Just a heads up to you guys looking for a deal on a 9800 Pro card.

Power Color has recently released a 9800 Platinum Edition that, as the name grossly fails to suggest, is not any faster than a 9800 Pro. In fact, with only a 128-bit memory bus, it's far slower than the 9800 Pro with specs on par with the 9800SE. If you look at their specs page they correctly state that it is a 128-bit card, but they fail to state that fact on their retail box. Farther down on their specs page they also have the memory bandwidth listed as 21.8GB/s, what a 256-bit 9800 Pro is rated for. They'd need 680MHz (1,360MHz DDR) memory to acheive that bandwidth rating on a 128-bit card.

Buyer beware.

Da, ti atijevi partneri su muljatori.Trebao bi sam ati izvršiti nekakav pritisak na njih, ak bi bilo moguće.Ovo je samo dodatak HRPI prašine, a nažalost sve više postaje pravilo a ne iznimka.

Atijevi partneri muljatori? Hmm...
Oni samo slijede postupke samog proizvođača VPU-a.
Sapphire (ATI) je prije par mjeseci prodavao 9800PRO -> R360 VPU sa 128 bit 340 mhz ddr ramom.
