Meni je prošli tjedan došao jedan Amazona paket, zaboravio spomenuti (hvala kolegi na podsjetniku). Razlika u naručivanju na mailbox je bila samo 3€ pa rekoh "ajde da probam". Nisam sada siguran koliko je to sve skupa dana trajalo, ali nije bilo dugo niti komplicirano. Jedino vrijedno spomena je šole koji je bio, onako, dosta komotan. Nije znao gdje su mu paketi i trebali su mu moji inputi da ga nadje u kombiju

Ovaj puta čak nisu lagali niti za "isporuku sutra". Bilo je sutradan kako je i najavljeno.

They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. Evo jedne novosti
Dobijem poruku da mi je paket na dostavi između 17-20 sati, naravno da nitko nije došao, ja u 19:55 zovem broj od poštara koji je poslan sa Viber obavijesti i naravno da se nitko ne javlja, a danas mobitel isključen.
Zovem korisničku i standardni odgovor, nisu stigli dostaviti, ide drugi dan, danas je drugi dan i danas kifla. Pa ga pitam, kada je taj drugi dan? Veli on, sutra, a ja mu kažem, to je treći dan, a ne drugi dan, ali reko libo me fibo, ništa pametno od vas ionako nikada nisam saznao! KRETENČINE, i sve ih tamo treba ugasiti, pohapsiti lopove koji su dopustili ovakvo rasulo i predati poslovanje privatnicima! BTW, DHL je standardno iz Njemačke paket dopremio u ZG za manje od 24 sata! Sada beskonačno čekanje glupog HPa!

Sad i ja vidim, ovaj sto putuje za HR ipak ide AT Postom, netko je napisao da ti paketi znaju zavrsiti kod Overseasa. Daj boze da je ovo naznaka kraja suradnje HP-a i Amazona.

OE mi dostavlja ove pakete s Alija bez problema u zadnjih 3-4 mj.

Update:

Evo zovem poštu danas da pitam kaj je s tom pošiljkom.

"Ali gospodine, nama piše da je pošiljka pokušana biti dostavljena u"

tu je prekinem i kažem da to i sam vidim, da je mobitel bio kraj mene i da smo doma supruga i ja od 0 do 24 jer imamo tromjesečnu bebu doma, te da poziva ni zvona nije bilo, i naglasim da sam lika prethodno zvao jedno 5x i da se nije javio.

"Ajoj iskreno se ispričavamo. Ako želite, možete uložiti službeni prigovor."

Ne hvala, možete li mi samo reći gdje je paket.

"U PU Braće Domany 8."

Ja gledam koji kurac i pitam zašto je tamo, ako je na pošiljci adresa ta i ta (Voltino).

Gleda i ona, ne kuži i kaže ako želite možemo pokušati ponovnu dostavu, ali da to kao može produljiti dostavu na dodatna dva dana.

Reko, neka hvala, otić ću sam po to.

Pa jebemti sve.

Moja tvrtka ima poštanski pretinac.
Danas smo digli dva paketa sa Amazona, koje su isporučili u poštanski pretinac jer su bili formata A4 kuverte.

Znači ovi klošari imaju na računu napisano da se prigovor može podnijeti na szk@posta.hr i pošaljem na taj mail, da bi mi se vratilo da adresa e-pošte nije pronađena.

Naplatili mi carinu 5€ za knjigu od 10€, a dok sam plaćao, pisalo mi je da je naplaćen VAT i na paketu piše da je “shipped through ioss”. UK stranica, ali piše na paketu da je poslano prioritetno iz Francuske.

Pa ako neko ima mail na koji im se obratiti, bil bi zahvalan.

Ne znam dal slati na ovaj možda prituzbe.povjerenstvo@posta.hr

Drugi takav danas stigao, narudžba napravljena 9.9., stiglo 13.9. OEX-om. Ista narudžba naručena 26.7. stigla 12.8. preko HP-a. I ranije/brže ih pošalju i brže stigne.

OE mi dostavlja ove pakete s Alija bez problema u zadnjih 3-4 mj.
Je, prek austrijske pošte završi kod Overseasa.

A HP jbg, zbog manjka ljudstva i ostalog usluga im pati. Širok spektar usluga čije dostave pokrivaju, milijarda tih paketa. Čak ak ide preko onog HP ekspresa to bude okej, dostave uredno, i paketi sa Zalanda i sličnih budu bez problema dostavljeni.

Stvari koje se dogadaju u hrvatskoj posti dosezu jos jednu razinu ludila. Svaki put kad kazem nesto lijepo o njima, oni ce polude da mi dokazu suprotno tijekom sljedecih nekoliko isporuka.

Napravio sam 2 narudzbe sa ebaya u jednom su bile wi-fi kartice a u drugom paketu su bile wifi antene, oba paketa su narucena od istog prodavaca, u isto vrijeme, i oba su koristila potpuno istog kurira, jedina razlika su bila zadnja dva broja na broju za pracenje.
Jedan paket se isporucuje 12.9. (wi-fi kartice) hajde idem provjerim sto se dogada s drugim paketom, i pokazuje da je preusmjeren na carinu (12.9. kad je prvi paket dostavljen), u meduvremenu prvi paket pokazuje da je isporucen. Prode nekoliko dana 16.9. Stize mi pismo iz poste(carine) da im posaljem racun kako te wifi antene ne kostaju preko 1000 eura?!?

I razmisljam kakav sam to mozak od idiota otvorio taj paket i pomislio kako taj komad plastike i zice vrijedi preko 1000 eura??!? I kako si, dovraga, dopustio da jedan paket ode, a drugi si zadrzao... Nema smisla da ga hebes.
da nisam narucio ove wifi kartice za koje mi trebaju te antene,umjesto racuna rekao bi im da si slobodno zadrze te "1000+ eura" antene i zabiju u usi jer mozga nemaju.
Mislim, ono sto se tamo dogada postalo je ozbiljna tema za psihologe!

Rad carine je oduvijek bio jako randomiziran. Jedino što su mi pouzdano uvijek zaustavljali su bili mobiteli.

They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests. Thats right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting f*cked by a system that threw them overboard 30 f*cking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

Kuzim mobitel,to sam i sam imao slucaj,jer se ipak tu radi o nekoj vrijednosti,ali bas komad plastike i zice nikako ne mogu shvatiti,cak bi vise logike imalo da su zadrzali kartice.

Zovi njihov broj traži voditelja da ti se javi i onda se dogovara i traži odštetu što tako dugo čekaš.


Budi uporan. Ja sam sve menaĐere popljuvao (neka se snimaju i neka slušaju ako hoće).



Ja sam uspio i sad čekam samo da mi sjedne lova, cca 19 €.

Iskreno nemam bas vremena zvati bilo koga, pogotovo ne zvati i čekati po 45 min da se netko javi, zato trazim neko elegantnije rijesenje.

Seller tu ima najmanje utjecaja. Do naše pošte je. Je znam to s vremenom. Stavio sam na speaker i radio drugi posao dok se nisu javili.


Našu poštu poslati po smrt je najbolje. Ne budu tako brzo stigli.
