Go to the following in the registry editor:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon.

In Winlogon, on the right side, there should be a value called "Shell".
Double click this value. Make sure only 'Explorer.exe' is the value of Shell, if anything else is there , simply delete it and leave 'Explorer.exe' .
Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

Bio sam tu i sve stoji kako treba. Obrisao sam Kaspersky i problem je ostao. Međutim, čačkao sam po registry ključevima i našao gde škripi. Doduše, stavio sam da se sistem nanovo instalira i kliknuo na Repair. Odabrao CMD, ukucao Registry, u Registry sam selektovao HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE i gore levo klinuo na FILE i kliknuo na Load Hive. Otvori se novi prozorčić i dole se ukuca %WINDIR%\System32\Config, selektuje se fajl SYSTEM i klikne na OPEN. Pojavi se mali dialog box i tu se ukuca MySYSTEM. Otvori se novi folder pod HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE pod nazivom MySYSTEM. Otvorite to i dobijete još ključeva, a sa desne strane ćete videti ključ pod nazivom ObjectName. Vrednost tog ključa je bila LocalSystem. Obrisao sam to i upisao NT AUTHORITY\NetworkService. Otišao gore na FILE, i kliknuo na Unload Hive, zatvori sve prozorčiće, restartovao kompjuter i problem je nestao. Setio sam se da sam jednom prijatelju to radio još dok je bila Vista aktuelna. Sedmice još nije bilo. Pomislio sam da bi i na sedmici to moglo pomoći i pomoglo je. Ne znam da li bi to radilo na osmici ili desetki. U svakom slučaju vam hvala na brzim odgovorima.
