New Features

This release of the ATI Catalyst™ Software Suite includes Crossfire™ enhancements that enable the Alternate Frame Rendering (AFR) Crossfire rendering mode by default so that users will see significant performance benefits across all AFR compatible applications immediately (including newly released applications, so users do not have to wait for a future ATI Catalyst™ release to add Crossfire™ support for newly released titles). Future ATI Catalyst™ releases will add further Crossfire™ performance gains once new applications have been profiled specifically for Crossfire™.

Issues Resolved in the ATI Catalyst™ Software Suite 7.1

The following section provides a summary of the issues that are resolved in the latest release of the ATI Catalyst™ Software Suite. These include:
Desperados 2: The game no longer fails to play and display an error in atioglxx.dll when AA is enabled. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25109
Rome: Total War: Display corruption is no longer noticed when playing the game on an AMD Dual Core or Intel Dual core system containing an ATI X1800 series product. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25103
Sniper Elite: Playing the game under Windows XP with a Radeon™ X1600 series installed no longer results in texture corruption being noticed. Further details can be found in topic number 737-22820
Splinter Cell Double Agent: Corruption is no longer noticed when playing the game with AA enabled. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25104
X-29:Launching an X-29 application on a system containing an ATI display adapter no longer results in an error message being displayed. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25169
During video playback, DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) is now available when CrossFire mode is enabled. Further details can be found in topic number 737-23447
Attempting to maximize an OpenGL application window no longer results in either the OpenGL window maximizing slowly or the system failing to respond. Further details can be found in topic number 737-23717
Clicking on the Restore Factory Defaults button found in the ATI Catalyst Control Center™->TV Properties no longer results in the TV position failing to be restored to the factory defaults. Further details can be found in topic number 737-24346
Setting the display panel attributes to Scale Image to Full Panel Size, followed by entering an S3 state no longer results in the desktop failing to resume to a full screen mode. Further details can be found in topic number 737-24348

The Force TV Detection is no longer available for activation on systems that do not have a TV connected to it. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25167
MCE no longer fails when scanning channels or when switching from digital channels to analog. Further details can be found in topic number 737-25099

Da, stvarno su blentavi što se toga tiče. Nema ni WDM drivera, a ni MMC se ne može instalirat, ako ne stavim compatibility mod. Nadam se da će to srediti do sljedećeg mjeseca.

Stvarno bolesno insatalira sam ove nove drivere i nemogu pomicati slider bar u CCC-u.Prije instalacije drivera očistio san registre i deinstalira stare drajvere

Enable Ati overdrive je izbljeđeno!?:confused:

Ne vidim je li itko komentirao, pa cu ja prvi, unatoc usprkos mnogim greskama koje mi izbaci svaki put pri instalacija drivera i ccc-a, moram priznati da sam primjetio znacajno ubrzanje otvaranja CCC-a u usporedbi sa 6.12 driverima. Neznam sad jel to samo kod mene, ali lijepo je za vidjet

Da ponovimo znanje- tko koristi CCC zaslužuje sve kaj ga snađe
Mislim da su samo driveri i ATT puno bolja kombinacija.

Ne moraš, ali to je trenutno jedini način za podešavanje nekih naprednijih stvari osim rezolucije, dubine boja i refresh ratea...

Hehe, problem je u tome što s Vistom ne dolaze nikakvi dodatni driveri, samo oni zaduženi za D3D...

Driveri u Visti postoje-ali samo Theater 550 serija radi ok.

CCC? : nono :, mene više nervira kaj lijeni omega nebu nove drivere izbacio do sljedeće prestupne.

A pošto vidim da opet nekj ne štima sdriverima ću ja fino svoju 1950xt ganjat i dalje s 6.12, i živjet u nadi d abu nekaj bilo od novih omegi.

6.12? Slabo ti to.. ja imam 5.12 lol
imam stari 9800SE modan u PRO (uostalom pise u sigu) i vis emanje ne igram nis osim Guild Warsa pa mi ni ne treba nis moderno i jako... a kolko znam to je zadnja verzija bez CCCa (iskreno ni neam pojma..presto sam se zamarat driverima..nema smisla..svaki mjesec ista prica).. i radi savrseno.. benchmarkovi me ne hebu pol posto..

Ma pogotovo za starije kartuše tipa 9800. No, CCC pod Vistom i CCC pod Xp nemaju veze jedno s drugim. Dva totalno različita softa.

Ma mene samo zanima stabilnost.. nekakve aplikacije mi ne trebaju.. a ak oce "prckat po slici" imam ATI Tray Tools..

Jel se moze uopce danas samo dobit DRIVERE? A ne cijeli paket? Dakle onaj INF file i sta vec ide s njim (tak da napraivm samo UPDATE) .. pogotovo samo za jedan model graficke.. hebo ih paket od 50MB.....kome to sve treba...

Može,samo driveri su oko 12mb i možeš ih skinuti na Ati-evoj stranici.

Mene bas zanima kakvi su driveri za nVidiu ,nemam nista iskustva s tim grafama pa me bas zanima dali se i oni zale kao i mi ? nevidim bas thredova te tematike : lol2 : ...
A valjda smo mi Ati fanovi osudeni na vjecno za***avanje s tim driverima , dosao Amd ,umjesto da je bolje jos je GORE !

Tjah, šta misliš da su i oni neka sreča, pogotovo od kad su dobili novi control panel. Nije neka sreča, vjeruj.

Sasvim sam zadovoljan sa ovim novim driverima..i da imaju 12mb bez onih control panela..preporuka..barem netrebate čekati taj ***eni load kod startupa---oni koji imaju 512 znaju o čem pričam

i mene ! Trenutno gulim po Omegi 3.8.291 (6.9 Catalyst) a kako mi sve radi ko pupa necu mijenjat dok lijeni omega ne izbaci nove

Vidim da su svasta promjenili na ATI.com od kad sam ja zadnji put bio tam
pocevsi od ovog Driver Findera pa do onog 12MB downloada... sve u svemu nije lose

Još ako mi se sa 7.1 prestane WoW rušit..gdje bi mi bio kraj onda..: lol2 : , zasipao sam Blizzard tako i tako sa tonom prigovora..hehe...na račun 2.0.3 i 2.0.4 patcheva..koji izazivaju blank screen,XP freeze

Navode se najnoviji driveri,i isključivanje Fast writesa kao rješenje crasheva..vidjet ćemo..jel 7.1 to uspjela riješiti..
