S Amazonom nešto opako ne štima. Gledam mašinu za veslanje koju sam kupio 3.11.2025. i tada je došla za 9 dana, sada ako je ponovo naručim dostava je između 5 i 8mj.2026. i za Njemačku i Hrvatsku.
Aliexpress funkcionira bez problema, stvari dođu za max 14 dana.
U čemu je stvar?

Meni s amazona uredno dolazi, nije mi u zadnje vrijeme ništa zaglavilo. Jedino sam im narudžbu nekog tableta još lani bio poništio, vjerojatno je to taj problem s baterijama. Možda imaju i neki problem sa glomaznijim paketima?

U čemu je stvar?
Možda proizvodač ergometra ima backlog narudžbi, i prije toga datuma neće imati primjeraka slobodnih za prodaju na tržištu.
Nije to ništa čudno, uredno se dešava recimo za unifi uređaje,tv-ove i ostalo.

moje iskustvo je da u zadnje vrijeme sve ide jako brzo ako dolazi preko Hrvatske Pošte.

Više pošiljki mi je došlo nekoliko dana prije od procjene koju daje Amazon.

Navodno su im Amazon paketi prioritet...

Ma naručio sam i usisavač još u 12 mjesecu, pa je trebao doći u 2mj, nije došao, novi termin je sad krajem 3.
Uz još ovo da je mašina za veslanje prije dolazila za 9 dana, a sad za 3 do 6mj. kao da smo u Tunguziji. Nešto ne valja.

Više pošiljki mi je došlo nekoliko dana prije od procjene koju daje Amazon.

Navodno su im Amazon paketi prioritet...
Pogotovo ako dolazi iz talijanskih skladišta, u subotu naručio sjedalicu za auto za malu, u utorak jutro isporučena.
Usporedbe radi pismo od Splita do Kaštela (14 km udaljenosti) putovalo 10 dana.

Evo ja sam mob naručio 7.1. i poslan je u srijedu (11.22) i danas mi je došao (što ej to...5 dana cca).
Trenutno sam na njihovom totalno skrivenom chatu gdje se borim da mi spuste cijenu (tj vrate razliku) jer je u međuvrmenu pala otkad sam ga naručio, pa do dana kada su ga poslali.
Javim ishod.

EDIT: LOL, dakle kurčina, nedaju, genijalci kažu otrpilike, vrati da vidimo stanje pa ti vratimo lovu pi puta oko, pa si opet naruči po sniženoj cijeni.
Vele ne radimo price matching, ja kažem kakav ebeni price matching, ne uspoređujem vas sa drugima, nego sa samima sobom.
Ugl okačio sam rivju gdje sam napisao ono što i mislim, a to je da je aliexpress puno PUNO bolji po pitanju customer supporta, ali sam i poprilično siguran da će moj rivju netragom nestati.

E da, i još su taj chat sakrili da se moraš baš opako potrudit da ga pronađeš, i onda ti likovi tamo odgovaraju po npr 5min dok nešto napišu, a ako ti njima ne odgovriš u roku od 30ak sekundi se gase i onda ti se javi drugi kada pošalješ odg. Imao sam ih 4-ero u 10ak min dopisivanja.

Naručio kindle 03.02 i piše da je dostava 17.03. Još nije otpremljen niti su skinuli novce s računa. Valjda neće kasniti. Prošli kindle prije par godina stigao za par dana.

Ne znam jel takav stav supporta jer ste u HR, ali evo ja nesto prije Bozica kupio Xiaomi robot usisavac na Amazonu i nakon 20 dana vidim snizili ga za 85€. Uletim na chat i odmah otvoreno pitam jel zele da ga vratim pa kupim novi za 85€ manje ili se moze drugacije rjesiti. Za 5 sekundi stize odgovor da nema potrebe da vracam nego da cu dobiti 90€ nazad. I tako je i bilo. Sutradan novci na racunu bili.
Malo prije nove godine narucim TCL soundbar. Kasnio je 5-6 dana i ja opet na chat, pitam agenta jel sve ok, odmah stize isprika radi kasnjenja i 50€ Gutschein iako je Soundbar kostao nesto malo vise od 100€.

Meni je danas došla poruka da su poslali usisavač. Novi datum dostave je bio 18.3. tako da je ovo lijepo iznenađenje.
Što se tiče supporta, ja sve riješavam na mail i na moju žalbu dali su mi 40€ na iduću narudžbu kao odštetu zbog odgode i čekanja.

I Ameri i Švabe znaju da mi imamo veliko dupe i volimo ga primati, zato su takve stvari moguće samo kod nas. Od katastrofalnog supporta do bezobraznih cijena, kao da smo Dubai, nema krize, nabij cijenu, ne žali.

A dobro ima smisla, stavljas review proizvoda ne sellera i shippinga, al tribaju dat misto i za sellera ocijenit ko ebay sta ima. Zasto bi iPhone 18 ultra max super pro dobio 1 zvjezdicu zato jer je seller nesposoban poslat, a mobitel je skroz ok.

Napisao sam da mi ne žele vratiti razliku u cijeni koja je nastala od moje narudžbe do njihovog slanja i da takvo što nisam doživio na Aliexpresu i da Ali ima puno bolju korisničku podršku za ovakve stvari. I da, nemam gdje drugdje napisati ovako nešto.

Ima sličnih rivjua ali se ne spominje konkurencija. Gdje ljudi isto napišu, proizvod je dobar ali se amazonova podrška srozala. Ja sam baš htio pecnut malo sa nelojalnom kineskom konkurencijom koja doduše vj nema uopće RMA tj ja ni ne računam na isti kada kupujem tamo, ali kada nisam zadovoljan proizvodom ili je isti mrtav ili oštećen, uvijek me ispoštuju.

BTW borim se preko mailova sa njima, i uporni su u otkantavanju i to sam par puta dobio instant odgovor dok nisam spomenuo supervizore i sada čekam odg. Samo mi govore da vratim proizvod i da ne vraćaju razliku u cijeni. A meni nije ni najmanji problem pisati mailove.

EDIT: Eh da, morao sam i promijeniti mail za amazon račun zbog ovoga jer su mi rekli da moj mail provider (net freemail koji mi služi za govnarije) nema sigurnosne standarde koje oni zahtjevaju. Naravno, za kupovinu je dobar bilo koji email.

Stigao dron. Iz DE je krenuo austrijskom poštom, a tu ga je preuzeo OE. Kupljen je za BF, putuje skoro 3 mjeseca. Užas.

Jel zna netko kako preko DE Amazona naručiti i dostaviti bateriju za solarke u HR? Naravno da čim je baterija da me otkantaju, ali mi nije jasno da se ne može više platiti za dostavu takvih stvari...


ps. razlika je doslovno duplo u cijeni proizvoda kod nas i u DE

Radi se o EcoFlow Stream-u, gledao sam Ultra model, kod nas 1100 EUR, tamo trenutno 510€. Nije da mi treba neki hardcore setup, za jedan manji objekt bi mi bio taman (nema velikih potrošača ni ičega, a za 500€ riješim sve bez prevelike zafrkancije + par solara)
