 kabel i punjac su od HTC-a, tak da mislim da nije do toga... nema labavo, cvrsto drzi...  prvi put dok se baterija tak ispraznila nije bio na punjacu, tako da nije do tog...
kontaktirao grosso, evo odgovora:

The payment of the 50 euro cover the withdrawal and delivery costs after repair.
3) Forward this email proof of payment of 50 euro.
 
4) Perform a packaging envelope with air bubbles or any antishock packing in order to safeguard its integrity.
Inside the package, insert necessarily smartphone, battery, charger, USB cable,
adapter, movies and anything else received the first shipment.
5) Give the package to the courier that will pass on the planned date.
