Upload ubija Download?
Ok, upoznat sam s tim da na DSL-u pre visok upload ubija download, no interesira me koja bi bila optimalna Upload brzina za download od 108kbps?

Dobro kad će te prestati savjetovati tih 10? Sve do 20 nema NIKAKVOG utjecaja na brzinu downloada, a može i mrvicu preko. Ograničavanje uploada se radi zbog acknowledge paketa, a oni su toliko mali da im ne treba ne zna kakav bandwith, a sigurno ne preko 50%. Najviše smanji na 90% od maksimalne vrijednosti, i nikakvog utjecaja na brzinu downloada neće biti.

U teoriji bi to trebalo tako biti ali nažalost praksa demantira teoriju... konkretno kod mene (2048/256) jedino preko privatnih trackera upload nema utjecaja na brzinu downloada. Bez obzira na upload download uvijek ide oko 200 ali za public trackere upload trebam spustiti na 9-13 (ovisno o broju downloada) da bi izvukao neki optimum od 100-150 a ako ostavim upload na 20 brzina NIKAD ne prelazi 40...

My alter-ego.
He is the opposite of the image I project.
He is the antithesis of Cool.
He is the LAST person you want to get trapped in a conversation with.

He is The Geek.
The obsessive science fiction movie watching,
comic book collecting,
Monty Python dialogue memorizing,
Dungeons and Dragons playing GEEK
that I struggle daily to keep hidden from the world.

But The Geek Wants Out.

He want to talk to you.
He wants to give you his doctoral dissertation on why
The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension
is the greatest fucking film of all time!

He wants to bitch slap you because
you’ve never seen Big Trouble in Little China.
What? Have you been living in a fucking cave?!

He wants to kick your ass in Star Wars Trivial Pursuit.
And he will.
Because he’s a fucking Geek.

And he wants his toys.
He wants the complete set
in mint condition,
still in the box.
He wants every item on the planet that is even remotely related to Ultraman.
Because Ultraman is Airwolf!

He could give a squirt of piss
about sports or politics or rhetoric.
Such things are of no consequence to him.
What matters is the release date of the next Lord of the Rings movie!

You see, The Geek can’t wait.
The Geek has no patience.
He wants what he wants when he wants it.
And all he wants is stupid shit!

He wants his own Tardis.
He wants his own light saber.
He wants to buy a DeLorean and he wants to drive it 88 miles per hour.

He wants movies.
He wants to see the Director’s Cut.
He wants the impossible to find Japanese bootleg with
6 minutes of never-before-seen footage.

He wants to watch Blade Runner. Again.
He wants to watch Brazil. Again.
He wants to watch A Clockwork Orange.
Again and Again!

But I deprive him of these things, as best I can,
until I can no longer ignore his voice
screaming in my head.

I am Jekyl. He is Hyde.
I am Bruce Banner. He is the Hulk.
Especially the Hulk from issues #272 to #378.

But no longer!
I am putting a stop to all this nerdy shit right now!
I’m an adult, for Christ’s sake!
And this body isn’t big enough for the both of us.
One of us has to go, and it’s gonna be him.
I banishing the Geek forever to the Phantom Zone,
just like in Superman II !

Stavi na 3-5KB/sec i dobit ćeš 30KB/sec download. To je optimum koji sam našao, ali puno ovisi o omjeru spojenih klijenata... Ako je više onih sa 100% bit će viši download, a ako je tracker svjež neće ti nikad bit 100KB/sec download, već oko 20-30.

Zasto ne bi instalirao programcic Cfos Speed koji u upload pakete ubacuje ACK pakete te s tim upload ne zagusuje download?
Ja ga imam instaliranog i testirao sam tako da saljem 2MB mail sa full brzinom, a u isto vrijeme skidam s neta file-ove, takodjer sa priblizno full brzinom.
Bez programa u doticnoj situaciji nisam mogao nista skidati. Bilo je sporije od modemske veze...

ne, praksa nije demantirala teoriju, nego netko ne zna teoriju.
postoji i nešto što se zove količina konekcija. i to Vam ubija i download i upload. smanjite to i oboje će poletjeti.

a što se tiče teorije... ack paketi su, kao što je gorluk rekao, za nekoliko redova veličina manji od tcp paketa, tako da je zagušenje moguće isključivo u slučaju kontinuiranog opterećenja (npr. prijenos jedne velike datoteke), a torrenti to nisu. upravo su suprotno.

recimo ako mislis na torrente meni je najboji omjer na 1mbit 4kb/s, uvijek dobijem brzine od 101-105kbs, dok cim upload predje 8kbs, brzina drasticno opada....

Ne znam šta da ti kažem na ovo, nažalost preko godinu dana od kad imam ADSL i nakon bezbroj kombinacija uploada i downloada, broja konekcija, različitih klijenata, traffic shapera, kilometarskih tirada na raznim forumima... činjenica je da bez obzira koja je kombinacija u igri jedino na privatnim trackerima ostvarujem punu brzinu downloada neovisno o broju konekcija i ograničenju uploada a za sve ostalo je potrebno ograničiti upload na 30-50% veze da bi stvar bila upotrebljiva... ako ti ostvaruješ punu brzinu na public trackerima samo smanjenjem broja konecija - bravo za tebe

Meni upload ide maximum 19-20kBps, ogranicujem ga na 17 i dobivam svejedno maksimum downloada, tj. preko 105kBps.

Ovaj T-com je u KU... ili?

Evo upravo uploadam na rapidshare brzinom od 25 k/s , a istovremeno downloadam nesto
i skida sa brzinom od jedva 10 k/s !!!!!!

Inace veza je 2048/256

Zašto upload gusi download , napominjem nije torrent ?
