Prve dvije sezone cist fajn, trecu nisam odgledao do kraja jer su ubacili nekoliko jako losih/debilnih epizoda koje su me izbacile iz takta. Kazu kolege da mozes komotno preskociti te lose ocjenjene na imdbu i bok.

Strange new worlds je kao i Akademija, za mladju populaciju. Nove generacije. Ima taj neki moderni "sleng". Svi u seriji su neizbiljni. Pricaju kao tinejdžeri. Kapetan stalno pravi neke grimase, ne kontam. I onda naravno, ovo..

Da, to je jedna od tih epizoda. Ja sam naletio i na jednu snimanu kao neki stari Poirotov film i tu sam prestao pratiti. Ali serija imho nije dno dna kao Academy, ako zanemaris i preskocis epizode s ocjenom 6.x

Nemoj uspoređivati Academy sa Strange new worlds.

Academy je tako loša serija, u rangu je discoveryja, možda i malo gora u nekim scenama.
Strange new worlds je sasvim fine serija.

Pluribus napokon krenija gledati, pogledao prvih 6-7 epizoda.
Odličan početak ali kasnije debelo previše praznog hoda i rastezanje unedogled.
Ok, dobra je atmosfera, glumci izvrsni, kinematografija isto ali je li doslovno potrebno slušati jedno te istu voicemail poruku 20 puta u 2 epizode kad Carol zove na telefon? Kužim da žele da i gledatelji uđu u njenu kožu i trpe iritantnost situacije ali što je previše je previše...

Lovejoy, o to sam baš volio kad sam bio klinac, mislim da je to išlo na HRTu početkom ili sredinom 90-ih.
A kad smo već kod odličnih starih serija, Northern Exposure iliti Život na Sjeveru je moja preporuka.

A netko je tu spomenuo i Poirota u negativnom kontekstu, meni je i to bila odlična serija.

Lovejoy da. Sjećam se.
Northern exposure isto. Nju sam pogledao opet pred par g i odlicna je, al pred kraj postane losije dosta, kad dr ode.
Poirot imam skinit cijeli vec neko vrijeme i mislim pogledat.
Trenutno gledam Turn ponovno nakon puno vremena. Odlicna serija.

Obje su išle 90ih petkom u noćnoj smjeni na HRT2 koju je vodio Meštar, kao klinac sam ih mrzio jer sam uvijek čekao film da počne..

Antique dealer...

Lovejoy je meni legendaran... Sjecam se neke epizode gdje je na aukciji kupio neku sliku za nebulozne novce i svi su se cudili sta on to radi... Kad je napokon pokupio sliku, sjatili se oko njega i pitali ga koji mu je k... Lik uzeo noz, izrezao sliku, bacio u smece i veli - vidite ovaj okvir? ..... Uglavnom, ispalo da je okvir od nekog poznatog Venecijanskog majstora i da sam okvir vrijedi 5x vise nego sto je on platio, a platio je podosta...

Moglo bi se rec da mi je covjek uzor... I ja isto jako volim te neke antikne komade hardvera i zao mi gledat kako ljudi bacaju neke stare laptope i stosta... Svojedobno sam uspio spasiti neke zanimljive komade tipa PowerMac 7100/80 koji bi inace zavrsili u otpadu... A i jako volim pohoditi Hrelic jer se stvarno svasta zna nac, samo treba znat u sto gledas... Svojedobno sam kupio Nidec 12cm ventilator za 2kn...

Za sve šta radiš trebaš znati šta radiš. A spašavanje i vraćanje hardwera u igru je zaista zahvalna djelatnost. Sve dok ne stučeš vrijeme u neku kantu koja nema dostojanstva da krepa dok radiš na njoj, nego tek naknadno.

But there’s a reason. There’s a reason. There’s a reason for this, there’s a reason education sucks, and it’s the same reason that it will never, ever, ever be fixed. It’s never gonna get any better. Don’t look for it. Be happy with what you got. Because the owners of this country don't want that. I'm talking about the real owners now, the real owners, the big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions. Forget the politicians. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don't. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought and paid for the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want: They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests. Thats right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Život na sjeveru je bila repriza na iirc doma tv prije 5,6 godina, to je prva repriza da komplet sve prikazuju od 90ih. Nisam je kad je bila aktualna pratio, mislim da sam bio debelo premali da bi mi to bio interes, reprize sam pogledao par epizoda, no veoma cijenim svaku hum. seriju koja nema onaj imbecilni efekt isforsiranog smijeha u pozadini.

Millenium mi je već neko vrijeme želja prvi put pogledat, neznam realno što uopće očekivat, kao i opet The Lone Gunmen, to su za neupućene ona 3 simpatična nerda- frenda od Muldera iz Dosjea X,
mislim da sam njih slavnih 90ih il ranih 00ih uhvatio, al apsolutno ničeg/nijedne epizode se ne sjećam, a poslije nisu ni reprizirali.
