Činjenica je da ljudi vole iskorištavati situaciju zato jer živimo u sistemu gdje ne manjka primjera kako drugima to lijepo uspijeva (na jedno znatno višem nivou, jel).

They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. To je sve po meni lice i naličje istog novčića. Hrpetina nekorektne, čak i nepoštene, poslovne prakse. Nije da ikoga opravdavam, ja sam se jednom okoristio u životu i to za nekih 12KN kada mi je lik na fastu dao tost i vratio 20KN kojima sam isti platio

Baš mi se dogodilo neki dan da mi je žena u dućanu vratila 20€ kojima sam platio i kusur. Vratio sam joj tih 20€ i rekao da malo odmori i popije vode

Ali mi je jednom bankomat izbacio 200kn više…

Nije ti izbacio 200kn vise nego su nekome prije tebe ostali tih 200kn u valjcima i nije skuzio. Tako da si zapravo ostetio nekoga drugoga a ne banku

Nije ti izbacio 200kn vise nego su nekome prije tebe ostali tih 200kn u valjcima i nije skuzio. Tako da si zapravo ostetio nekoga drugoga a ne banku

Novi bankomati od Erstea povuku nazad pare ako nisu uzete u roku od xy sekundi.
Pričao mi je netko od bankara da su jednom davno zaštitari pomješali kazete sa novčanicama, i kazeta sa novčanicama od 200 kuna je došla na mjesto novčanice od 100 kn.
Bankomat broji broj novčanica koji daje, i taj dan je bankomat svima davao duplo više od zatraženog

onda nakon sto su te napali dodajes da ipak jedan od ta dva je bio tvoj stari rabljeni.

pa onda jos jednom dodajes u svoju obranu kako su oni inzistirali da ti ipak posalju jos jedan/rabljeni/tvoj/kakavgod/pokvareni valjda nazad


tak da samo ti znas istinu i na tebi je. ak si napravio sve dobro nemas se sta gristi.

Meni tih 20€ ne znači puno u životu a njoj će pokvariti dan kada na kraju smjene bude iz svog novčanika stavljala 20€ u kasu.

Na kraju ispadaš pošten(a budala) ovisi kako tko to gleda

Ok sad smo već ošli u oftopic ali i meni se desilo ne kod mall-a da sam trebao platiti 9 eura i umjesto da mi vrati 1 euro žena mi vraća 9. Mogao sam uzeti tih 9 eura ali nisam. I ja sam jedno vrijeme bio trgovac pa znam koliko zna biti stresno kad ti dođu nadrkani kupci da i ti sam postaneš nadrkan.

Offtopic jest, ali nekako je povezano sa reklamacijama. Nema sreće od tuđeg novca ako imaš imalo poštovanja prema sebi,poslovanju,životu. Ako te veseli uzimanje tuđeg novca bez žaljenja, uvijek se možeš baviti politikom.
Nažalost svaki dan vidim i uspješne i neuspješne pokušaje prevare što se reklamacija građana tiče a i nerijetko se ovdje sugeriralo kako “zajebati” neki dućan i izvući korist na prevaru. Dakako, takve stvari se dešavaju i od strane dućana i servisa, pa to rezultira obostranim pokušajem prevare.

Nisam mislio da će se kolege forumaši ulovit tako na to.
No evo cijela istorija.
Kupljen sup šogoru za rođendan, Aqua Marina, neki ogromni model. Koristio se par puta, na poleđini je dobio kvrgu. Kvrga ne smeta u korištenju, no pošto je svega par puta korišten odnešen na reklamaciju. Nakon par tjedana zovu da se dođe po novi sup, da je to tvornička greška. Zamjena za neki drugi model nije moguća, samo isti sup. Okej, pokupi se sup, sve pet. Nakon mjesec i pol dana zovu da je sup još uvijek tu u king crossu, kažemo da smo pokupili, oni kažu onaj s reklamacije, da nemaju što s njim, da dođemo po njega ak želimo.
Što znači da sup nikad nije ni završio nigdje dalje od king crossa.
S tim da u međuvremenu kad smo pitali za stanje reklamacije nisu ni imali pojma o čemu je riječ ni gdje je sup.
Rekao bi da imaju zaposleno puno studenata i da im nedostaje komunikacija među zaposlenima.

OK, dakle dobio si novi sup povrh starog, kvrgavog. Pa to je OK. Od muhe se bez veze napravila vucibatina.

Jučer oko 14h naručio i platio, paket došao u 21h u Boxnow isti dan (ZG). Čitao sam u ovom topicu da se to događalo ali sam ipak bio lagano impresioniran

Jucer nešto surfam na Mall.hr stranici i skuzim Sennheiser HD820 za 1039 eura,zadnji komad na skladistu. Inace su 2400€ ,ali Sennheiser ima neki popust ovih mjesec dana pa cijena varira izmedju 1700 do 2200€.

Najnize su 1600€ na nekim indijskim,Hong-Kong i pitajboga kojekakvim prevarantskim stranicama na kojima ne bih kupovao ni da mi prijete da ce mi odsjeci lijevo jaje. Ostao blago sokiran i kontaktiram Mall hr email support i rekoh da nije neka greska ili da su slusalice demo, koristene ili mozda vracene od nekog.

Covjek mi napise Poštovani,
zahvaljujemo na Vašem e-mailu.
Navedene slušalice su nove i originalno zapakirane.
Nije riječ o demo, vracenom ili izložbenom modelu.

Sve 5 samo mi nije jasno na koju foru oni mogu prodavati te slusalice po toj cijeni. Ni polovne na eBayu ne idu ispod 1200€

U pravu si.A ja ih taman prije 2 tjedna uzeo kod ovlastenog zastupnika HiFi klubben u svedskoj za 1700 € i to na popustu. Fino ih vratio i narucio ove. Sad ako me sjebu popizdicu jer su se ove vratile na orginalnu cijenu

Pa da su neznam kakve, s visokim udjelom zlata u žicama/konektorima... Pa nemre bit u proizvodnji vise od 200€...
