Evo kako su super riješili moj problem.
Nazvao sam ih u utorak, ujutro u 7:30 od kad radi podrška, odmah se javio, valjda sam bio prvi poziv. Sve se ispričamo i ostalo znate iz gornjeg posta, e pa nije dostavljeno pa sam zvao i jučer, točno tjedan dana od poruke da mogu preuzeti paket (ali ne i kako da ga preuzmem kad nije dostavljen nigdje), ali kako sam jučer zvao oko 14h bio sam na čekanju 2 puta po 26minuta i oba puta zazvoni na kratko, prestane zvoniti, počne ponovno muzika i onda me izbace bez javljanja.
Poslao sam im i email na info@dpd.hr kojeg ti i kaže na početku poziva i ništa još nisu odgovorili (dobio potvrdu da su zaprimili email).
Sada idem gledati status po broju za praćenje i imam kaj vidjeti:
"Your parcel will be returned, the consignee refused it."

Malo je reći da sam lood.
Evo me opet na čekanju na telefonu.
Dakle, kakvi krelci.
Ako ne dostave paket ide i prijava inspekciji jer pozive snimaju i za eventualne reklamacije, lijepo teta kaže

Ovi su uvjerljivo najgori... Dakle, narucio nesto iz Comela platio dostavu valjda 6EUR... I oni meni ostavili u paketomatu 2km od ureda?! WTF?! A lijepo pise dostava na kucnu adresu! :/

Trazio sam od Comela da mi refundiraju troskove dostave jer ovo uopce nije bila dostava na adresu gdje imam portira koji moze preuzeti posiljku... Bas me zanima kako ce to proci...

Ha, a ja prije par dana stavim paketomat jer mi je fleksibilnije -
kad ono, dostave mi na adresu
Čudno, ali zatekli me kod kuće, pa nije previše bitno.

Da kucnem u drvo, nisam s DPD-om imao problema unazad par godina,
ali to valjda ovisi o gradu (Osijek)..
baš ne znam kad sam zadnji put vidio nešto pozitivno za druga mjesta, samo pritužbe.

Ma katastrofa su... Pred koji tjedan trazim dostavu u paketomat tu u blizini (Vlaska), oni dostavili u neki skriveni paketomat tamo negdje u Maksimirskoj... Je to ista ulica, ali brat bratu, ima 3-4 tramvajske stanice izmedju ta dva paketomata... Naravno da mi ovaj blizu Maksimirske nije nimalo blizu... :/

Cuo sam od dosta ljudi da imaju ogromnih problema sa DPDom... Tako da, ja bi njih izbjegavao kako znam i umijem...

U Puli je DPD odličan, iako u mom kraju imamo dugo istog DPD vozača (legendarni Zoran) koji baš rastura, pa je moj kut gledanja možda malo nerealan.

Pa to je, da, kladim se da isključivo ovisi o dostavljačima,
jer čisto sumnjam da se logistika bitno razlikuje od grada do grada.

Prije par godina je bio žešći krkljanac oko blagdana, onda su mi se baš zamjerili -
završio sam u par navrata u osječkom skladištu jer pakete naprosto nisu dostavljali,
i čisto mi bilo žao ljudi kad sam vidio u kakvim uvjetima rade.
Ne znam jesu li poslije radili kakve interne promjene po pitanju organizacije,
no od tog incidenta nisam imao problema.

Dostava je placena 6EUR, sto je nekadasnjih 50kn... A za sto? Da bih setao na drugi kraj grada do paketomata... U tome je problem, nije trazena dostava na paketomat...

Ne dovodim ja u pitanje to što si rekao, naravno da imaš pravo. Platio si dostavu na vrata. Box now bi te u sličnoj situaciji koštao 1 ili 2€. Zato ja i predviđam porast takvih usluga narednih godina. Ako imam opciju, često i odaberem dostavu na paketomat a oni i tako ne rade nego sa paketomatima, pa tu nema zajeba.

Meni je jednom GLS (donekle) slično napravio gdje nisu niti pokušali uručiti paket već su označili kako sam ja odbio preuzimanje i onda je idući dan paket čekao mene da dođem po njega.

Ono što se dogodilo je da šoferke nije bilo na taj prvi dan, hrpa paketa je dana drugome i onda je vraćena u skladište, dok na drugi dan pošiljka uopće nije niti išla u kombi jer je bila označena kao da ću ja sam doći po nju. Debilana. Od tada GLS izbjegavam koliko mogu.

al im je box ormar kompkiciran...

jedno 3-4 minute sam stajao ispred dok sam skužio kak treba ispravno aktivirat onaj ekran...kaj nisu mogli PIN aktivacija ko i svaki normalan box ormar?

Ja ovo što sam koristio u okolici uređaju su stalno upaljeni. Ubacio pin i gotovo. Jedini problem je što kada se vrata ovjese ne otvore sama pa ajde traži svoj ormarić.
