Isti problem sam imao čim bi pokrenuo 3DMark clockovi bi se spustili. Evo i odgovora od Developera zašto se to događa:
This is an issue with the AMD drivers. AMD drivers see the code in 3DMark that shows those small video clips in the UI and thinks "oh, you are playing video, lets save power and disable the highest power state" which then disables overclocks. You can obviously understand that this is... kinda silly.
We are going to work around this in the next major update to 3DMark that features a new user interface, but that unfortunately is still some time away.
Ja sam ti to ovako riješio: U Afterburneru uključio unofficial overclocking mode bez powerplay podrške i stavio force constant voltage. Tako su clock i napon konstantno na max postavkama. Nakon toga nema više padanja clockova i kad završiš sa benchom samo vratiš default.
