Problem sa otvaranjem pdf dokumenta
Pozdrav.
Ne znam kamo da smjestim svoje pitanje pošto mi na pamet više mogućnosti.
Uglavnom, prijavio se još prošle godine na natječaj za sufinanciranje solarne elektrane. Na sticku uredno poslao sve tražene dokumente. Papirnate računi, dokumente i još neke stvari scanirao Epson scanerom i spremio kao pdf dokumente.
Uredno sve provjerio na 2 različita računala i na mobitelu i dokumenti su uredno vidljivi.
Spremio sve te dokumente i fotografije na usb stick. Uštekao i ištekao stick barem 5 puta da se uvjerim da se sve nalazi gore. Prije vađenja sticka zlu ne trebalo koristio onu opciju "safely remove..."
Danas (nakon 10 mjeseci) dobio odgovor da većinu dokumenata nije bilo moguće otvoriti a zanimljivo da su dokument kojim dokazujem legalnost građevine uredno otvorili (pdf dokument kao i svi ostali) i napisali da taj dokument ne zadovoljava uvjete natječaja.
Da li su me kulturno odj... ili stvarno postoji neka luda mogućnost da su od barem 10 pdf dokumenata uspjeli otvoriti samo jedan?
Da li je moguće da je usb stick bio loš? Ne sjećam se kaj sam kupio, uzeo sam neki najmanji koji je postojao u hg spotu jer mi je bilo usput.
Ideje, savjeti,...?

prvo pitanje je u kakvom je stanju dosao stick do njih
a onda je i pitanje kako oni otvaraju pdfove... ne bi me cudilo da imaju jos i win xp.


prije par tjedana sam slao na rebro nekakav nalaz. prva sestra koja je otvarala mail nije mogla otvorit pdf koji je normalno skeniran i uploadan. isti taj file druga sestra je otvorila bez problema

Tak da puno je tu varijabli od toga da je stick dozivio brodolom u posti do toga da netko ne zna otvorit pdf ili ima neku staru verziju necega.

Danas sam čitao na nekom portalu da gadno muljaju sa tim natječajem i da je brdo ljudi dobilo slična pisma od Fonda, a da mnogi ni nisu dobili ikakav odgovor.

Je li se moglo slati isprintano, il baš se moralo tak digitalno ?

No čini se da najvjerojatnije bi onda izmislili novi izgovor - izgubili/nismo dobili x stranicu x dokumenta.

Poslao sam u kuverti s mjehurićima pa se nadam da je stick došao u ok stanju do njih, da je bio oštećen vjerojatno ne bi mogli otvoriti ni onaj sporni dokument o legalnosti građevine...
Uvjet je bio slanje na sticku ili cd-u tako da papirnati dio nije dolazio u obzir...
Na kraju svega mislim da su žestoko smuljali neke od nas...
Sljedeći natječaj ide za tjedan-dva pa ću opet okušati sreću... U ovim novijim natječajima se dokumentacija uploada pa ću možda sad uspjeti 🤣

Što se tiče pdfova, možda najbolje sve stranice koje imaš mergati u jedan PDF dokument kojeg bi onda bilo uputno spremiti u neki starijoj/više kompatibnoj verziji. Iako oni uvijek mogu tvrditi što god da ih je volja. Ili možda da baciš svaku stranicu u bitmap pa im pošalješ nekoliko giga tog sranja, mater im.

Sjećam se da sam bio koristio neku aplikaciju tijekom godina koja je omogućavala snimanje u PDF verziji 1.4, što bi trebalo biti kompatibilno do unazad Acrobat 5. Međruim, ne sjećam se koja je to bila aplikacija. Možda PDF SAM.

Teško da usb se toliko oštetio da selektivno otvara
Digitalni oblik dokumentacije zvuči napredno dok ne shvatiš da je to njima margina za ovakve odjebe, svaka tehnologija je ispada dvosjekli mač.

Kladio bih se da su im ta računala na nekom live sustavu i airgapana pošto u njih ubacuju stickove dobivene poštom od nepoznatih osoba. Sve ostalo bi bio ozbiljan sigurnosni problem.

Čudo je koliko se neki još uvijek "boje" informatike.

Evo primjer, godišnji financijski izvještaji se godinama, još od korone, mogu predati online, ali svi i dalje to nose na FINU.

Da stvar bude još bizarnija, nedavno mi dođe mail od FINA, Centar elektroničkog poslovanja, Odjel registra digitalnih certifikata gdje me obavještavaju o isteku certifikata za fiskalizaciju i piše ova rečenica "Kako biste preuzeli novi certifikat, potrebno je u najbližu poslovnicu Fine predati sljedecu dokumentaciju: ..."

I sad reko, pa čekaj tko je tu lud, nisam bio tamo godinama pa što bi sad išao. Prvo reko poslat ću ja to njima digitalno potpisano mailom pa ćemo vidjet šta će reć, al onda tražim dalje i vidim da oni imaju VLASTITI sustav za predaju tog sranja ( https://ospd.fina.hr/ ) , to je btw onaj isti gdje se predaju financijska izvješća, predam sve kako je propisano i dobijem taj certifikat unutar sat-dva.

Vjerojatno imaju iskustva u radu s ljudima koji većinski nisu pretjerano informatizirani (kako i sam kažeš), pa je i mail takav.

Ne kužim tu "neinformatiziranost", pa ljudi koji su u 80ima, kad je sve počinjalo s kompovima čak i kod nas imali tipa 20ak godina, danas takvi idu u mirovinu, pa nemreš mi reć da netko od 50,60 godina pojma nema što je to računalo i kako se koristi, ko da je 40 godina nosio glavu naguranu u guzici. Kužim za generacije rođene prije 2.svj. rata, dedeki takvi, al ovi iz 50,60ih...

Ja bi zamolio da mi obrazlože kako nisu mogli otvoriti file. PDF je baš tu iz razloga da sve radi. Ako netko kaže da nešljaka PDF taj jednostavno laže. Dobijem na dnevnoj bazi sto kojekakvih priprema u PDF-u, i nepamtim da nisam mogao otvoriti.

PDF-ove za velike firme i državu snimajte kao image jer zaštite od virusa ne dozvoljavaju otvaranje potencijalno opasnih datoteka sa stickova.

Je, ali ti želiš otvoriti te PDFove, odraditi posao i tako dalje. Tako da tvoje iskustvo nije primjenjivo u ovom slučaju.
