They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. Nezgodan je termin ali budi fer pa na oglasnu plocu objesi info i probaj dati rok dokad ces to raditi. 30 godina sam bio u zgradi od 5 katova (sad mi samo roditelji zive tamo) i svi smo se znali. Uvijek su se nekako hejtali oni koji neplanirano krenu stemati u 7h. Ali za info na tabli x dana ranije nemas sto prigovoriti. Tebi je malo nezgodno jer si nov pa moras tek steci susjede. A susjedi su dobra stvar u tim manjim zgradama, vjeruj mi. Sad se u mojoj zgradi smjenjuju generacije i vec imamo masu novih mladih sa psima i djecom, i ispada neki su skroz ok kad ih upoznas (!) dok druge bi djoko sto im pas recimo popisa otirace i ne komuniciraju s ostalima.

Ako je velika zgrada e to ne znam. Tamo sigurno ne postoni takav "kolektiv" i valjda svatko svoju politiku vodi samo da je u skladu s kucnim redom i bok.

Zgrada je manja, s 5 katova, hrpetina mladih s klincima, puno ih je već bilo u stanu vidjeti kako napreduju radovi, a obavijest smo naljepili prije početka radova. Fora je što imam par sati posla štemanja da može doći majstor postavljat pločice - u normalnom terminu, a ako čekam subotu da krenem radit, nikad nebu gotovo…

A nemas sta, moras to napraviti i jbga sad. Info si stavio, ljudi znaju sto radis, ako netko i kenja jbga uvijek ce se naci netko i samo polako s njima. Ako imate predstavnika stanara skompaj se s njim i to ti je vec pola posla.

Odakle da krenem? Samo treba imati zivaca ako kenjaju, nije pitanje toga remetis li dnevni mir. A znas tko uvijek kenja...? Onaj koji nema pametnijeg posla

Uvijek se sjetim mladog bracnog para koji su ogolili stan u mojoj zgradi i napravili nesto predivno na kraju. Imalu smo valjda 3-4 sastanka stanara jer se ljudima dizao k sto su oni imali radove cijeli dan - postujuci dnevni mir, jasno! Moj stari je htio crknuti. I urla on na sve, psuje, prosipa zuc, ali taj par je bio ful korektan, isprike svima, komunikacija top. Dobar dio komunikacije je odradio predstavnik stanara jer ekipa vise vjeruje kad ti istu stvar kaze netko koga poznajes. Na kraju nije trebalo dugo da svi zaborave te radove i postanu ok s njima jer i oni su ful ok likovi na kraju. Ljudska psiha je zajebana stvar, pogotovo uparena s kolektivom.

Jedno možda neobično pitanje. U adaptaciji stana sam na tight schedule, poslje posla bi tipa 17-19h morao odradit još nešto štemanja, kućni red kaže da je mirno doba 15-17h i 22-6h. Obzirom da nisam živio u zgradi većinu života niti u nekoj gdje se radila ozbiljna adaptacija…je li to OK s moje strane? Iza Božića smo krenuli jako jer je netko iz familije uvijek bio na godišnjem, ali nismo uspjeli završit sve što zahtjeva štemericu
Objesi na ulaz na komadu papira da će biti buke i da se izvinjavaš uredno te da moliš za razumijevanje.

Ostaviš broj mobitela ako netko nekaj treba i bok.

Do kojih 19h je ok za raditi tak "bučne" radove. Osobno kada sam imao bučne radove bilo kuća ili stan radnim danom nisam počinjao prije 7, a vikendima prije 8. Završavao sam obično do između 17-19h.

Godinu dana sam uređivao stan iz temelja, 95% sam sam radio, možda dvaput subotom nešto štemao, vikendom sam radio tihe poslove, zidanje, provlačenje struje itd.
Ostalo bučno samo tjedno, nikad poslje 16h.
Obavijestio sam ih unaprijed za sve.

Naravno sigurno su neki negodovali, al ne meni direkt.
Nije neka druželjubiva zajednica bila, al sve je prošlo ok

Ma zato kažem da OSB nije za to. Možda za unutrašnji prostor pa da ga se zagleta nekom glet masom i gdje ne dolazi do velikih oscilacija u temperaturi, ali za vani ga je bolje ostaviti sirovog.

Nije mi bitna estetika tu a na kraju sam ga trebao ostaviti sirovog, 3x manje posla no sad sam pametniji za drugi put
Ma sigurno je bolje zaštićen sa dodatnim slojevima a i bolje izgleda. Ne mora sve bit glatko i savršeno ravno da bi bilo lijepo

Krivo sam se izrazio. Trebao sam napisati: šta imaju kenjat a da te briga? Npr. ja sam svašta istrpio od susjeda. Da idem nešto rasturati stavio bih obavijest i išao rasturati, u ista vremena kada su oni rasturali. Ako bi bili zakazani kakvi sastanci isti bi s moje strane bili ignorirani. Čak bi i rasturanje bilo pojačano za vrijeme sastanka

Kupuje se jednom, a ne svaki dan. Preferiram tihi rad kao i kod računala.

Kupio i ja baš taj 100CRZ. Dostavio mi je čovjek do doma u SMB.

Super Nadam se da je tih i efikasan kak je i na speckama. Kolega koji je iz ITa otišao u gradevinarce ga full hvali kao tihog, pouzdanog i da protokom kak i piše.

Crijevo od vode za vešmainu. Dobro da sam vidio jer cijelo je takvo. Staro je sedam godina ali istina i bog ja dovod vode na ventilu ne zatvaram tak da je non stop pod pritiskom.

Uzeo sam jučer u pevexu https://www.pevex.hr/instalacija-cri...eno-3-4zz-1-5m i crijevo slini. Znači na dijelu koji ide na vešmašinu (koljeno) ima plastični navoj, gumica i onda mnetalnna "šelna" i ispod nje slini polako.

Danas sam se malo igrao spajajući brodski pod u postupku izrade škrinje od duglazije.

Na kraju sam doša do optimalnog načina za raspoređivanje ljepila koje je jednostavno, brzo i ne proizvodi previše viška (jednom preliti, i onda samo prstom proći preko fugi).
Znam da je sitnica ali čovjeka veseli pogotovo ako imate OKP

Kako sam gore naveo u adaptaciji sam stana. Uveli su mi koaksijalni vod za A1 Giga internet kako je vidljivo na slici. Nemam praktičan pristup struji na tom mjestu pa bi kao što se vidio kroz postojeći bužir za paricu proveo sajlom koaks do boravka.

Bi li vi to ukopavali u žbuku i bužir? Jel postoji kakva lajsna da odvedem koaks do razvodne od starog bakra elegantno, pa dalje kroz bužir do boravk, a da lajsna nije ona odurna kvadratna za urede za rede ili koju koriste po stubištu zgrade?

Pa i tako si u grubim radovima,
ako možeš ukopaj kanal, u njega stavi pvc bužir za el. instalacije pa u njega coax kabel.
Gdje "na putu" već imaš pvc bužir, iskoristi ga.
Ako budeš stavljao svoj coax obavezno stavi kvalitetni RG6.
Pazi kako ćeš izvesti "kantune" da me slomiješ kabel a i zbog provlačenja.

Obzirom da je jedan spoj odmah kod ulaza, morao bi u principu izvest da iz komada ide do dn. Boravka? Koliko su u praksi štetni prijelazi ako bi napravio još jedan spoj u razvodnoj kutiji?

Svakako je bolje kabel u komadu.
Spojevi, produžeci nisu problem ako se ispravno izvede kvalitetnim materijalom.
Pazi da nemaš kratki spoj između srednjeg i shirma + da shirm ima uredan spoj.
Iskoristi postojeći kabel sa konektorima šta ih je tehničar postavio ... nedaju se skinuti i ponovo upotrebiti.

Stavi bužir do hodnika malo veći (npr. fi25) ako jednoga dana dođe optika da nju možeš povući bez problema

Ima li ovdje koji statičar da kaže može li se od OSB ploča rezanih na trake od 2500 x 125 x 25 mm napraviti konstrukcija za vunu i onda na konstrukciju staviti tanje OSB ploče? Gore ne bi bio nikakav teret. Znači, mogu li tako rezane OSB ploče zamijeniti isto takve daske kad bi se postavile na kant? Cilj je uštediti vrijeme i novac jer daske moram prosušiti, zaštititi itd. i vremenom bi se uvile, a OSB nema tih problema.

Koliko bi ti bio raspon tih OSB ploča? I o tome dosta ovisi nosivost, a i o debljini vune.
