nakon što sam zaustavio update

pomoću ovoga:

Open the Start menu and type "Command Prompt."

Right-click on "Command Prompt" and select "Run as administrator" to open an elevated Command Prompt window.

In the Command Prompt, type the following command

wusa /uninstall /kb:5023706

naravno ja sam upisao koji update želim obrisati

i tako je jedino uspjelo da obrišem

i sada je ok, i nadam se da će i tako ostati
