Isao sam uzeti jer sam mislio da je dzabe i do 2030., pa kao nek se nade, tko zna kad cu pocet vise trositi.

Matematika ti ne drzi vodu, ne mozes kombinirati duple jedinice i popust od 50%

Do kraja mjeseca vrijedi akcija duplo, jucer sam aktivirao pa sam pitao.

Preko podrske, samo 20 minuta cekanja, micem se sa grupne tarife i samo cu imati duple pozive i Internet.

Prešao sam sa bonbon pretplate na Telemach. Bila neka akcija za 1e do kraja godine računam da će me mjesečno koštati oko 11e račun kroz 24mj.

E sad.. čim se deaktivirala mreža isti tren više nemam pristup računima na bonbon apk i na portalu. Šalju mi email kao i obično da platim račun za prošli mjesec, a ja mu nemam pristup na portalu.

Pišem na njihov Chat i čekam popriličan br sati da netko odgovori.. pišem na email i dobijem dva puta odgovor da su u gužvi i da će odgovoriti kroz 3 radna dana. Dakle nitko živ se ne javlja iz njihovog supporta već 15 dana od kako ih na skoro sve moguće načine probam dobiti.

Ima li netko sličan problem ili zna gdje se može dobiti račun osim na apk i portalu?

Kada sam pred par godina napuštao bon bon imao sam isti problem i, ako se dobro sjećam, na kraju su mi poslali račun na mail.

Ja sam prosli mjesec presao sa bonbon na tomato, dosao mi racun na bonbon portal iako mi broj nije aktivan, takoder sam racun imao u i moj telekom appu od ht-a jer su mj bonbon i fiksni net na istom oibu oa je povezalo

Bolje ih je kontaktirati preko Whatsappa, odgovaraju u par sati. U 3. mj sam dva puta prelazio s Bonbona na drugog operatera i oba puta ista situacija. Deaktiviraju account i ne šalju račun na mail dok ih ne kontaktiraš. Blesavo da se nisu sjetili scenarija kako platiti račun kad ti deaktiviraju account

Upravo danas ih kontaktirao na WA za sve brojeve u kuci, aktivirali nam duple jedinice (hvala kolegi forumasu na info). Odgovorili su brat bratu u pola sata svaki put i normalno komunicirali bez pauza (odmah sam odgovarao nazad na njihove poruke). Ja im se inace javljam preko WA, upises "agent" i to je to.

Bolje ih je kontaktirati preko Whatsappa, odgovaraju u par sati. U 3. mj sam dva puta prelazio s Bonbona na drugog operatera i oba puta ista situacija. Deaktiviraju account i ne šalju račun na mail dok ih ne kontaktiraš. Blesavo da se nisu sjetili scenarija kako platiti račun kad ti deaktiviraju account
Šalju na mail račune. Ja sam tako platio zadnje račune.

Upravo danas ih kontaktirao na WA za sve brojeve u kuci, aktivirali nam duple jedinice (hvala kolegi forumasu na info). Odgovorili su brat bratu u pola sata svaki put i normalno komunicirali bez pauza (odmah sam odgovarao nazad na njihove poruke). Ja im se inace javljam preko WA, upises "agent" i to je to.
Sory, nisam pratio ...
Imam pretplate za sina i kcer. Na koju akciju da se pozovem za duple jedinice?
