Ja sam prije koristio eposlovanje samo za eračune. Prošle godine sam sve prebacio u Minimax. Ista stvar, 5-6 računa mjesečno.
Doduše, ja ga preferiram jer ima API koji koristim za razvoj/testiranje.



Ja koristim isto Minimax, nekih 200 tinjak računa godišnje imamo.
Znači odličan software,100 eura godišnje pretplate, i najbitnije od svega podrška je jako jako brza, doslovno u 3-4 minute se javljaju.


A u Minimaxu koristim kao posrednika e-poslovanje, imaš mogućnost odabira i izbora .
Doduše, vidim da će i Minimax sada postati posrednik.

Od 1.9 je pocelo prijelazno razdoblje, ali mislim da je jos ok papir.

Za sada je jos ok u papirnatom obliku?
Često se brka fiskalizacija i izdavanje e-računa. Ali, da. Sad je još prijelazno razdoblje. Od 1.1.2026. je obaveza ako je tvrtka/obrt u sustavu PDV-a. Ako nije, onda ima još godinu dana lufta, tj. od 1.1.2027. kreće obaveza za njih.

Serviraj sve informacije osim informacijskim posrrednicima, poreznoj od sada i amerikancima...

Kako odabrati e-arhivu?

Imate dvije opcije:

Povjeriti arhiviranje ovlaštenom informacijskom posredniku – brzo, sigurno i zakonski usklađeno.
Organizirati vlastitu arhivu – moguće, ali zahtijeva dodatne tehničke i sigurnosne uvjete (dugoročna čitljivost, zaštita podataka itd.).

Zaboravite spremanje na USB ili hard disk – kvarovi se događaju, a tehnologije zastarijevaju. Sjetite se CD-a – nekada standard, a danas ih većina kompjutera više ni ne podržava. Dokumenti se zakonski moraju čuvati najmanje 11 godina. Ako se odlučite za vlastitu arhivu onda jedino cloud rješenje za spremanje eRačuna može biti opcija.

Država koja stalno nalazi nacina da zakomplicira poslovanje privatnicima (i poskupi usput a onda se cudi poskupljenjima) je super prilika za sve koji se mogu baviti time pa se HP uključio u vlak.

Dokumenti se zakonski moraju čuvati najmanje 11 godina. Ako se odlučite za vlastitu arhivu onda jedino cloud rješenje za spremanje eRačuna može biti opcija.
6 godina za e-račune, a uskoro će s tim izjednačit i "papir" koji će isto biti 6g.

Kako o ovome još nije bilo govora na forumu? Bar ja nisam vidio. Radi se o izmjeni općeg poreznog zakona od 1.1.2026.

Navodno poreznici dobijaju ovlasti da traže passworde i lozinke za whatsapp, viber, gmail...ako postoji sumnja na poreznu prevaru.

Ukoliko se dobro sjećam, odnosili su i printere i tipkovnice, a ne samo monitore.
btw, svi govore da će ova nova fiskalizacija biti kaos na kaosima. Niti itko zna što suvislo, niti igdje imaju developeri mogućnost probati svoja softverska rješenja,... Će da bidne svega i svačega.
Ova država kao da namjerno zagorčava život svima. Naravno, stručLJaci zaposleni u raznim uredima su uvijek pametni od ljudi koji taj posao rade godinama i upozoravaju da neke stvari treba mijenjati. I dalje smo im stoka sitnog zuba.

They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want: They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests. Thats right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Bez brige, kazne su odavno propisane (to valjd aprvo smisle kad krenu radit neki zakon) a sto ih nece biti moguce izbjeci to nije njihov problem, dapace...

Koliko sam ga shvatio, najveći problem je nesposobnost FINA-e da propiše protokole/parametre za povezivanje.

Ne vjerujem u odgodu, mi hrvati smo uvijek pokusni kunići

Jel ovo pokušaj pecanja u prazno, ili što ?
Ideja da je porezna ovim jebivjetrima dala direktan pristup bazi podatak mi je SCI-FI, al ipak ovo je hrvatska pa je sve moguće
