Ne treba, skinuo sam.
Za 4900 eur ja imam ponudu za Viessman Vitovolt 300 panele i GoodWe inverter.
I koja je sad kombinacija bolja?
Viessman + GoodWe ili
Luxor + Huawei?

Ovaj lik radi jako zanimljive eksperimente sa solarnom energijom. Kaže 500W/m2 uz znatno niži trošak u odnosnu na PV ćelije. Istina da je toplinu malo teže pretvoriti u električnu energiju za po doma.

Uporabna dozvola
Pozdrav,
Nije pitanje tehničke prirode, nego pravne. naime, imam građevinsku dozvolu za kuću, ali nemam uporabnu. Da li se zna iz iskustva hoće li to biti prepreka za državne subvencije?

Mislim da uporabna služi pretežito tome da te razna državna tijela mogu zajebavati. Tako da bi moje nestručno mišljenje bilo da će biti prepreka. Kakve veze te subvencije imaju sa predmetnom kućom?

Da. Na krov kuće. Onaj čiko iz firme što prodaje i montira panele s kojim sam pričao kaže da ne bi trebao biti problem, ali je njemu u interesu da proda. A i nema garancije da će biti odobreno.
Zato i pitam da li ima netko iskustva?

Meni su prije cca 2 godine rekli da mora imati uporabnu ako se ide na subvencije (jedan od papira koje treba predati)..
Neznam dali se sta promjenilo po tom pitanju danas.

Da, toga se i bojim. A ako nema subvencija, onda i nije baš isplativo odnosno vrijeme isplativosti.

Kolko vidim natječaj od prošle godine je još uvijek otvoren (otvorili ga opet 4.11.2024). Prema njegovoj dokumentaciji potrebna je uporabna dozvola za kuću
stranica 4, točka 3: https://www.fzoeu.hr/docs/242/Javni%...20EnU-2_24.pdf
Pod objašnjenje stoji sljedeće: Važeći dokaz u pravilu je Uporabna dozvola. Ako je riječ o upravnom aktu, isti mora biti izvršan/pravomoćan (imati odgovarajući žig ili potvrdu izvršnosti/pravomoćnosti od strane nadležnog tijela).

Pitanje. Imam uporabnu ali sam u međuvremenu dozidao dio kuće . Realno uporabna je time poništena pa me zanima da li netko ide na teren provjeravati dimenzije kuće i dogradnje ili je dovoljan samo papir?

prijavljivao sam se za fasadu prije par godina, isto još nisam imao uporabnu dozvolu (da bih je dobio, trebao sam imati gotovu fasadu ) i odbili su me.

u uvjetima natječaja je pisalo da treba dostaviti pravomoćan "zadnji dokaz legalnosti" što je u mojem slučaju bila građevinska dozvola koju sam im dostavio, no oni su tražili uporabnu.

nadjebavali smo se s par dopisa u kojima sam im tvrdio da su u javnom pozivu trebali napisati da trebamo dostaviti "zadnji MOGUĆI dokaz legalnosti" jer ovako su sami sebe zeznuli no dobio sam odjeb svejedno i napravio fasadu bez sufinanciranja.

Jel neko zna kakva je fora sad sa solarima, ako cijela zgrada svi stanari zele panele. Nesto je bilo da se moze zgrada prijavit i slicno al tesko je naci informacije o tome.

Ponovo sam se nesto aktivirao oko panela (prelazim na trofaznu struju svejedno pa reko ajd da vidim i panele sad) i cijene su nesto pale pa se sad cini kao bolja opcija/kraci rok otplate.

Ono sto me sad zanima je dali netko ima preporuku za neku firmu koja ima i software za pracenje (recimo neki FTP/WEB/mobilnu apliakaciju...) sto se dogada tj. kolko sve to pravi struje u trenutku, dali mogu vidjeti koji panel koliko pravi (vjerojanto cu ici na dvije strane krova) itd. itd.. tj. da ima neki "smart" sustav a ne samo inverter/paneli i to je to, nadas se da sve radi ...

Ako zelis pratiti svaki panel, onda ides na sustav s microinverterima, iako mislim da nema potrebe za time.

U suprotnom, koristis inverter sa dva stringa (svaka strana krova je jedan string primjerice), i to vec u projektu mozes definirati.


Više manje svi inverteri danas imaju mogućnost proširenja wlan modulom i mobilne aplikacije.
Obavezno uzmi i smart meter, je nesto skuplja stvarčica ali za dobar uvid u potrošnju i proizvodnju je obavezan..

Da sad si me podsjetio da kad sam to prije pa rmjeseci pitao par tih prodavaca (bio sam na nekom sajmu proljetos) su mi rekli da ili su radili prije ali vise ne ili uopce nisu htjeli mikro inverter sustavima jer kao pokazali su im se problematicni. E sad jel oni to samo neznaju dobro podesit ili ima stvarno problema sa time to nisam uspio saznat jer naravno nece nitko rec da nezna radit s time nego im je lakse reci da to nevalja .

Rekao bih da ne znaju izbalansirati sve skupa pa im je lakše spucati cijelu stranu krova serijski na jedan inverter što isto tako nije loše sve dok jedan panel ne krepa pa ostaneš bez cijele te strane.

Neko jel ima netko da mu nije problem reci kakve su im bile ukupne cijene za "kljuc u ruke" za cca 10kW elektranu u zandjih 6-12 mjeseci?
Imam 3 ponude i razlikuju se cjenom dosta pa mi nije jasno jel ima neki "brand" invertera koji tolko poskupljuje pricu ili su samo marze (pre)velike kod nekih.

Ja sam uzeo u 4.mj, jos uvijek cekam na ugradnju. Cijena je bila oko 850€/kw. Odredeni brandovi naravno mogu poskupiti pricu. Npr. kad sam trazio savjete, dosta njih je preporucalo Fronius ili SolarEdge invertere. Pogledam koliko košta Fronius a ono 3 puta skuplji od npr. ekvivalentnog Huaweia koji je isto dobar.

Mislim da su i marže kod nas pretjerane. Na Senetic se moze naci invertera vjerojatno i povoljnije nego sto ce ga prodati ovi sto ugraduju. Inace sam pratio i cijene po Njemačkoj i tamo budu akcije pa se mogu povoljnije naći paneli i oprema. Ali kad ti kod nas to treba netko i ugraditi pa moras pregrist.

Za mikroinvertere sam vidio neke postove s iskustvima i analizama i bilo je nekih nezadovoljstava. Skupa priča a ne mora biti da je bolja.

Meni sad ova srednja ponuda je oko 1100 EUR po kW sa Huawei inverterom i 450W panelima (sa 25 god garancije). Kazu cca 11500€ za 10.48kW s tim da je u cijeni i ono HEP dvosmjerni ili kako se vec zove brojilo koje je navodno 300-400€ (neki kazu 300 neki 400 pa neznam tocno). Najjeftinija opcija je bila 8500+HEP brojilo (neznam koji inverter i paneli) a najskupalja 17k €. Tak da cini se dosta su velike oscilacije/marze.....

Čini mi se pretjerano, cijena po kW bi trebala padati što se više kW dodaje. Ponuda za 10.68 kWp mi je bila 7800€ + brojilo (350€), što je ~ 750€ po kW. Uzeo sam manje po realnim potrebama. Ali opet, ovisi od koga su ti ponude, ovi veći igrači poput e-on ili Petrola imaju nešto veće cijene jer praktički ne platiš ništa dok na kraju elektrana nije u pogonu. Kod drugih ipak treba neki avans.

Sa Huawei inverterima i smart meterima se nećeš usrećiti sa očitavanjem i izvozom u neku drugu aplikaciju (HA recimo), pitaj me kako znam.

Možda radije gledati SolarEdge ili neki slični...
