Benchmarks show that top-tier systems, such as Ryzen 9800X3D CPUs paired with RTX 5090 GPUs, still encounter stuttering at max settings without DLSS 4 enabled. Upscaling helps stabilize frame rates but introduces trade-offs like latency and reduced image quality.
