Ne samo to, čak je i problem kaj skuže da je baterija unutra pa sve zapne. Negdje sam čitao tak da je ekipa imala situacija...

Čak sam gledao da negdje na paketomat ostave blizu granice s Austrijom pa se zaletiti tamo autom/vlakom/busom... Ali ni to ne rade, čim je baterija ne može u paketomat...

Ne kužim da ne postoji nikakva opcija za transport baterija, ono kamionom za mjesec dana, direkt amazon.de -> HR.

Jer ovim lihvarima našima mi se ne ostavlja lova...

UPS najnormalnije prevozi baterije, više puta su mi dovozili, jedan od paketa je bio skoro 200 kg, samo ne znam da li Amazon šalje UPS-om.

Salju cesto UPS-om ako odaberes onu skuplju dostavu. Makar nisam nista tako veliko uzimao na taj nacin. Uzimao sam par mobova i neku elektroniku na taj nacin, sve je UPS donio. Samo jednom je bio HP i to me sokiralo, platio skuplji shipping, doslo puzevim korakom kao i s obicnom postom.

Ne šalje, u tome i jest problem. Nema nikakvih "skupljih" dostava ni ničega za odabrati. Jednostavno napiše da maknem artikl iz košarice i to je to...
Kada stavim neku njemačku adresu isto nemam za odabir dostave, samo kaže da će doći tad i tad i eventualno upute dodatne da napišem (kat, apartman...)

Jebemti amazon i njihov automatic/subscription dispatch, kako li već to zovu. Imao sam dvije kutije mačje hrane na intervalu 2 mjeseca i frajeri bez ikakve najave pošalju to malo prije u dva paketa. Shipping 50€, hrana 70€. Kontaktiram CS, bot je bio beskoristan, zatražim nekog živućeg, javi se moj imenjak (koja je za to vjerojatnost?!) i kaže da kada dobijem paket da zatražim refund. I onda kaže lik da je bio na ljetovanju u mom mjestu pred dvije godine Pa koji jebeni AI može to platit?!

Yup, pretplate ne funkcioniraju za free shipping. Ja redovito uzimam pretplate zbog popusta, stavim ponovno slanje na 6 mjeseci i onda u nekom trenu kad roba stigne otkažem. I jovo nanovo.

To je očlito bolja opcija. Napravio sam i ja tako nekoliko puta, pa rekoh ajde da probam "pretplatu". I kur*ina. Ako mi ne vrate tih 50 eura biti ću baš ozlojeđen.

Nemam ja problem s hranom, to je OK, nego taj lik mi je rekao da preuzmem pa da mi budu refundali shipping. Mislim da budem još jednom kontaktirao podršku.

Evo samo da javim, baterija uspješno stigla u HR, kurir: prijatelj koji je bio na poslovnom putu u DE. Naručio na njegov hotel, tamo dostavili, recepcija predala njemu i on dovezao u HR.


Čitao sam sve i svašta zbog "specijalnog tereta" i načina transporta i jednostavno sam odustao od direkt dostave, a i čini mi se da bi bila "skuplja pita od tepsije"

Evo da prijavim vezano za moj slučaj sa amazon subscription:
- dva itema su bila na subsciptionu (vrijednost ukupno preko 70€)
- fakturirani su odvojeno i na oba je naplaćen shipping
- poslani su i primljeni u jednom paketu
- kontaktirao podršku, tražio refund (tek nakon što prođe expected delivery date) i odobrili mi. Očekujem da će i sjesti

Ako je cilj subscriptiona da ti šalju bez da se ti moraš zajebavati s naručivanjem, sistem je žešći fail

Meni je danas došla poruka da su poslali usisavač. Novi datum dostave je bio 18.3. tako da je ovo lijepo iznenađenje.
Što se tiče supporta, ja sve riješavam na mail i na moju žalbu dali su mi 40€ na iduću narudžbu kao odštetu zbog odgode i čekanja.

Napisao sam da mi ne žele vratiti razliku u cijeni koja je nastala od moje narudžbe do njihovog slanja i da takvo što nisam doživio na Aliexpresu i da Ali ima puno bolju korisničku podršku za ovakve stvari. I da, nemam gdje drugdje napisati ovako nešto.

Ima sličnih rivjua ali se ne spominje konkurencija. Gdje ljudi isto napišu, proizvod je dobar ali se amazonova podrška srozala. Ja sam baš htio pecnut malo sa nelojalnom kineskom konkurencijom koja doduše vj nema uopće RMA tj ja ni ne računam na isti kada kupujem tamo, ali kada nisam zadovoljan proizvodom ili je isti mrtav ili oštećen, uvijek me ispoštuju.

BTW borim se preko mailova sa njima, i uporni su u otkantavanju i to sam par puta dobio instant odgovor dok nisam spomenuo supervizore i sada čekam odg. Samo mi govore da vratim proizvod i da ne vraćaju razliku u cijeni. A meni nije ni najmanji problem pisati mailove.

EDIT: Eh da, morao sam i promijeniti mail za amazon račun zbog ovoga jer su mi rekli da moj mail provider (net freemail koji mi služi za govnarije) nema sigurnosne standarde koje oni zahtjevaju. Naravno, za kupovinu je dobar bilo koji email.
Zaboravio javiti, ugl ništa od refunda, samo su mi X puta C/P uvijek isti odg da mogu vratiti mob.

Oduševljen sam supportom.

Kupio nedavno rack za utege i stigao malo oštećen. Savijen lim koji sam odmah vratio u prvobitno stanje . Javio njima da ne tražim ništa ali da pripaze kod pakiranja jer kut nije dobro zaštićen . They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. Meni su inace oni brutalni sa uslugom. Namucio se jesam za vratit firetab, ali su besplatno zamjenili puknuti ekran, davali su i besplatno stvari koje su kasnile...

A da ne spominjem da se nesto dogodilo sa dostavom, narucio sam u nedjelju popodne posiljku, evo je jutros dosla.

Stvarno u pravilu ne rade probleme ni oko povrata ni nista. Sa firetabom sam se namucio jer oni kroz sustav mogu dati povrat samo sa mailboxa na mailbox za neke artikle tako da ono okej je, ja zaobilazim pravila sa mailboxom, ali sijecam se djeciji sterilizator, crka, ja njima snimio kako se ponaša, poslali su novi u roku pola sata. Došao je do kraja tjedna bez da sam iti vratio stari. Rekli su "to su dječiji artikli znamo kako je to bitno bla bla"

Nekad nazivcira taj njihov flow koji moras proc, ali usluga nemjerljiva sa ikim nasim osim ovih par manjih (uzi, futura)

Jučer naručio na amazon DE, danas dispatched, 2 od 4 itema imaju Li baterije
PIše da idu nekakvom AT poštom s povećim tracking brojem.

Moja iskustva s Amazonom su vrhunska.
Prije neki dan vratio sam Dreame usisavač preko pošte jer DHL nije dostupan. Vratili su mi sav novac od poštarine i proizvoda.
Daju mjesec dana za vraćanje proizvoda. Usisavač sam koristio oko tri tjedna i odlučio ga vratiti. Moja prva verzija Xiaomi robot usisavača je za ovaj pravi space shuttle. Odlučio sam zadržati Xiaomi dok ne rikne.
Prije nego što su ponudili vratiti cijeli iznos, nudili su opcije da mi vrate određeni iznos, a da ipak zadržim usisavač.
Jučer mi je stigla mašina za veslanje. Nakon slaganja sam skužio da ne radi mehanizam za mijenjanje težina. Prvo su mi ponudili da mi vrate 30% od cijene, zatim 50%, a na kraju smo se dogovorili da pošalju novu i preuzmu neispravnu istovremeno.
Odmah reagiraju, praktični su, nemam ništa loše za reći. Usluga je sami vrh.

Moguće, jer sam upravo naručio laptop, i pokazuje mi neobično brzu dostavu. A najčešće im je taj delivery estimate koji se pojavi nakon što se potvrdi plačanje prilično točan.

Definitivno su nešto jako promijenili.

Upravo su mi poslali laptop, 26h od narudžbe do slanja nečega sa baterijom sa amazona mi se još nije desilo. Čak je i datum dostave ostao isti - 19.03.
