ma strpim se, gosti če preživjeti dan dva bez mašine u apartmanu imamo po drugima pa ćemo se snaći...
Ali zašto su me muljali , alergičan sam na to.
Jel teško reći da nemaju na stanju pa ako želim d aodustanem, ali ne oni napišu d aje predano dostavnoj službi i onda ne mogu otkazati jer moram čekati da "odbijem" prilikom dostave... dno dna !

Na žalost, treba imati veliki auto ili kombi i sam otići po robu ili naručivati u manjim obiteljskim trgovinama koje imaju vlastitu dostavu (npr. Deak Tehna).

Ja naručio lani preko ekupi frižider Gorenje koji nije uobičajena roba (185cm samo frižider bez zamrzivača) i to su oni predali HPu i isto oko tjedan dana ništa i onda je u subotu popodne čovjek s kombijem to dostavio i imao još hrpu bijele tehnike unutra i kaže čekamo da nam se skupi

Preko malla kupio vešmašinu i istu večer je preuzeo u king crossu

Ima li tko kakvih saznanja oko Bosch akcija (100€ povrata + 3 godine garancije) a u odnosu na mjesto kupovine?

MALL ne spominje produženje garancije niti povrat od 100€:
https://www.mall.hr/samostojeci-hlad...im-zamrzivacem

Dok za isti frižider razne trgovine (konkretno centar tehnike) kod sebe pokazuju obje akcije. Jedino što praktično na istu cijenu mall daje dodatno 10% popusta.

Bosch u uvjetima kod sebe navodi da mora biti kupljeno u trgovini registriranoj u RH. Koliko ja znam mall to i je, samo što se radi o multinacionalnoj kompaniji.

Nema produljene garancije jer je uvoznik perilice i servis u papirima iz Slovenije.
Ista stvar i za Beko, mall nema opciju produljenja garancije na Beko, potvrdili iz malla.
Čak nemaju ni ovlaštene servise u Rijeci za Beko iz malla.
Bolje kupi u drugom dućanu.

Nisam siguran bi li produljenje prošlo za Bosch. Candy eksplicitno navodi da za uređaje kupljene u Mall-u nije moguće produljiti jamstvo. Kao što su kolege spomenuli - Mall prodaje robu koja je uvezena u Sloveniju i poslana za Hrvatsku.

Mall prodaje robu koja je uvezena u Sloveniju i poslana za Hrvatsku.
Ispada kao da je uvežena iz Ruande gdje je skrpana od ostataka limova i starih motora pa se proizvođač ograđuje od toga proizvoda, a zapravo uveženo sa još boljeg i urednijeg tržišta, samo eto nije naš uvoznik stavio etiketu i uzeo proviziju.
Čista debilana od strane proizvođača bijele tehnike...
Nalazimo se na jedinstvenom EU tržištu, a ovi uporno razdvajaju tržišta i prave neke razlike.

Internet Mall d.o.o. je uredno registrirana HR firma, a njihova roba dolazi sa "zapada" i samim time bi trebala biti i kvalitetnija, ali očito to sve nije dovoljno i uvoznički lobiji odrađuje svoje.

Od te debilane i marže koju domaći uvoznik stavi se eto slučajno baš i pokriva jamstvo kao i produženi jamstveni paketi.

Jel bi ti odgovarao za nešto što tvoj susjed radi?
Koji susjed ako sam kupio od d.o.o. trgovine koja je registrirana u HR??
Šta mene kao kupca briga tko je uvoznik, uvezla ju je HR pravna osoba i izdala mi legalan račun.
Sve ostalo je debilana.

Nikakvog govora o tome da je bitno tko je uvoznik, niti to gdje piše, niti ih je briga,a niti kupac treba znati tko je što uvezao.

Znači prolazi sve jer ako ne prolazi onda to znači da krše uvjete koje su sami napisali.

Meni je na jamstvenom listu jednog uređaja u Mallu uvoznik bila trgovina iz Slovenije, jamstveni list na Slovenskom i servis u Sloveniji.
Mall ga je kupio u Sloveniji od veletrgovca.
Kada sam pitao mall zašto nema hrvatskog jamstvenog lista i servisa kome da se obratim, Mall je rekao da oni prikupljaju uređaj i šalju u Sloveniju na servis.
Čak ni hrvatskih uputa nije bilo.

Nikakvog govora o tome da je bitno tko je uvoznik, niti to gdje piše, niti ih je briga,a niti kupac treba znati tko je što uvezao.

Znači prolazi sve jer ako ne prolazi onda to znači da krše uvjete koje su sami napisali.
Tom logikom je išla i djelatnica u podršci Boscha, ali mislim da ima tu više caka. Većina trgovina koje sam gledao jasno na svojim stranicama iskazuju da postoje te akcije od Boscha. Mall nema te oznake niti bilo gdje spominje akciju.

Tom logikom je išla i djelatnica u podršci Boscha, ali mislim da ima tu više caka. Većina trgovina koje sam gledao jasno na svojim stranicama iskazuju da postoje te akcije od Boscha. Mall nema te oznake niti bilo gdje spominje akciju.
Naravno da nema jer Mall ne posluje sa tuzemskim uvoznikom koji je nositelj navedene promocije.

Mislim da bi morali imati upute na rvackom i lokalni servis da bi legalno prodavali tu.

Ja sam kupio tv na mall-u i iako oni nisu imali navedenu akciju dodatne garancije i kaska na tv, na stranici od proizvodjaca je bio ponudjeni mall.hr i uredno dobio pisano produljenje jamstva i kasko 2 godine.

Došao sam jučer u King Cross i dočekala me napola spuštena rešetka na ulazu s papirima:
