A kaj je sa automobilom? Mislim lako se vidi imaš li automobil....i za to si dužan platiti.
Ne mogu, osim provjerom uz nalog u MUP-u, znati čiji je to automobil odnosno na koga glasi. Možda je leasing, možda je rentani, možda je od babe koja živi na drugoj adresi i plaća pretplatu.

Na prijedlog za ovrhu se obavezno piše žalba u roku, mislim da je tjedan dana. Onda ide sudac za prekršaje gdje tužitelj mora dokazati posjedovanje nekog prijemnika (ne dolaziti na sud sa mobitelom), s obzirom da to ne mogu dokazati gube spor. Nisi čitao sve što piše u papirima koje si dobio, nisi se raspitao.
raspitao sam se. i rijesio sve.
ne placam nista i odjavio sam
ne sjecam se tocno redoslijeda ali sam odjavio tv kod hrta i s tim isao ovrsiteljima. ne sjecam se odvjetnickog drustva koje je bilo. oni su odustali od svojih troskova. jer sam bio fer i pristao platiti prvih 6 mjeseci. i nakon toga odjavio tv.
nisam htio ulaziti u detaljer jer su svi ovdje vec objasnili par puta kako odjaviti. ja sam ga odjavio jos dok je bilo malo jednostanije i nisu trazili silne potvrde od prodaje, kvara itd itd.

samo sam htio komentirat kak nije pozeljno bas ignorirati uplatnice jer ce onda doci ovrha.

kad smo kupili stan tad je bivsi vlasnik sve odjavio sa sebe i prijavio mene, voda, struja, smece i izmedu ostalog i hrt.
na kraju sam i njega odjavio i ne otvaram nikome vrata. mozda nitko ni ne dolazi. tko zna.

maxonja, odjavi uređaj koji je inicijalno i prijavljen (jamačno TV), od kontakata nemoj stavljati ništa. To što ti gurnu obrazac pod nos, ne znači da moraš sve popuniti. To je njihova forma i oni ju stalno mijenjaju. Da traže broj tvoje kartice, datum isteka i onaj kurac od šifre, da li biš im dao to? U HRTa je 99% svega APP.

Roy, širiš dezinformacije, iako očito imaš dobru namjeru.

Na ovrhu se daje prigovor, ne žalba. Ovrhu se napada prigovorom ili zbog toga što nešto nije u redu sa samom ovrhom kakvu je napravio javni bilježnik, ili zbog toga što nešto nije u redu sa prijedlogom za ovrhu. Pretpostavljam da 99% prigovora ide s ovim drugim razlogom.

Kada taj predmet konačno dođe na sud (nakon više koraka; plaćaš sud, pa tužitelj šalje svoj podnesak pa ti odgovaraš na to njihovo i šalješ svoje dokaze), onda to pravilu bude spor male vrijednosti (10k KN je mensečini bio limit; u sporu male vrijednosti svi dokazi moraju biti poslani prije pripremnog/glavnog ročišta! samo je jedno ročište, ali zakon je tu nejasan!) i kao takav ide po skraćenom/jefinijem postupku. Problem je što ti predmeti suca vidjeti neće vjerojatno nikad nego se njima bave sudski pomoćnici koji su, prema mojem iskustvu, ekstra neobrazovani i nezainteresirani. Gluposti koje sam čuo, ja kao laik, od tih ljudi su nevjerojatne.

Zato kažem da su to sve uglavnom prepisivači i u takvom sistemu rezultat ima tendenciju biti relativno nausmičan, ali ipak snažno priklonjen podržavanju sistema.

Prvo ide prijedlog za ovrhu koja postaje pravomoćna ako se po slučaju ne žališ, ako si uložio žalbu na ovrhu onda slučaj ide na sud a tužitelj mora dokazati posjedovanje prijemnika.

Pa nije valjda netko to plaćao 7 godina? Logično da je trebalo odjaviti prijemnik zbog smrti vlasnika i priložiti smrtovnicu.

SPLiFF možeš dobiti taj novac natrag ako dobiješ spor i tražiš povrat troškova. Tu ti još minimalno pripada i dnevnica i putni troškovi. Naravno, dobivanje spora na OS je teško, ako ne i nemoguće. Barem u nekim gradovima, to su generacije prepisivača i beskičemnjaka.
To bi bila zdravorazumna pretpostavka, međutim meni su na sudu rekli da ne postoji način za povrat tog iznosa. Zapravo se ne radi o sporu, ali evo nisam siguran, možda se javi netko tko je uspio dobiti povrat.
Što se samog ročišta tiče, ovrhovoditelj se nije ni pojavio (jer nisu ni imali osnovu za ovrhu) tako je da sudska savjetnica odbacila prijedlog za ovrhu.

Ček ček, ovo mi zvuči naopako. Ne može bivši vlasnik nekretnine prijaviti novog vlasnika za bilo što. Na novom vlasniku je da dokaže vlasništvo nad nekretninom i sklopi ugovore za režije.
Zapravo, vjerojatno bi jedino HRT prihvatio i da random cigo prijavi tvoj TV prijamnik

Ha izgleda da se moze. Al ne samo hrt. Svima. Uz naravno dokaz o prodaji stana.

Strana koja je izgubila treba strani koja je dobila nadoknaditi sve troškove. Kako sam napisao prije, problem je što su ti ljudi na sudu ekstremno needucirani.

FYI...
Poslao ovo. Dobio nazad odgovor da je obrazac nevažeći, i skupa sa tim odgovorom poslali važeći obrazac, tj. onaj u kojem treba zaokružiti zašto otkazuješ pretplatu, i dostaviti dokaz ako ti je TV crka/prodan/nepopravljiv, itd.

But wait, there's more!

Znači neke od opcija koje oni "prihvaćaju" su:

1. Neupotrebljivost zbog kvara

a) Potvrda o odlaganju na otpadu

Obišao sam nekoliko el. otpada i nitko fizičkoj osobi ne želi dati potvrdu da sam odložio uređaj, samo pravnim osobama.
Pitao HRT emailom kako oni misle da ja dobijem tu potvrdu, odgovora nema.

b) Potvrda ovlaštenog servisa o neispravnosti uređaja

Šta je to ovlašteni servis za TV star 20 godina koji je crka ?
Ali ajmo reć da taj magični servis i nađemo, sad treba na otpadu naći crknuti TV, odnit ga u taj servis i onda moliti na koljenima da ti daju nekakvu potvrdu da je tvoj TV crka. Koliko god apsurdno ovo bilo, ovo je još najlakša opcija


2. Prodaja

Jedna od solucija je "prodaja prijamnika", gdje oni traže "Izjavu o prodaji ili drugi dokaz". Samo me zanima šta to oni smatraju izjavom o prodaji i kako oni misle da će fizička osoba, koja prodaje stari prijamnik preko npr. Njuškala, nabavit ikakvu potvrdu o toj transakciji ?

Ovdje traže "Izjavu o darovanju ili drugi dokaz".
Znači ako sam nekom darovao TV star 20 godina vrijednosti €0, sad vjerojatno oni traže da sa tom osobom idem u javnog bilježnika i ovjerim Ugovor o darovanju ?
I koji k. je "drugi dokaz" u ovim slučajima?


Ostale opcije nisu opcija (preseljenje, smrt, odlazak u dom, krađa, itd.).

U staroj verziji obrasca si davao "izjavu" kako više nemaš prijemnik pod kaznenom odgovornosti blah blah preprodaja mikroskopa kenj kenj, i to je bilo. Da napišeš da si prodao TV nekom nepoznatom čovjeku s kojim si stupio u kontakt preko oglasnika i potpišeš, to bi po njihovim velebnim kriterijima trebalo biti dovoljno.

Pretpostavljam da će u budućim verzijama obrasca biti potrebno s kupcem otići kod bilježnika, pa onda obrazac skupa sa ovjerenim ugovorom u 5 kopija, te uzorkom urina i stolice dostaviti osobno na neku adresu ulica b.b. i to između 0:00 i 0:45 svake treće srijede u mjesecu.

Jedino što se mogu nadati je da ovo izdrkavanje indicira kako ljudi ipak odjavljuju to smeće.

Ukinuti cestarine odmah i ENC preimenovati u HRT i staviti HRT naljepnicu na vjetrobransko staklo umjesto tehničkog pregleda ili znaka invaliditeta.

Ja sam nakon 3310 i nakon toga Siemens c35 ili tako nekako. Potonji je imao radio prijemnik i mogao si ostvariti prijem ako si ukopčao slušalice. Naravno da nisam to nikada koristio niti sam imao slušalice s tim blesavim konektorom.

Imam jedno pitanje.
U slučaju preseljenja u novoizgrađenu kuću. Ujedino i prva i jedina nekretnina na moje ime. Nije još namještena.
Evo primjer. Uselim, dobijem uporabnu. Plaćam račune. Struja, voda, komunalno, internet...

Pretpostavljam da će mi HRT pretplata doći "sama od sebe" na adresu? Ne vjerujem da se je itko ikada prijavio sam na HRT da plaća pristojbu?
Ono što zapravo želim pitati. Mogu kako unaprijed spriječiti sve ovo gore da se ne moram zahebavati kasnije?
