Nešto se i šuška da će Apple izbaciti low-budget lap, 13" sa čipom koji se ugrađuje u Iphone (koji je jači od M1) koji bi trebao konkurirat jeftinim Windows i Chromebook uređajima. Nisam fan Mac OS-a ali za dovoljno primamljivu cijenu možda bih ga probao dugoročnije koristiti.

Tih 799 je bez poreza, tako da ta cijena i nije nešto osobito primamljiva kad dodaš sve namete i prebaciš to u HR okvire.

Ne znam kad sam zadnje vidio Air u živo. Ni ne čudi me jer se griju ko blesavi.

Ako izbace taj low-budget lap, to je zadnji čavao u lijes Airu. Neće ga nitko više kupiti ako ovi slože da A procesori mogu ganjati OSX i desktop aplikacije, a još se pritom manje grije.
Ako mislite da je throttlanje problem kod Intela i AMD-a, niste probali Air s M procesorima

Trenutno je na amazonu 950 eura sa porezom, ja bi rekao u odnosu na win mid range ovo je mozda pocetak masovne adapcije na mac.

A kome moraju šta opravdati? Vidiš da su svi uletili u tu "novu paradigmu" i hajpanjem nabijaju cijene. Ovo je novo doba drmanja ekonomijom preko twattera i sličnih platformi. Trump objavi neku glupost, ekipa se baca kroz prozor s nebodera.
Ne znam puno o novim paradigmama, ekonomiji, twitteru ili Trumpu, referencirao sam se na ROI u domeni AI. I mislim da su se tu malo preračunali i da zato AI iskače iz paštete.

Microsoft has quietly begun to challenge Ninite with an interesting addition to the Microsoft Store: multi-app installations that are as simple as a few clicks. Interestingly, the new option doesn’t seem to be available via the Microsoft Store application within Windows. Instead, Windows Central found it tucked away on the Microsoft Store website,
Ninite has been around practically forever: PCWorld reviewed Ninite years ago in 2012, and we recently highlighted it again this year as a superb tool for resetting your PC and quickly getting it back up and running with common apps after a fresh start.
In short, Ninite allows you to pick from a suite of third-party apps and combine them into a single batch installer that steps through and installs all of them in one go. The winget command within Windows is vaguely similar, though that’s more for users who want to avoid the Microsoft Store entirely and grab an a-la-carte app via the command line.

After installing one of the several Windows updates that were released on October 14th or later, many Windows users have reported being asked to reset their systems via BitLocker Recovery, which requires you to have a BitLocker recovery key. If you don’t have that key, you won’t be able to access your PC and will lose all your data.
According to a statement from Microsoft (via Windows Latest), the issue affects Windows 11 versions 25H2 and 24H2 as well as Windows 10 version 22H2. Strangely, the statement is only visible to users with Microsoft 365 Business or Windows 11 Enterprise licenses:
“Affected devices might boot into the BitLocker recovery screen, requiring users to enter the recovery key once. After the key is entered and the device restarts, it will boot normally without any further BitLocker prompts. This issue primarily appears to affect Intel-based devices that support Connected Standby, a feature that enables the device to stay connected to the network while in a low power state.”
If you encounter this BitLocker recovery bug and don’t have access to your BitLocker recovery key, you risk losing all the data on your computer. In that case, you’ll have to hope that you can get your BitLocker recovery key through your Microsoft account. Znači, Apple napravi M1 dedicated čip samo za laptope, a onda se ispostavi da A čip, koji se nalazi u mobitelima, radi bolje od njega u tim istim laptopima.

the laptop is said to have a new design with a “lower-end LCD display” and it’s expected to run on an A-series iPhone processor that’s said to deliver better performance than the M1. It’s also likely to have a smaller display than the 13.6-inch MacBook Air.

Performance is important, but the price point will be crucial if Apple wants to really compete with the proliferation of Chromebooks and entry-level Windows devices. The company is said to be ready to sell this Mac for “well under $1,000.” Chromebooks and Windows laptops often sell for just a few hundred bucks. Higher-end Chromebooks cost around $600, so Apple would likely have to sell this laptop for $700 or less for it to make a real splash.

Users should have their BitLocker recovery keys ready before installing the October security update for Windows 10 and 11. If the update triggers the security feature and users cannot enter the key, they might lose all the data on the affected device.
The October 2025 security update for Windows 11 25H2, Windows 11 24H2, and Windows 10 22H2 has reportedly forced some users into the BitLocker recovery screen upon rebooting. Those who have not installed the update yet should check their BitLocker recovery status.
BitLocker is a full-partition encryption feature that Microsoft introduced with Windows Vista to harden the operating system's defenses against hackers. It forces users to enter a recovery key in certain cases, such as when critical hardware changes are made between reboots.
Since users rarely need to worry about BitLocker, many might forget their keys or whether the feature is even enabled. To check, navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Device Encryption. The Device Encryption page shows a toggle for encryption and links to configure BitLocker and view the encryption key on Microsoft's website.

Mi cak imamo broj telefona covjeka u firmi kojeg mozemo nazvati kad god, ako nam zatreba recovery key. Lik valjda na mobu fura offline excelicu sa kljucevima svih laptopa. Bit ce da je i njima podne od tih sranja.

jel postoji nacin za dobit u ovom s*anju od w11 opciju "use small taskbar buttons" jer koliko vidim u svojoj inteligenciji M$ je maknuo to.
spominje se dosta 3rd party sw, al za mnoge pise da moze doc problema nakon update-a raznih...
inace koristim openshell i bez toga su mi w10 i sad w11 unusable pa neznam jel moze doc do klanja tih drugih sw snjime.
AFAIK sa open shell-om se nemoze mjenjat taskbar visina?

ExplorerPatcher i dobiš sve opcije koje su nekad bile sasvim normalni i sastavni dio operativnog sustava.

Open Shell i ExplorerPatcher se mogu bez ikakvih problema koristiti istovremeno, pa fino iskombiniraš opcije oba alata.

njega proucavam, ali se dosta zale da se strga kod updejtanja. jel koristis to? meni doslovce za sada treba samo da mogu visinu taskbar-a promjenit jer ovo je kriminalno lose kak zgleda sad.
i volio bi ako se moze aktivirat quick launch menu kao sto to radim u w10 uvjek. nisam jos proucio jel moguce...

Da, imam složena oba i rade kak spada od prvog dana kroz sve OS nadogradnje, jer se isto tak i ti alati nadograde kad imaju dostupnu novu verziju.
