Kao i uvijek, jako je nezahvalno sugerirati ali negdje se mora početi.
Jesu li CPU ili RAM možda clockani? Ako jesu, sve na default pa probaj opet.

Čak štoviše, bez obzira na to - otišao bih u BIOS pa roknuo "load failsafe defaults" ili tako nešto čisto da isključiš neke loše postavke BIOSa iz jednadžbe.

Kao što Dizel kaže Windowsi su stavljeni novi, isto tako i driveri.
Zvone2772 ništa noje clockano, temperature su normalne, budem probo onda ono napravit u Biosu kak si reko.

Probao sam napravit load fail safe defaults, nije pomoglo.

Provjeri dal si ustekao onaj 6-pin kabel iz napajanja...
Ako je sve kak treba, probaj grafu kod nekog drugog, ako i tamo negdje bude zezala, nosi na garanciju..

Vidim da spominješ throtling, pa probaj ga isključit pa vidi kak će se onda ponašat.

Pa ja nisam baš siguran da je ta GTS 450 nešto turbo jača od G92 čipa...

Izvrti 3dmark, ako pokazuje rezultat koliko okvirno 450 treba imat onda sve štima. Može biti da igra prikazjej više detalja sa novom serijom grafa

A čuj al s Nvidiom 9800 GT je radilo puno bolje, al nema veze.
Planiram novu matičnu, napajanje, 4 gige rama i ovaj proc
AMD Phenom II X4, 965, Socket AM2+, 3.4GHz

Valjda će onda grafa doć do izražaja, i valjda će onda sve bolje radit.
