Mogu oni napisati svašta ali dok god televizori nemaju official "prometnu dozvolu", lihvari nemaju ni pravo zahtijevati ovakve nebuloze.
Budalaštine ili ne, ako pošalješ formular bez jedne od tih potvrda koje traže, oni ti neće priznati otkazivanje pretplate, pa se ti nateži s njima...

Gledaj, teško je davati takve savjete, ali ovo nije prvi puta da su u taj obrazac stavljali nebuloze. Isto tako su imali onaj dio gdje se ti slažeš kako "mogu doći u inspekciju" kad god oni hoće. Ja kako sam to čitao, moje razumijevanje je bilo kako to sigurno ne znači da ću ih puštati unutra.

Iz raznih komentara na internetu sam vidio i da su ljudi znali modificirati obrazac i izbaciti van nebuloze i to je isto tako prolazilo. Gdje u bilo kojem zakonu piše kako taj obrazac mora izgledati?

Naravno, YMMV i svatko treba odabrati kako će se obratiti tim gadovima. Da ja danas to šaljem uzeo bih papir, na njemu napisao kako sam TV poklonio AP, zalijepio bih neku njegovu gadnu fotografiju i potpisao se nogom. Sigurno ne bih trošio vrijeme na odlazak na reciklažno dvorište i da tamo odlažem neki fake TV i tražim da mi lupe pečat. Naročito što mi kramu odvoze ekipa sakupljači otpada, a oni slabo pišu potvrde Vjerojatno slabo i čitaju, a kamoli pišu.

Isto tako nigdje ne piše da ti oni moraju takav odgovor uvažiti i otkazati pretplatu, zato sam i rekao, možeš ti po svome, ali se onda kasnije nateži s njima kad ti uplatnice nastave dolaziti.
Ovako ako napraviš kako traže, nemaju se pravo žaliti i moraju ti otkazat pretplatu. Sve ostalo je natezanje. Da, jebu te u mozak, ali tako naša država funkcionira.

Problem je u tome što ako igraš po njihovim labavim pravilima onda ne znaš kad si u pravu, samo o tome se radi. Budi spreman na to da će ti slati uplatnice za dalje, moguće i opomene pred ovrhu. Kada se meni to dogodilo, poslikao sam im povratnicu uz jedan sočan prigovor na mail.

Pa oni bi tako mogli staviti da je uvjet za odjavu TV-a da si proveo bar 48h u zemljinoj orbiti.

Ok ako vam se da zajebavat s tim. Ako ne, samo hrabro - poslati odjavu, sve dokumentirati i ne dat se zastrašiti, ako pošalju opet uplatnice lijepo prigovor i priložiti sve. Ako treba i na sud. Što njih briga gdje je moj TV završio, zapalio sam ga na dvorištu.

Da, na to se svodi. Kada sam platio zadnje baš mi je bilo dogorilo, više nisam mogao dalje po starom. 80kn pretplata, a da netko radi budalu od tebe cijeli život, neprocjenjivo.

Došao HRT ispred kuće, a taman krenuo sa psom van.

Pita on mene kaj ste vi tu kratko vidim nema vas u evidenciji. Reko čega; mi smo vam iz hrt redovite kontrole.

Samo sam se okrenuo i bez riječi otišao u kuću. Pokupili su se i oni. Nisu nikaj ostavili u kasliću.
Došla je ipak uptalnica za jedan mjesec. Napisali da su vidjeli TV kroz prozor kuće što je laže. TV nije vidljiv s te strane kuće.

Ima netko šprancu za žablu, a da je uspjela? Preporučeno poštom?

Čisto da provjerim s vama prije nego krenem u akciju.
Za pravovaljanu odjavu HRT-ove pretplate trebam obaviti dvije stvari:
1. Ispuniti onaj formular i zaokružit da mi je TV crko
2. Naći neki pokvareni TV negdje i odnit ga na otpad, tražiti od službenika da mi potpiše da je otpad zaprimio moj TV
3. Ta dva dokumenta potpisana šaljem na HRT-ovu adresu

To je to ?
A da ne ideš tim putem, već nađeš neki drugi razlog?

Zanimljivo.

Ja sam riješio prije mjesec-dva, bez da su išta pitali.
Prodao sam stan i gotovo. Nikakve stvar nisam trebao poslati.

Ti si bio odjavio prijemnik ili nisi nikada imao niti prijavljeno na toj adresi? Ja bih im na tvom mjestu poslao uplatnicu natrag na mail za prigovore i tražio da pošalju dokaz iz kojeg se vidi da ti stvarno jesi obaveznik njihovih usluga. Također traži pisanu potvrdu kako nisi ništa dužan. Ne treba ti nikakav obrazac za to.

Gledajte, ako drugačije ne ide, samo odjaviš prijemnik i doviđenja. Ljudima ponavljam da ako ih i "ulove" platiš taj jedan mjesec i fino odjaviš. Glupe igre se igraju na razne glupe načine.

U ovom slučaju bih rađe čupao čavle zubima iz hrastovog panja starog 30 godina nego im bilo što platio. Ovo je teški APP i osnova za tužbu (pokušaj prevare, lažni iskaz) samo naravno moramo biti svjesni gdje živiomo.

Moja situacija: poslali su mi opomenu zbog neplaćenih uplatnica nakon što sam uspješno odjavio prijemnik.

Uzmi ovo s dozom rezerve, okrenulo me bilo skroz

Poštovana/ni,

uvidom u svoju evidenciju moci cete s lakocom utvrditi kako ste na dan 27.09.2017. na svoju adresu na Prisavlju zaprimili ODJAVU prijemnika prijavljenog na xxx. Uz ODJAVU prijemnika vracene su vam i preostale uplatnice.

Kako je posljednja obveza za mjesec rujan podmirena a u istom mjesecu je i napravljena ODJAVA, obaveza za period za koji nas teretite (listopad, prosinac i studeni godine 2017) je neosnovana.

Bezrezervno i sa gnusanjem odbacujem vase neosnovane prijetnje ovrhom.

Molim vas da mi odgovorom na ovaj mail potvrdite kako ste ispravili greske sa svoje strane i kako je time opomena u predmetu ponistena.

ovime se želimo ispričati zbog neugodnosti koje ste imali zbog našeg propusta, te smo naknadno izvršili odjavu prijamnika pod evid. brojem xxx i stornirali račune od 10/2017 do 02/2018. U privitku Vam dostavljamo saldakonti karticu iz koje je vidljivo da nema daljnjih potraživanja i potvrdu o odjavi.

U privitku su poslali taj saldo nula te potvrdu o odjavi. Ono što me skroz raspizdilo je što je stara bilo usrana kada je vidjela opomenu i te prijetnje ovrhom, da je bilo do nje ona bi pohitala to sve platiti i oni bi se uredno pravili kao da odjave nije ni bilo.

I sada vidim da je prošlo već skoro 8 godina od tada. Dakle, uskratio sam izjelicama preko hiljadu eura, neka.

Gledajte, ako drugačije ne ide, samo odjaviš prijemnik i doviđenja. Ljudima ponavljam da ako ih i "ulove" platiš taj jedan mjesec i fino odjaviš. Glupe igre se igraju na razne glupe načine.

U ovom slučaju bih rađe čupao čavle zubima iz hrastovog panja starog 30 godina nego im bilo što platio. Ovo je teški APP i osnova za tužbu (pokušaj prevare, lažni iskaz) samo naravno moramo biti svjesni gdje živiomo.

A ne, mislim da ti pošalju za 6 unazad. Jbg mislim da je onaj Hanžeković njihov odvjetnik

3 ili 6 znaju poslati ponekad, to je APP na treću i radi se o nagradi za te smrdljive lažove u jeftinim košuljama, gdjegdje poznati i kao HRT inkasatori.

Moja situacija: poslali su mi opomenu zbog neplaćenih uplatnica nakon što sam uspješno odjavio prijemnik.

Uzmi ovo s dozom rezerve, okrenulo me bilo skroz

Njihov odgovor je bio kako slijedi.

Pazi u zpaisniku piše da su kroz prozor kuće na katu vidjeli televizor.

Što bi impliciralo da su mi gledali tj. navirivali kroz prozor. Imam doma žemnu s malim djetetom koja doji. Napomenuti ću im da to spada u uzemiravanje i voajerizam.

Ti si tu uplatnicu dobio za tekući/prošli mjesec, šta li? Što piše na uplatnici? To za uznemiravanje svakako napiši. U koliko toliko normalnoj državi ovo bi se rješavalo preko advokata. I bolilo bi te kojeg biš uzeo jer bi oni i tako to platili.

Da, ali ne u Rvackoj gdje recimo za prigovor na neosnovan prijedlog za ovrhu ti moraš platiti sudsku pristojbu i ne možeš dobiti taj novac nazad.

I kaj da ne platim? I onda? Kaj briješ da neće ništa biti? Neće slati dalje nešto?

Mislim poslali su "Zapisnik o kontroli olaćanje mjesečne pristojbe" i "Obavijest o prijavi u evidenciju obveznika plaćanja mjesečne pristojbe temeljem zaposnika o kontroli plaćanja broj XYZ".

Ignoriranje će prije ili kasnije vjerojatno voditi na ovrhu. Mislim da je henrijev savjet neupućen.

Slali su i meni ta zapisnike, ali bez uplatnica. Nema tu pravila, to je sve individualizirano. Pošalji ima jedan mail, objasni da jedva čekaš da na sudu pitaš tog ljigavca da potvrdi kako je ulazio neovlašteno na tvoj posjed i virio kroz prozor dok tvoja supruga doji vaše dijete. Zapisnik je lažan, nemaš nikakve prijamnike i predlažeš im da izbjegnu sudske troškove.

Stalno rade takva sranja, nije to njima ništa novo ni nepoznato. Jedina je razlika što su sada naletili na nekoga tko ne želi bespogovorno plaćati. Po meni će napraviti isto što bi i svaki samosvjesni školski nasilnik, potražiti će lakšu žrtvu.

SPLiFF možeš dobiti taj novac natrag ako dobiješ spor i tražiš povrat troškova. Tu ti još minimalno pripada i dnevnica i putni troškovi. Naravno, dobivanje spora na OS je teško, ako ne i nemoguće. Barem u nekim gradovima, to su generacije prepisivača i beskičemnjaka.

ignoriranje ne pomaze. samo ces dobiti ovrhu.

takoder sam bio u slicnoj situaciji. uselili smo se u stan i stizale su uplatnice. ja sam uporno njih ignorirao dok nije za 12 mjeseci dosao prijedlog za ovrhu.

Ok, a što onda zaokružiti na prvoj stranici zahtjeva za odjavu pod prijamnik koji posjedujem i prijamnik koji odjavljujem?
Samo TV? Dal zaokružiti NE za TV pod prijamnik koji posjedujem, a DA za TV pod prijamnik koji odjavljujem?
Mobitel, motorno vozilo, radio, osobno računalo itd. ostaviti sve prazno i ne zaokružiti ništa?
Jer gore u podacima se traži i broj telefona i email, ako se napiše broj mobitela onda očito imaš mobitel

A razlog - pa naškraba se rukom na A4 formata papiru izjava gdje sam ja taj i taj prodao dana tog i tog preko njuškala Buba Švabi TV, potpišem se ja, potpiše se Buba Švaba i to je to

Na prijedlog za ovrhu se obavezno piše žalba u roku, mislim da je tjedan dana. Onda ide sudac za prekršaje gdje tužitelj mora dokazati posjedovanje nekog prijemnika (ne dolaziti na sud sa mobitelom), s obzirom da to ne mogu dokazati gube spor. Nisi čitao sve što piše u papirima koje si dobio, nisi se raspitao.

Onda ide sudac za prekršaje gdje tužitelj mora dokazati posjedovanje nekog prijemnika (ne dolaziti na sud sa mobitelom), s obzirom da to ne mogu dokazati gube spor. Nisi čitao sve što piše u papirima koje si dobio, nisi se raspitao.
A kaj je sa automobilom? Mislim lako se vidi imaš li automobil....i za to si dužan platiti.
