I got this information from MSI:
"At the moment only the Z77A-GD65 supports Virtu GPU technologies, so as this plate is equipped with an additional controller that ensures Lucid Virtu GPU."

Are you able to pay for it after 30 days? I've been doing some asking around and digging and while I've been told it's licensed like sli I wonder what happens if you download it on a -g45? Will you get a trial and an option to pay?
Citiraj:
It can work on selected H61, H67, Z68, B75, H77, Z75, Z77

Citiraj:
It needs a software license and this license is placed as a certificate/key in the bios (similar to the license certificate in the bios for SLI).
Note that mainboard manufacturers can choose to pay the license on some products while others don't have Virtu license enabled.
Please note that you need the correct Virtu version. If you try to install the regular Virtu (meant for Sandy Bridge) on an Ivy Bridge mainboard, it will say you have the trial version and need to pay if you want to continue. So for Ivy Bridge install Virtu MVP and for Sandy Bridge install Virtu.
