Meni s Amazona dofura uvijek onaj Paket24 od HPa u kombiju. Nikad regularni poštar.
Jučer je baš dofurao. Paket poslan od Amazona u srijedu popodne, rekordno.

Meni Paket24 sada stvarno uredno nosi pakete. Ne znam što je pošlo po krivu da su se popravili.

They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. Znam da nije tema, al evo i nas DHL se poceo koristiti taktikama od HP-a.

Najavili sms-om da paket stize kroz dan, na kraju nitko nit je zvao nit je isporucen paket, a cijeli dan dezurao doma. Odem danas provjeriti na web, kad stoji da je pokusano urucenje ali nitko nije mogao preuzeti. Stoka lazljiva, u kuci sam cijeli bozji dan i to i u vrijeme "pokusaja urucenja".

Na kraju preusmjerio paket na paketomat kako bi izbjegao opet ovu situaciju da bi me docekala obavijest da ce bit tamo spreman za 3 dana. I sad nema nazad nego cekat. Bas su stoka.

Ja sam u zadnjih 11 dana imao 7 dostava s Amazona (4 kupovine su podjelili na 7 paketa).
3 su dosla HPom (na kucna vrata bez beda)
2 DHLom isto kuci
2 Overseasom isto kuci

Valjda sam imao srece .

Svaki put je dostavljac nazvao prije dostave, ALI sva tri su nazvali kad su vec bili u mojoj ulici sto je malo bezveze jer ako nisam kuci nebi bio/stigo ni za tih 30-40 sekundi koliko im treba da stignu pred vrata .
Taj dio mi nikad nije bio jasan, umjesto da nazovu prije nego krenu na adresu (ako nisam kuci nema potrebe ni da trose vrijeme/kilometre) ali ne, oni zovu kad su vec tamo...

Ja sam prestao slati na paketomat, barem ovo sa amazona. Zadnjih 10ak narudzbi stignu u zg, drugi dan dodje kombi doma. Ne ureko se, pljuc pljuc pljuc, izgleda da su nasli postare za Pulu/okolicu!

Ovo za DHL je stvarno tužno, ali nije odavno DHL ono što je bio pred deset godina. Pa i manje.

Taj dio mi nikad nije bio jasan, umjesto da nazovu prije nego krenu na adresu (ako nisam kuci nema potrebe ni da trose vrijeme/kilometre) ali ne, oni zovu kad su vec tamo...
Bas sam uspio popricati sa vozacem vezano za pozive itd. Znaci, dobijaju se obavijesti na mail, sms, viber, stogod o dolasku posiljke.
Eh sad, lik ima 118 adresa za proci i poslozi robu u kombiju po zacrtanoj ruti. Stalno je na fonu sa operaterom jer stalno zovu za informacije o paketima.
Ako krene gledati i zvati ljude, za svaku posiljku, izgubiti ce na tome barem 1 sat vremena ukupno, a i ovako jedva stigne do baze isporuciti prikupe.

Eto, treba i za njih imati razumijevanja ponekad. I ja sam par puta falio i nije me bilo, reko vozacu nastavi, nazovem te da vidim gdje si, pa dodjem autom do tebe po pakete, jer on se vise ne vraca na adresu.

Eto, treba i za njih imati razumijevanja ponekad. I ja sam par puta falio i nije me bilo, reko vozacu nastavi, nazovem te da vidim gdje si, pa dodjem autom do tebe po pakete, jer on se vise ne vraca na adresu.
Od HPa i DHLa sam dobio Mail/SMS sa obavijest da je dostava danas u periodu od 8-11h (ili neko drugo vrijeme unutar 3-4h) ali Overseas nula bodova, niti mial niti SMSa, samo nazove kad je 30-40 sec od kuce .

Ja od overseasa uredno dobijem mail ujutro i lik bude kod mene između 10 i 11. Moguće da na tvom području netko kiksa pri utovaru ili imaju neki sustavni problem.

Ne znam ko kiksa ali vecvdugo ne dobijem od overseasa nista, samo se pojave s paketom. Dok svi ostali (DHL, HP, GLS, DPD) redovno dobijem mail/poruku ili Viber...

Mogu potvrditi ovo gore, sto bi znacilo da je neki problem do regiona. Na primjeru OE sam ovo ljeto vidio kako sve moze poci zdolu kad se promjeni vozac. Covjek otisao, izmjenjalo se par njih, bacali mi pakete u dvoriste bez poziva, dok eto nije dosao neki normalniji lik. I sve to u par mjeseci. Jedan covjek je bio problem, ocito.

Meni Overseasa dostavljaju dvoje (musko/zensko) nekad sa kombijem a nekad sa caddyem (tako da nije samo jedna osoba). Bas cu pitati slijedeci put zasto nema obavijesti na dan dostave...

Po meni je netko (vozač) zadužen za skeniranje paketa prilikom utovara. Moguće da u tebe preskoče taj korak. Ja, recimo, imam slično iskustvo s jednim likom koji mi šalje pakete povremeno preko GLS. Jedino za njegove pakete nema najave dolaska. Kada pogledaš paket na naljepnici stoje moji podaci, mail, broj telefona ali ništa ne znam o paketu dok me ne zove kurir, 30 sekundi prije pokušaja dostave. Pitao sam kurire ali nisu znali objasniti u čemu je razlika.

Pazi apsurda. Dodje mi obavijest da mogu otic podic paket na paketomat, sav sretan dodjem do paketomata, trazim pin u porukama/mailovima, nigdje pin-a.

Zovem sluzbu za korisnike... "nase radno vrijeme je do 17h od ponedjeljka do petka". Pa za ranit se.

Hrpa nesposobnih idiota. Sta drugo rec.

da i ja pitam, vjerojatno pizdariju...
čekam paket iz UK... nisam dobio tracking broj iako je poslano preko royal airmaila sa trackingom. nisam ga ni pitao šta se toga tiče, nisam nikad imao problema paketima iz europe.

i danas se javlja lik iz UK da ima "čudan" update trackinga.

napokon dobijem tracking broj - i piše da je paket u zagrebu jer se vraća nazad u UK.

dakle lokalna nesposobna bagra nije bila sposobna niti ostaviti ceduljicu da je paket stigao u poštu, i to 10.2, i onda su ga 18.2 poslali nazad. paket je fizički stigao u lokalnu poštu, i nisu mogli dostaviti obavijest o tome?! ajde da sam u pripizdini, ali živim pol km od pošte.

i sad kome da se žalim? govna nesposobna. tko će platiti poštarinu za ponovno slanje?

Pošalji im prigovor i kroz 3-6 mjeseci budeš vjerojatno dobio neki odgovor. Problem je, naravno, što nemaš dokaz ničega. Iako je notorna činjenica da su skroz nesposobni.

Ja bih od dokaznog materijala svakako priložio tracking i konverzaciju sa sellerom. Jasno naznači koju odštetu tražiš. Oni kada podmiruju plate 3x iznos poštarine, što je u ovom slučaju malo nejasno što bi to točno bilo.

Pozdrav. Nakon što prodavač pošalje paket, dal se paket može pogledat na licu mjesta (otvorit kutiju) i tek onda dati kuriru novce?
Kolko sam čitao, neke kurirske službe imaju tu opciju.

Koliko ja znam HP ima takvu opciju, međutim utrđivanje sadržaja može biti zaguljeno. Ja sam pred nešto godina bio pitao kako oni to određuju i rečeno mi je da, ako paket treba sadržavati "mobitel" onda njih ne zanima u kakvom je mobitel stanju, koji je model u pitanju i sl.
