DDL problem

Kod instalacije pojedinih aplikacija ili programa ( ne većine, većina je ok i radi kako treba) imam ovaj prozor kad pokrenem instalaciju:

i ne ide dalje!

Jel mogu nekako rijesit a da nije format disc?

Hvala..ali nisam tako riješila.
Updejtiraja sam ali posto je kod mene SP3 nije bilo potrebno instalirati update. (inace je na automatic update wind)
Pa sam skinula shell32.ddl i iz drugog OS-a ga ubacila u folder windows/system32/ (koji je bio par megabajta a postojeci oko 23-30 mb) i replaceala, i pokrenem wind. xp i ne moze se dic. Vratim ponovo stavi file shell32 i ok je , pokrenuo se wind xp normalno opet..ali error iz pocetka price imam i dalje..
