IIS ?? Problem...
 

Od kad sam s FAT32 presao na NTFS ima problema s upisivanjem ili promjenom podataka u bazi...

kad upisujem na ovaj na cin:
CS.Execute(iSQL)
javlja mi ovu gresku:
Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)
Operation must use an updateable query.

a kod ovakvog:
strSQL = "SELECT tbl.* FROM tbl;"

ovu:

Imaš na Windows Updateu neki patch za Microsoft Jet DataBase, pa ga probaj skinut. Možda pomogne

Ajmo opet, po 100-ti put, www.google.com... (Upisi: NTFS Operation must use an updateable query)

Probaj s ovim dolje. Odnosi se na XP, Access, preformatiran disk s fat-a na ntfs

Znaci dal si IIS useru (IUSR_imestroja) full access na .mdb file i nije pomoglo?

Onda ti ostaje jos jedna stvar, naime Access napravi lock file kad netko pristupa bazi (.ldb), a IIS mozda ima samo read-access na direktorij u kojem je baza, i nemre napravit lock.

Stoga istim postupkom promijeni permissione na direktoriju u kojem je baza i daj IUSR_xxx full access.

E da, jos jedna stvar.. vrlo glupa, al Microsoft je takav..

Pogledaj file attibutes na .mdb fajlu, mozda je postaljen kao read-only. :)

nije... :)


OK proradilo... na direktoriju gdje je baza je bilo Read-only i nisam ga mogao maknuti...
