulao. U međuvremenu sam našao ovaj tutorijal pa ću probat s njime pa javim ako zašteka

Long story short > pregazi sa novijom verzijom. Sve ostalo ce ti sa tom razinom znanja biti muka (bez uvrede).

Hvala svima na pomoći! Long story short: nanovo sam flashao s najnovijom lite verzijom s armbian.com i ono gdje je sam fulao prvi put je što nisam rename file u-boot-s905x-s912 u u-boot.ext
Uspio sam se normalno bootat u armbian i instalirat pihole

Prije par godina napravljen je flash Coreboot-a na Thinkpad W530 (Ivy Bridge). Linux je radio kako treba, ali se NetBSD zamrzavao kod povratka iz nekog deep statea, jer kernel ne podržava C6/C7 uopće IIRC (https://man.netbsd.org/acpicpu.4), uz to smo zaključili da se dešava kada CPU počne dizati clockove / voltažu. Vratili smo originalni BIOS jer stvari nisu funkcionirale.

2. Coreboot je sada funkcionalan na Ivy Bridge-u sa *BSD.

E sad...dosta je nepoznanica kod setupa sa Linux strane (pretpostavka je da je sustav instaliran na LVM+EXT4 setup al se ne spominje nigdje) ali bilo bi interesantno iste testove ponoviti sa optimiranim EXT4 i optimizacijama u I/O Scheduleru te čak i CPU Scheduleru i usporedno sa BTRFS/XFS/ZFS (koji bi bili sporiji). Unatoč tome rezultati su...interesantni .

Meni radi odlicno, spajam se na tridesetak masina i sve radi kako treba. Jedino me scaling mucio, ali to drzim na 100% kao neki kompromis.

It's finally time: a patch queued into one of the development branches ahead of the upcoming Linux 7.1 merge window is set to finally begin the process of phasing out and ultimately removing Intel 486 CPU support from the Linux kernel. Anyone still using an i486 CPU with an upstream Linux kernel would be incredibly rare and no known Linux distribution vendors are still shipping with i486 CPU support, but in case you are, you can continue to be running one of the existing Linux LTS kernel versions.

Timed for Easter this year is the seventh weekly release candidate for the Linux 7.0 kernel. If all goes well, Linux 7.0 stable will be out next week.

The Linux 7.0 cycle has been rather heavy with fixes but Linus Torvalds has expressed optimism over releasing on time that would put the stable release out next week on 12 April. But if things don't go well over the next week. there is the always the possibility of an extra release candidate and then releasing instead on 19 April.

As for what's new in Linux 7.0-rc7, there is improved security documentation focused on helping AI agents produce better security/bug reports. Linux 7.0-rc7 also has more graphics driver fixes, Razer Wolverine V3 Pro and Betop KP50 controller support due to just needing new device IDs added to the XPad driver, and a performance fix for the Atheros/Qualcomm Ath11k and Ath12k drivers for an issue that has existed since the drivers were introduced, and various other fixes.

Jesi gledao što logovi kažu? Nikad nisam osobno takvih problema imao.

Pitanje za znalce. Imam uefi dualboot na 2 diska zorin18 +win 10. Postoji li nacin da maknem zorin18 i stavim mint/ubuntu ili mozda nesto drugo da malo isprobam sta mi odgovara od distri a da ne zeznem dualboot ? Na linuxu sam noob, pa nisam siguran da necu nesto zeznut, mozda ima neki tool da napravim backup prije cackanja ako se to uopce moze

Pitanje za znalce. Imam uefi dualboot na 2 diska zorin18 +win 10. Postoji li nacin da maknem zorin18 i stavim mint/ubuntu ili mozda nesto drugo da malo isprobam sta mi odgovara od distri a da ne zeznem dualboot ? Na linuxu sam noob, pa nisam siguran da necu nesto zeznut, mozda ima neki tool da napravim backup prije cackanja ako se to uopce moze

Ak je Uefi Boot samo pregazi postojece particije i NE FORMATIRAJ /boot/efi (koristi bez formatiranja). U tom folderu imas EFI/zorin (valjda) folder kojeg naknadno mozes izbrisat i to je to. Ja sam tak imal UEFI boot za svo moguće UEFI kompatibilno govno, Linux, Windows, BSD, nikad problema.

Nemas sta kemijati. Pokrenes klasicnu instalaciju minta/ubuntua/cegavec i kad te pita na koji disk/particiju zelis instalirati samo odaberi ovaj gdje ti je vec ZorinOS.

Nemas sta kemijati. Pokrenes klasicnu instalaciju minta/ubuntua/cegavec i kad te pita na koji disk/particiju zelis instalirati samo odaberi ovaj gdje ti je vec ZorinOS.

Jasno hvala, ali svakako radim backup. Tko jednom izgubi podatke radi backup i bez potrebe

Edit: malo za noobse kao ja ili za one koji bi voljeli probat ali ne da im se cackati pa vracat winse. www.distrosea.com nudi online probu da ljudi vise manje vide zele li uopce isprobati linux.
