They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. Nekidan mi je pričala poštarica da im je u poslovnicu došla delegacija glavonja iz centrale. Više je bilo njih nego djelatnika u poslovnici.
Meni je kontrolorica poste, na vrata donjela postu, jer je konstatirala, da nije imala po kome poslati !

I u Centru i u Dubravi, postari kad ne nadju ikoga, onda ostave ceduljicu. U Centru, recimo, (po novome) traziti ponovno slanje, gotovo je nemoguce!

Neki dan odem u centralu Branimirove, velim da mi nekoliko stvari nije isporuceno, zovu dva ureda u Centru, te me upucuje, odem tamo, oni pojma nemaju o cemu pricam! Pa me salju (oni vele) zaduzenim kontrolorima. Ovi pojma nemaju ni gdje sto pripada. Da nisam brzo mogao prozujati romobilom, nema sanse da bi isao sve obilaziti.

Da nemam zapisan telefon svakoga stalnijeg postara, odustao bi od pokusaja. Zato si upisite brojeve telefona postara, cak i privremenih, jer oni su vam jediji putokaz. Posta je kapitulirala u svakome smislu rijeci.

A sama ideja "postar stanar u kvartu" finalna je sramota i poraz vodstva HP-a. Iole ozbiljna organizacija, sramila bi se uopce sugerirati nesto tako, a kamoli razmatrati ili jos pustati u javnost kao ideju.

Nije pitanje jel to sprovedivo, vec ponistava samu uslugu poste. Rijec postarina, u leksikonu rijeci, trazi novo znacenje i definiciju.



P.S. E da, na njihovim biciklima za dostavljace posiljaka pise Slo firma biciklina

Pitam postara, jel od njih nabavljaju? Veli - ne zna, ali da ih ima jako puno takvih.

Jedino dobro u toj priči je kad stvarno dođu, da im lokalci nemaju dlake na jeziku. Nebrojeno puta sam čuo da je bilo skoro ekscesa. Najbolje mi je kad mu poštar odgovori s "Idi ti na teren, pa mi pokaži...". Zamisli, dođe nekakav balavac od 35 godina u kravati govoriti poštaru s 35 godina staža kako da radi svoj posao. Ne kažem da ovaj poštar dobro radi svoj posao, ali savjet prihvatiti neće.

Frendica mi vodi ured u Avenue Mall, kaže 5 ljudi na GO ili bolovanju, čak i da nisu, fali 5 ljudi dodatno. Oni pošalju JEDNOG nepalca koji ne priča Hrvatski. Odrađenog posla taj dan u postotku, punih 3%.

Pošto stvarno puno znam o HP-u, radnici su najmanje krivi.

Moji osobni stav, kada čujem kako netko "ne radi dobro svoj posao" (što sam u zadnje vrijeme imao prilike slušati raznih strana), je da taj netko vjerojatno nije niti plaćen da radi "dobar posao".

Tako su npr. jednog bivšeg kolegu u firmi stavili na PiP bez ikakvog opravdanog razloga, s objašnjenjem kako nije "radio dovoljno dobro" odnosno da nije bio koncentriran na rad, nije bio responzivan i sl. u situacijama gdje mu 5 ljudi visi nad glavom i svi misle kako su baš oni prvi na redu i svi ignoriraju činjenicu da oni nisu jedini u redu.

Takve situacije samo otkrivaju organizacijski kaos gdje ljudi ne razumiju jednostavne pojmove kao što je to "hijerarhija". Tako, umjesto da ideš djelatniku sa "hitnim" poslom, treba poći njegovom nadređenom koji će onda odrediti prioritete i imati dobar uvid u to koliko je koji od djelatnika (pre)opterećen, efikasan, kome treba edukacija i sl. Međutim, naravno da nadređeni takav posao ne žele raditi, dosta njih ne želi raditi nikakav posao i ne žele prihvatiti bilo kakvu odgovornost.

Na stranu svo licemjerje koje je potrebno da bi ljudi koji pojma nemaju o poslu sudili tko radi dobro a tko ne radi dobro odnosno kako određivali bi to radnici trebali raditi. Ovo je ono baš da ti stane mozak, pa radije ne razmišljam o tome.

Što se tiče mog bivšeg kolege mogu kazati, čak i kada bih skroz njima držao stranu i prihvatio da nije dovoljno dobro radio, kako on nije najbolji u regionu u svom poslu, ali sigurno nije niti plaćen kao da je najbolji. Tako da ne vidim u čemu je problem.

Naravno da svrha na kraju krajeva nije bila da se njega kroz PiP educira, nego da ga se prisili da dadne otkaz. Što nije baš uspjelo pa sada moraju vijećati šta da rade Ovo je sve skupa ništa nego utrka do dna.

A gledaj, to je normalno, pogotovo ako radiš u korporaciji.

Ljudi koji vrijede često budu podplaćeni, šefovi koji ne vrijede su masno preplaćeni, borba je svaki dan, na kraju dana mi smo samo pijuni na nečijoj šahovskoj ploči.

Radim u firmi od 1000+ ljudi, 90% visokoobrazovanih i odgovorno tvrdim da je preko 30% ljudi kompletno nesposobno i preplaćeno a dodatnih 20% ljudi je samo preplaćeno.

Ali u ljude treba ulagati. U bivšoj firmi često se spominjao trošak. Team building, edukacije, konfrenecije, novi mobiteli, laptopi, sve je bio trošak. Nikad nitko to nije gledao kao ulaganje. Takva je i firma danas, kraj s krajem.

S plaćama se nisam previše zamarao jer i tako mi je bilo jasno da nisam upućen niti mogu bilo što po tom pitanju poduzeti, to nije vidljivo. Jasno je meni da postoji problem s kompetencijama, ono što mi nije jasno je da postoje takve goleme rupe u lancu odgovornosti te da je u tolikoj mjeri prisutno licemjerje.

Ja sam im u bivšoj firmi srao, ali baš ono konstantno, i nisu ništa poduzimali zato što su pasivni agresori i zato što sam im bio potreban. A i zato što sam većim dijelom bio u pravu. Godinama sam govorio da nije u redu da se ljude u tolikoj mjeri uzima zdravo za gotovo. I šta naprave? U mom otkaznom roku mi pokušaju prebaciti da rješavam najrecentniji mega zajeb Rekoh, ako vam nije jasno da na 4-5 dana od kraja mene jednostavno ovo više ništa ne zanima, ne znam kako da vam pomognem.

Pa dođu te mjesečne zepter prezentacije (kako sam ih ja zvao) gdje se hvale na sva usta kako su napravili nešto novo, release ovo release ono, a kada bi došlo vrijeme da se spomene i nekoga poimenice ili odjel koji je riješio katastrofu koju je release uzrokovao onda čuješ cvrčke. Naravno da se greške nikada ne priznaju i samim time se potpuno ignorira one koji se prebiju od posla samo da bi popravili štetu.

Za neke stvari su nesposobni, ali su jako sposobni kada treba pronaći nekoga na koga ćeš prebaciti odgovornost za vlastite zajebe. I onda imaš jedno te istu ekipa koja vodi kompaniju od katastrofe od katastrofe i njih nitko ništa ne pita, ali zato nekog šljakera koji godinama radi u nemogućim uvjetima, kojeg lažu, muljaju, farbaju, radi hrpu prekovremeni, zaglavi često do 22-23... e, njega staviš na PiP. Jer on ne radi dovoljno dobro.

Jako puno ljudi ima slično iskustvo. Nekada je IT bio pogonjen iznimno kompetentnim i često introvertiranim entuzijastima a danas sve vrvi od poslovanjaka koji jedva čekaju da se slikaju za linkedin.

OT : Bitno da si keramičar može naplatiti 50€ kvadrat, a ja ko elektroničar kad velim da je sat ili dijagnostika kvara 30€, onda je to puno ....

Ja sam neki dan imao čovjeka na krovu, samo mi je probušio hidroizolaciju, stavio cijev koju sam ja kupio i kapu koju sam ja kupio (napa na krov).

Tražio sam čovjeka 3 mjeseca, zvao sve moguće, da li netko hoće "fušat" da mi to napravi, 2 sata posla.

Našao lika, uzeo mi 150EUR, pitam ga, zašto mi nitko nije želio doći to raditi.

Kaže on, prije 5 godina smo fušali za 150kn, danas nitko ne želi za 150EUR.

Sorry, zadnji OT od mene.

Meni je lik htio uzet 600 eura da zamijeni dva metra okapnice na terasi i povuce metar fugi i silikonira na par mjesta. Kao zajebano skinut staru okapnicu. Uglavnom, iduci je bio gotov za sat i pol i dobio je 200 eura..
Jbg dobri postari su otisli, zbog debilne uprave i losih uvjeta rada a za stvorit dobrog postara koji zna svoju zonu na pamet treba proc dosta mjeseci. Nisu njima place bas toliko lose kako se prica, osnovne place jesu ali sa dodacima to bude preko 12oo eura minimalno, ak su dobri doma su prije 13h i ugl. nije tak lose bit postar ako zna svoj posao.. Ja kad trebam dobit nes bitno od poste odem tam 15 do 7 pospikam malo sa njima kad vani puse i piju kavu, potpisem na zidu i dobim svoj paket prvi...

Ne da si može naplatiti, nego jedva čekaju da dođe i da mu ture lovu u ruke. Odavno je prvo pitanje prestalo biti "koliko košta", samo pitaju "kada možeš doći". Kako tržište diktira, tako stvari idu.

They’ve long since bought and paid for the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want: They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests. Thats right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Prije si bio sretan sto mozes nabaviti 3 ponude i odabrati jeftinijeg, a danas si sretan ako ti jedan covjek moze zapoceti posao unutar 30 dana i da te pritom ne izj* ko malog majmuna. Naravno da je cijena u drugom planu
