Malo nastavka radova...
Jučer se zafrkavao s nekim otpadom od ko zna čega (mislim mahagonij i/li sapele) i hrast pa odlučih napraviti daske za rezanje.
Ovu na trake poklonio frendu, ova druga od termo bora i mahagonija mi nije baš reprezentativna jer sam malo zafrkao prilikom ljepljenja, a kit je ispao dosta svjetliji tako da ne znam šta ću s tim još iako je funkcionalna

Danas napokon stigao na red i dugo otegnuti poslić rekonstrukcije/repliciranja stolića iz Jyska.
Radi se o stoliću koji je bio ekstra jeftin i ploča je od mdf-a s papirnatom folijom koja se nakon malo korištenja izraubala pogotovo na kutevima. Noge su puno drvo dok je gornja polovica nogu obojana u bijelo i šarafe se u metalne ploče. Nešto slično ovome:


Opet od nekog otpada napravih u grubo letvice koje sam samo debljačom doveo do iste debljine (čela koja se susreću) dok sam visine ostavio neravnomjerne jer je određen broj letvica bio kriv i svakakav tako da bi ravnanje na stolnoj pili bilo naporno i uzelo previše vremena.

Pošto se radi o promjeru od 32cm te prolazi kroz debljaču iskoristio sam je i u desetak laganih prolaza doveo iz čušpajza u respektabilnu površinu

Kasnije otpilao višak i na stolu glodalicom popratio po staroj ploči stola te koristeći 45° bit malo formirao donji obod i sa R3 rubnim bitom skinuo oštri rub na gornjem dijelu.

Sve to premazao firnisom i sutra ću navjerojatnije Hempel Dura satin lakom u 2-3 ruke.

jebga, nama bilo previše, ali ljudi rade čuda koliko sam vidio.
Zgleda čudo, no ne bi rekao da je epoxy otporan na zapaljeni vrh cigarete il cigare, tak da pri korištenju bi to sve skupa ubrzo užasno izgledalo. Ljudi se zaigraju pa zaborave da proizvod ipak mora imat neku tehničku razinu smislenosti

Evo još jedan novi projektić uz podosta trial & errora

Dekorativna maska za tegle za cvijeće. Na smetlištu sam našao ove cool skale pa sam ih renovirao, kitao crnim kitom rupe za rustikalni izgled, nauljio i prelakirao.
Malo sam se igrao u Fusionu kako da dizajniram nosač za tegle iz Pevexa jer mi je ideja da stavim u njih teglu i ti nosači drže komade letvica koje sam napravio od recikliranih komada podnica za krevet.
Na kraju sam se odlučio za ovaj modularni dizajn jer mogu promjeniti kopče ako puknu i mogu ih raditi od drugog materijala i s drugim postavkama za razliku od samog okvira jer su više izložene suncu pa ću ih napraviti od ASA-e dok okvir može biti ABS ili PETG.

Također, restarurirana Ikea Poang fotelja sa otpada, falila je jedna poprečna letva koju sam napravio iz letve od hrasta (ova što povezuje noge), a Ikea je super pa su mi poslali naručene vijke i spojnice koje su falile.

Klasično dobro. Trebao bih poslikati ovo što moj susjed, tvoj kolega po uvjerenju, radi oko zgrade. Ima već hrpu instalacija i nove su u planu. Vas dvojica biste si pasali kao pršut i paški sir.

Gdje u ZG-u, po mogućnosti istočni dio, se može kupiti šperploča do 5 mm a da je tipa ono 1 m2 max 2 m2?

Sve kaj furnir, elgrad, conty imaju velike ploče kaj mi je previše.

Zašto ne? Prvo laneni firnis jer doda dubinu i većina drva mi puno ljepše izgleda sa njime a nakon toga PU uljni lak (naravno nakon koji dan) za brtvljenje, zaštitu i UV otpornost.

Tek sad vidim da nisam postao do kraja. Imaju u ponudi ali nemaju na stanju ništa do 5 mm debljine.

Sad jel treba naručiti. Idem ih kontaktirati da vidim.

Nikad nije dosadno.
Pitari gotovi, idući projekt je prijatelju vrata za brod koja su propala nakon 40g.

Okvir od neke termo egzotike (decking), sredina vrata lijepljena ploča plus ojačanje po gornjem i donjem rubu da se ne uvija.
Baš me zanima kako će se ponašati s vremenom.

Našao sam neke reslove u Elgradu. Morati ću ih još koji puta posjetiti. Doduše nije šperploča nego ona prešana sranja.

Ali zato našao drvene štafle cca pol metra 5x2 cm debljine i širine...
