We have spent the last couple of weeks developing an improved design of our premium zone and added new features, e.g. the possibility to create a folder structure. To try out and test you will be able to use both zones in parallel for next two weeks. If you experience a bug regarding the navigation or programming, tell us about it! The sender of the first mail we receive reporting a particular bug will be rewarded with 1.000 RapidPoints, accredited to his or her account. Don't forget to include the Premium or Collector's account ID in your e-mail. You can also donate your points to somebody else's account. Please send your report to: bugreport@rapidshare.com.

Several optimizations on the RapidShare network code have been taken place. It is now possible to download a single file with over 100 MBit/s (where available) if you are a premium user. Furthermore the general speed feeling when browsing our page should have rised significantly. However, to make all this possible, the maximum speed of free users downloading files has been limited to a maximum of one Megabit per second.

Our support team also receives a lot of questions about data privacy, and quite a number of rumours are circulating on the internet. Therefore, we have set ourselves the goal of handling this topic as transparently as possible. After all, it is your right to know straight from the source what information we store and how we treat it. From now on, the navigation bar on top of each RapidShare page will show the link "Privacy Policy", under which the questions our customers ask about data privacy are answered in an easily understandable, yet legally binding way.
File migrator can no longer be used for free

Our file migrator really is a useful tool. You can move one, several or even all your files from one account to another, even amongst different account types, within seconds. Unfortunately, that tool has been abused often in the past. That is why we now have to charge a fee for using it. From now on, using the file migrator will cost 1000 RapidPoints, 500 of which will be subtracted from the source account and 500 from the destination account. Thus, we hope to contain improper usage of the file migrator. It is possible that we will have to restrict it further so it can be used only once per day. We would like to point out that the original purpose of that tool was to enable you of moving your files from a collector's account to a Premium account if you decide to become a Premium customer (or the other way around) - not for moving lots of files several times a day between several accounts.

RS ne bana nikog, vec je netko hacknuo account. Ovo je dobro smisljena prijevara i moras pazit sta skidas, tj da skidas samo sa *.rapidshare.com/* . Ako netko napravi slicnu stranicu i slicnu adresu, ti odes tamo i samo mu posaljes svoje login podatke i mozes se pozdravit s accountom.

Upravo da bi se ovakve stvari sprijecile, koristi se funkcija security lock i release code se ne daje nikome, cak ni najboljim prijateljima.

Javi se na support i posalji im dokaze da si ti stvarno kupio account i njegov pravi vlasnik (ovo ne vrijedi za accounte stvorene od bodova jer je nemoguce dokazati da si njegov vlasnik).

... tj da skidas samo sa *.rapidshare.com/* . Ako netko napravi slicnu stranicu i slicnu adresu, ti odes tamo i samo mu posaljes svoje login podatke i mozes se pozdravit s accountom.

Stvar je sta su i meni pokusali jamiti acc i nisam skidao preko weba nego preko flash get ili jdownloader-a. A za ovo da ti je acc gotov cisto sumljam jer bi trebao i dobiti neke podatke zbog radi kojega si fajleka popljugao acc a i na login stranici bi te sigurno docekala neka poruka zarko crvenim slovima da ti je acc gotov .

Ne mogu ti jamiti account ako se ne ulogiras u laznu stranicu. U flashgetu ili jdownloaderu namjestis da se automatski logira na RS, oni se nece ulogirat na fejk stranice. Kriv je samo korisnik koji ne pazi

A ovo drugo sam mislio da ako ti ga netko copi da ti nitko iz RS nece javit. Jedino mozes dobit lazni mail kao Daddy (vjerojatno sa neke free domene tipa live.com) koji te samo ohrabruje da se ne javljas na support.

I jos jednom, RS ne ukida accounte.

Slao sam mail na support. Zasada ništa od odgovora, što mi je malo čudno. Inače od njih dobivam jako brze odgovore.

I kao što velite, ja također isključivo koristim IDM, ništa pješke.

Nadam se najboljem.

Onaj prvi nije bio iz RS-a. To su mi oni potvrdili.

To sam mogao i sam vidjeti ali sam pustao paru iz usiju pa nisam bio sposoban za to.

Prvi mail mi je stigao sa support@rapishare.com sto do sada nisam nikada nego je Alias bi Rapidshare AG ili tako nesto.

Uglavno sve u redu.

free useri jel vam rapidshare šteka, ono u smislu da skida velikom brzinom ali ono skida 3s pa jendu ili dvije sekunde stoji i tako cijelo vrijeme?
