Netko mi je ukrao paket. Piše da je preuzeto imam sliku "Knjiga isporučenih pošiljaka" (za taj dan) - koju mi je pokazala žena u pošti, a ja odmah slikao. I ima potpis i piše da je paket podignut. Kad idem na praćenje paketa piše - Uručeno. Naravno svi i sve koje poznajem da bi možda mogli paket podići - pitao, ali nisu. Inaće paket je s Temua.


I što da radim kako da dođem do paketa ili barem do povrata novca?

Sim kartica za prijenos broja mi stoji kao "zaprimljena" u posti u Zgu vec 8 dana. Znao sam da ce to biti jako glupa i naivna ideja umjesto da se prosetam u poslovnicu i to obavim solarno.

Moralo bi tamo pisati ime i potpis čovjeka ispod toga ....

Ne nema ništa, još ju ja pitam kako je izgledala ta osoba i kao ne sječa se samo veli neka starija gospođa. Ono užas. A ja još ono ajd da vidim potpis i da mi a ja odmah mob. i slikam. Vidi se neki potpis al ne jasan (moj nije 10...00.00%). Al nemam pojma što da radim, da zovem policiju - baš debilno ono 120€ ode.. Kako bi dali bez osobne, a ja došao srat i nije me tražila osobnu.

Pisat szk (znači ne zvat, nego psiat), oni će tražit preslik isporučne knjige, ako nisu upisani podaci (ime i prezime, osobna i šta ti je ta osoba (čl.obitelji, kolega, susjed etc.) tko je predigao pošiljku onda je propust onog tko je isporučio.
Kad se pošta očituje, pokreni postupak za naknadu štete i povrat poštarine di ćeš priložit očitovanje pošte i račun od TEMU-a za sve naručeno u paketu.

Ovako: ima broj osobne, ali nema imena i prezimena. Zvao muriju - oni kao ne smiju odvat te podatke. Sad je javila da kao čekam da će saznat ime i prezime. Sad čekam njezin poziv (djelatnice) - mislim da je ona i ujedno i krivac jer paket je podignut u 08:06 i da kao ona priča da se imam pravo žalit, al... Ima kamera itd... Nemam pojma al za sad čekam.

Probaj s njima dogovoriti, u interesu im je da to srede što su vjerojatno nenamjerno fulali.
Zanimljivo kako su te pustili da fotkaš... Moja lokalna pošta ima naljepnicu na vratima da je fotkanje zabranjeno, jednom nešto htio pa su me napali djelatnici

Fotografiranje na javnim mjestima "zabranjuju" isključivo samo protuhe. Zapamtite te. Mogu 30 naljepnica zalijepiti. Jedino što je u uvom slučaju upitno je to što je rokonja poslikao i tuđe podatke To i nije baš OK

rokonja, ja bih kazao kako su se oni zajebali i dali babi krivu pošiljku. Tako da ovo što reče kolega ODO je zicer. Trajat će neke mjesece, ali bude se to riješilo. Debili.

SMS-om meni za sve veće dolazi, za manje pošiljke poštar ostavlja papirić.

Možda se jednostavno zamjena dogodila kod isporuke, treba vidjet kako se ta zove šta je pokupila tvoj paket pa vidit je li njen paket tamo.

Momi na poštu sam mislio, ovo isto pošto poštara mijenjaju 2-3 puta godišnje, samo problemi, pošto moje adrese ima na 3 mjesta pod istim poštanskim brojem, pa dok ne nauči tko je gdje ....


Nedaj bože da onaj bez palaca dođe, pa to bu pošte svikuda ....

Eto imam paket, otišao kod susjede. Koja dan i pol nije otvorila auto i nije ju he--- paket ni pola posto. Vjerojatno idiot od poštara odnio papirić k njoj. Skužila da ima paket koji nije njezin i donjela ga. By The Way ima isto prezime.

Meni danas navodno bio pokušaj dostave Paket24 pošiljke a nitko živ nije došao. Sad se mogu slikati do ponedjeljka, 6 dana čekanje za "najbržu" dostavu koju u 95% slučajeva isporučuju odmah drugi radni dana. Izgleda da sam ja jedan od onih baksuza koji u to ne spada, još u životu nisam doživio da mi HP dostavi u roku 24h )

Prije kakvih 13 godina (zadnje što sam koristio) HP je imao one opcije tipa: dostava do 10/14 idući dan. To smo u firmi onomad često koristili. Vozač je uvijek bio isti, usluga je koštala kakvih 50 startohrvatskih (za frime s ugovorom) i nije u HR imala alternative.

Prošlo je 13 godina od tada a kao da je prošlo 130 i da se barem jedna nuklearna apokalipsa dogodila u međuvremenu.

Iako, kod mene se situacija s amazon + HP pošiljkama popravila, uredno dolazi. S ostalim pošiljkama se ne bih kockao i redovito ih izbjegavam.

Bitno da su se oni zaštitili sa pravilnicima, bez obzira što ti stavio dostavu sljedeći radni dan i to platio oni po pravilniku imaju rok od 3 radna dana za te prioritetne pošiljke. Nekada je rok od 3 radna dana bio za preporučene pošiljke, sada već ima neko vrijeme da su za njih stavili rok dostave na 7 radnih dana..

Veliš prati broj,
meni ti se jednom dogodilo da su mi na listić prep.pošiljke isprintali broj očito osobe koja je na šalteru valjda bila prije, pa sam gledao wtf. kak je paket koji je trebao bit dostavljen u inozemstvo, dost. u zagrebu.

Ja sam mislio više pratiti broj koji si dobio od prodavača
U ovom tvom scenariju ima još više mjesta za zajeb s njihove strane.

They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. Prije desetak godina sam radio u korisničkoj podršci jednog našeg alternativnog dostavljača kraće vrijeme, al u udarnom razdoblju, pa sam se naslušao hrpetine slučajeva, redovno se događalo da krivoj osobi isporuče paket, pa sam onda ganjao te da se zamijene itd. Jednom je neka žena dobila tuđi paket s čvarcima (btw. hrana se nesmije slati) pitam ja što ste s time napravili, treba to vratit ovom pravom adresatu, kaže ona: pojela sam ih hahahaha.
Apropo hrane, najveća bizarnost je bila, neki imbecil je slao preko pola Hrvatske smrznute ribe (!), koje su se ofc rastopile i usmrdile pola skladišta i paketa koji su bili ispod.

Bilo je i slučajeva pokušaja (srećom) prevare, mislim da sam to već na drugom threadu spominjao, gdje prevarant nas zove i traži da se tobože stopira paket i ne uruči, zato da žrtva ne vidi da je dobila k....c umjesto mobitela, a u međuvremenu pošalje prevarantu lovu. No kupac je to sva sreća detektirao, tj. zvao je tog prevaranta u međuvremenu i pitao što izvodi, i tu se ovaj slomio i priznao da je bijedni prevarant, da nikakav mobitel nije ni poslao, tj. prazan paket. Što je fenomenalno, jer da je to prošlo, bi nastao shitstorm gdje bi ovaj gad tvrdio pred kupcem da su mu sigurno mobitel ukrali iz paketa, pa bi onda nastala maksimalna gnjavaža za dostavljačku tvrtku.

Ne nema ništa, još ju ja pitam kako je izgledala ta osoba i kao ne sječa se samo veli neka starija gospođa. Ono užas. A ja još ono ajd da vidim potpis i da mi a ja odmah mob. i slikam. Vidi se neki potpis al ne jasan (moj nije 10...00.00%). Al nemam pojma što da radim, da zovem policiju - baš debilno ono 120€ ode.. Kako bi dali bez osobne, a ja došao srat i nije me tražila osobnu.

Netko ti je ukrao paket i lažirao potpis. Ovo prvo je vjerojatno prekršaj a ovo drugo je kazneno djelo.

Ako ovo nije za policiju onda ne znam što je.

Ja bi prijavio krađu pa neka pošta i poštar objašnjavaju policiji da je došlo do zabune Ako ništa drugo prije će se riješiti.

Sad se ovo već dvaput desilo, paket se šalje DHL-om iz Njemačke, preuzima ga Pošta.
Tracking, paket visi dva dana na DHL izlaznom skladištu u Njemačkoj.
Žalim se DHL-u, da bi se nakon žalbe isti magično u roku pola sata materijalizirao u Zagrebu.
Zaključke sami izvucite što izvode u Pošti...

Ima sam slican slucaj nedavno, paket od 2k eura iz njemacke se kiselio nekoliko dana pa se cudom stvorio u Zagrebu. A jos jedna zanimljivost, dostava nije niti pokusana nego su samo turnuli papiric u sanducic pa neka se ja sada vozim na postu po njega /cca 30kg/

Ja sam se pozitivno šokirao neki dan. Naručim used igre za ps5 s amazona, vrijeme dostave prst/palac oko mjesec dana. Za 6 dana dobijem najavu pošiljke od hp-a za dostavu, sljedeći dan papirić ubač̣en u sanduč̣ić da podignem paket u pošti. Na stranu zajebancija s tim papirićima, očekivao sam da će se barem početi kiseliti prije nego što ga dostavno vozilo uopće utovari. Najbrẓ̌a dostava s amazona ikad za najobičniji shipoing.

Obzirom na vrlo ograničen broj poštara, u mom mjestu su odlučili da 'naši' raznose preporuke, a Nepalci ostalu običnu poštu.
btw, danas je mojoj službenici u kafić gdje pije jutarnju kavu lik donio povratnice koje su završile kod njega na sasvim 10-toj adresi od naše firme.

Od zadnjih 5 posiljki 3 sam pokupio sam u obližnjoj pošti niti zvali niti ostavili papir,samo sms dođe skupite tu i tu.
