Zar ima netko tko koristi Linux za graficki dizajn i slicne stvari? Znam da su se nekad UNIX-i kojekakvi koristili za grafku, pogotovo IRIX i, mozda NeXTStep, ali danas pored Windows i MacOS alata za obradu fotografija ne vidim zasto bi itko koristio Linux... Uostalom, tamo imas GIMP oduvijek...

Da, ima, pogotovo za one koji tek počinju ili hobiste. No Gimp nije zamjena za najbolje što se nudi na profesionalnom tržištu. Darktable je dosta popularna opcija za Linux korisnike. Ima tu još par opcija:

Photoshop i Lightroom još imaju alternativu, jer koriste fileove s ekstenzijama koji su univerzalne. JPEG ili bilo koja verzija RAW-a, TIFF, PNG...

Uzmi illustrator ili indesign file i probaj ga otvoriti u bilo kojoj alternativi. Ne ide.
Netko s Adobe paketom ti mora exportati file u nekom opskurnom formatu kojeg će onda Affinity moći prepoznati, a ni to nije garancija da ćeš vidjeti istu stvar koju vidiš kad otvoriš Adobe. Eksportirao sam jedan kompliciraniji dizajn s oko 50-ak layera i otvorio u Affinity i kompletno se raspala hijerarhija.

Što je kompliciraniji dizajn, to je manje šanse da ćeš s alternativom moći išta konkretno napraviti.

Probao sam preći na Affinity. Platio sam cijeli paket još prije par godina i natjerao se prebaciti, nije išlo.

Affinity sam kupil prek ms storea iako ga skoro nikad nemam potrebe koristiti ali htel sam podržati alternativu i kaj se tiče developera i kaj se tiče distribucije.

Šteta kaj ih je Canva kupila, nažalost očekujem uskoro nekakav bullshit sad kad su postali free, kratkoročno je ok ali sve to besplatno na kraju postane skupo.

EDIT: aha, to zapravo nije V2 niti V1, nego "all-new-affinity" ��

v2 je i dalje dostupan za skinuti ali neće dobiti updejtove. Niš, skidam ga i ide u prezervaciju.

Ja sam kupio Affinity 1.0 i 2.0 (suite) isto da ih podrzim ali nikad nisam koristio za neki projekat .

A to je problem nas koji smo odrasli na Adobe/Corel/Quark programima za obradu fotografija tj. vektorskod dijela.

Danas mladi koriste Canvu i neke nove programe.

Valjda još sve izdavačke kuće koriste Adobe/Corel/Quark programe pa je lakše kada trebaš otvoriti nekaj starije.

Ajd za fotografije je skoro pa svejedno osim ako nema layere ali svaki gotovu fotku možeš otvoriti u bilo kojem pregledniku, kao i knjigu/ilustraciju koja je rađena u InDesignu/Illustratoru ako ih pretvoriš u PDF tj. sliku.

Meni se ne da učiti Canva i ti novi programi pa pokušavam u onome što mi je offline od apova (ne znam jel ima i Canva offline). Ali za neke stvari koristim GIMP + Inkscape. Mada se probao natjerati i na Scribus ali tu mi fali finoća InDesigna ali napravio bih.

Je, pokušavam koristiti free appove što je više moguće.

Zar nema i MPC-HC tu mogućnost? Ne gledam baš filmove, ali vidim da skidanje titlova postoji u opcijama.

Inače koristim LibreOffice Writter koji je defaultni na Linux Mintu. Ali treba mi sad Word za neke zajedničke dokumente.
Imam ja i licencu za windowse 10 koju sam dobio besplatno kao student. Nisam vjerovao da će mi ikad zatrebati.

Još jedna zanimljivost oko OnlyOffice je da ga je moguće instalirati na bilo koju verziju Windowsa uključujući sve do Windowsa XP

They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Zašto ne? AGPL ne brani commercial use.

Muljaju sa AGPL, ne daju prava na logo a forkovi ne smiju mjenjati logo što u praksi znači da su efektivno zabranili forkanje: https://isitreallyfoss.com/projects/onlyoffice/

Ja sam shvatio da treba platiti for commercial use. Ako se moze free , onda super, bitno da nema problema oko legalnosti koristenja.

Mislim da ovaj enterprise edition podrazumijeva korištenje u kojem krajnji korisnik neke enterprise usluge koristi only office kao dio usluge koja se naplaćuje.

Ja se nisam prebacio na onlyoffice prvenstvno zbog tog muljanja s licencom, a libreoffice mi je OK za to šta meni treba.

Koliko vidim “community edition” mozes slobodno koristiti u komercijalne svrhe, jedino sto traze je da ako modificiras kod da ga moras i objaviti.

U odnosu na enterprise verziju, ovdje nemas support (zato se enterprise placa).
