Zato kaj je jeftino za napraviti.

I ima dovoljno poslovnih prilika da mogu otići na drugi kraj zemlje i da ih zaboli ona stvar za kuću u kojoj su živjeli.
Da to je istina. Jednostavno toga nema i jako je skupo. I znam da mi tetak uvijek silji pricu kako je drvo zdravije od betoncine tako da moze i to biti.

Spor je upravo započeo, čeka se prva rasprava.
Sreća za njih da imaju pametnog upravitelja koji im je na brzinu izboksao pravnu osobnost i OIB pa u tužbu idu kao zgrada tj. pravni subjekt i što ih je požurivao da pokrenu spor prije isteka garancije.
Investitor neće ugasiti firmu jer je glupan naveo za investitora svoju firmu za promet nekretninama koja dobro posluje. Inače, glup je ko qrac, ali znaš kako to ide kod takvih - Rolex, Cayenne, pres**avanja po TT-u i te sheme.

Ja sam u sporu sa Teraplantom, ista shema, oni su bili u Jaruscici na jednom broju, a nadzor im je 2 broja dalje.

Barem su se potrudili. Ja imam situaciju gdje je jedan izvodač uvijek kao nadzor naručiteljima nudio jednu firmu, koja gle čuda ima sjedište na istoj adresi kao izvodač.
I onda iz svakog projekta tog izvodača bi nastalo barem 3-5 parnica, jer bi se pojavili misteriozni van troškovnički radovi i naknadni radovi koje bi amenovao nadzor.
Jer nadzor je neovisan

Porsche se lako proda, a i nova firma se lako osnuje.

Ne kontam tu njihovu izgradnju drvenih kuća.
Kada se gradi kako spada, drvene kuće su itekako otporne na vodu, vjetar i potres. Betonske građevine se mogu mjeriti s drvenim kućama po pitanju otpornosti na potres samo zahvaljući serklažima. Drvo je elastično. Možda bude malo škripilo

To što se može vidjeti po amerikama je rezultat loših materijala, loše gradnje i institucionalizirane korupcije. Ima po amerikama starih drvenih kuća (drveni match stick frame + straw bale) koje stoje preko 100 godina. Doduše, straw bale nije na vlagu otporan nikako. Tako u pravilu rade samo u suhim krajevima.

Gledao sam video nekog lika koji je obnavljao ili šta je već radio sa jednom drvenom starinom kroz koju si mogao vidjeti. Krov je valjda propuštao preko deset godina, maltene samo golo drvo je ostalo. Međutim, nije bilo truleži pošto se zbog prozračnosti drvo stiglo nakon namakanja dobro posušiti.

People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them.
