Pa odakle ti ideja da imam T-com optiku?!?! Na trulom bakru još uvijek, tek bio u t-comu prekjučer tražit da me prebace na rune jer je rune jedini došao u zgradu. Centar Rijeke, vjerovao ili ne.

Ma kakav Terrakom, ne bi kod njih ionako. Zanimalo me generalno ako budem raskidao
prvo nazoveš trenutnog operatera i tražiš da ti izračunaju izlazninu i to u pismenom obliku mailom ili sms,zatim nazovi operatera na kojeg misliš preći
(po mogučnosti prodajnog predstavnika izgleda da oni imaju malo više ovlasti) i pitaj za povrat izlaznine,ja upravo radim na taj način prelazak sa a1
na telemach izlaznina je 153 eura,telemach će mi vratiti u potpunosti,inaće do 3 kartice po 66 eura svaka,inaće ću prekinuti ugovor 6 mjeseci prije isteka.
sam nemoj ništa raskidati i prekidati neka to odrade operateri među sobom

sistem je takav a1 ti naplati izlazninu i moraš platiti,specifikacije računa šalješ
telemachu oni tebi onda u roku 10 dana šalju kartice u visini izlaznine ,max 3 kartice po 66 eura ili ti ga 198 eura,ista stvar je bila kad sam prelazio sa t-coma
na a1 samo onda su izlaznine bile daleko manje otprilike isto vrijeme do kraja ugovora je onda bilo 650kn ,danas 153 eura,tada su mi vratili sumu na konzum kartici/bonovima,ovi vele mastercard karticama.

sad dalo bi se razgovarati kolika je opravdana njihova kuknjava i podizanje cijena ako su spremni otkupljivati 6 mjeseci ugovora i onda ti još daju 12 mjeseci za 1 euro,a a1 6mjeseci takoreći besplatno.

samo nekako mislim da će taj prelazak past u vodu eto prošlo je 14 dana od dogovora/potpisivanja i ni traga ni glasa o terminu od telemacha

Ono što mene najviše fascinira u cijeloj priči je da sam ja ostao na T-Comu, ali praktički raskinuo ugovor i potpisao novi, a da sam posljednjih 6 mjeseci plaćao 1 €. I sad opet dobivam 3 mj za 1 €.

Dakle u ukupno 6+24 mjeseci, 9 će biti za 1 €. To jako ruši cijenu od 38 € mjesečno, jer prosjek ispadne 26,9 €... a za te novce nitko ne nudi Trio pakete

Ništa se ti ne brini sve će oni fino nadoknaditi kroz vrijeme i kroz inflacijske klauzule i slično

a telemach je 12 mjeseci po 1 euro premium paket sa 2 televizora i brzinom 1/500 44eura podjeljeno na 24 znaći u prosjeku 22 eura,što bar meni govori da bi ta cijena(22 eura) bila realna cijena za taj paket,i pokazatelj je koliko nas deru.

Evo i ja bas gledam raskinuti a1duo nakon sto sam iskoristio 6 mj po 10centi
Pa kako bi onda to ispalo sta moram pitat a1 i kako da mi cim manje ispadnu penali i sta bi preporucili od internet optike i tv mozda iskon optika?

Iskon optika je prilično jadna, plaćam 40 eur za 200/100 + TV. Za istu cijenu dobijem od Telemacha 1000/500 + EON TV pa ću na to preć kad mi istekne ugovor uskoro. Za penale ne znam kako ide

Penali bi trebali biti samo doplata tog dijela na kojeg je ostvaren popust. Iako je izneseno sijaset teorija.

Neki dan sam prijevremeno raskinuo Max2 ugovor, mjesecni racun je bio 23 eura (nikakvi promo periodi). Ostalo mi je oko 9mj ugovora. Iznos je 145 eura. Nemam pojma kako su dosli do te brojke, nisam jos dobio racun pa nemam nista na papiru osim usmene cifre.

Da se nadovezem na svoj gornji post, u 9.mj sam raskinuo ugovor i telefonski su mi rekli cifru koju dugujem i koju mogu ocekivati. Pocetkom 10.mj je trebao biti generiran racun. Dobio sam jedan racun za naplatu opreme koju nisam vratio (racun su mi stornirali jer sam opremu u medjuvremenu vratio). Kako nisam dobivao drugi racun za penale, javio sam im se mailom na sto su mi odgovorili da oni u sustavu nemaju otvorenih racuna za tu uslugu. Dosta interesantno jer oni sami su mi rekli da im se javim ako ne dobijem racun.

Otpocetka komuniciram samo mailom na "savjetovanje.dokumentacija@t.ht.hr" i oni su me uvijek telefonski kontaktirali oko gasenja te usluge. Obicni SZK ne moze pomoci jednom kada je usluga ugasena, oni ne vide te stvari u sustavu (probao pitati).

Sta je moguce da su se zajebali?
Mislim, ja cu taj mail uokviriti na zidu ako bude trebalo, al cisto sumnjam da su se bas tako zaj... Na koji nacin oni dostavljaju racun za penale, mailom, u tcom app, postom?

Meni je pred dva tjedna dosao racun od HT na usluge u iznosu od 201 ojro, iako uopce nisam njihov korisnik Mozda je to tvoj racun bio.

Ja sam imao peripetije s njima, slali mi račune za uslugu koja je odjavljena mjesecima.
Svaki mjesec ista prica, kontaktiram ih mailom pa se ne javljaju deset dana i storniraju nakon kilometarskog objašnjavanja.
Nakon trećeg mjeseca mi je prekipilo i dano im je do znanja da ako ne riješe ide prijava HAKOM-u.
Poslije toga nema više računa. 😁

Postoje dvije opcije - platiti preostale rate ili iskoristene promocije (tipa imalo se npr 15e mjesecno popusta). I uvijek se gleda kaj je povoljnije za korisnika. Medutim ima nekih glupih slucajeva kao moj s max2 isto gdje su svaki mjesec rasli penali i na kraju ispalo da tipa ako odem ono 6mj prije ili manje, da bi trebao vratiti 1300e ili neka divljina lol. Kao, buduci da sam bio novi korisnik, onda onih 1e instalacija ide 500e+pdv i ostalo su valjda te mjesecne promocije jer je neki popust bio....

Evo mog slučaja. Dao zahtjev za prijelaz optike iz HT na A1. Na optici na HT sam 7 mj i sada ugovorio prijelaz. HT kaže da trebam platiti penale 109 € a iste A1 vraća preko vaučera Konzuma. Meni se isplati jer sada plaćam 35 € a kod A1 kažu da je cijena 24 € (u HT brzina 1000/500 a u A1 brzina je 350/110), ugovorna obveza i na HT i na A1 24 mj. A1 plaća penale do visine 150€.
Tko će tu koga ..?
