Zamislite za pola stoljeca, da svi roboti zahrdjaju, te da nasi dostavljaci i postari moraju raditi potvrde i provjere koje Japanski dostavljac izvrsava svaki dan!.

Inace meni s Krka i dalje racuni ne stizu kompletno u ZG. Jedan mjesec se isporuci, drugi preskoci, morat cu preci na email primitak, nema vise smisla.

na mail mi niš ne stiže, to jest stiže ali sa delayom od po 10 dana, moram manualno checkirat vodovod i plinaru zagreb, tamo se pojavi račun, a na mail ne stigne niš

Znači ovo mi se prvi put desilo sad, naručio sam paket sa ebay-a iz austrije i naplatili su mi 2,46 eura piše na računu uplata javnih davanja i ispod tog troš.zas H7 bez IOSS s javnim dav. da li netko zna o čemu se tu radi, do sad nikada nisam prije trebao plaćati pakete iz EU.

Evo da i ja podjelim jedno zanimljivo iskustvo koje sam imao sa Hrvatskom Poštom. Prije par godina naručio sam nekakvu bateriju za kameru, za nećaka, sa ebay.de. Vrijednost baterije je bila oko 180kn, paket je bio poslan kao obično pismo iz njemačke, dakle bez trackinga. Dolazi poštar do moje zgrade i kuverta ne staje u poštanski sandučić. Lijen kakav je, on ju gura ispod ulazne kapije zgrade i odlazi (imamo dva krila na automatskim otvaračima koja otvaraju/zatvaraju haustor). Nakon nekog vremena moja supruga izlazi autom iz zgrade i prelazi kotačem preko tog paketa. Nakon toga ulazi još jedno vozilo u dvorište i isto ne vidjevši paket na podu prelazi preko paketa. Ja dolazim s posla, uočavam paket, uzimam ga i otvaram i imam što vidjeti - baterija totalno uništena. Žalim se pošti putem nekog e-maila za prigovore i oni mi šalju odgovor kako nema trackinga paketa i ne mogu utvrdit jeli dostava pokušana ili nije bla bla bla. Uglavnom, pišu mi u mailu ako nisam zadovoljan odgovorom da se mogu u nekom roku žaliti povjerenstvu što i činim. Također od povjerenstva dobivam nekakav bezvezan e-mail gdje me uvjeravaju da je poštar pokušao uručiti paket ali nije mogao te kako paket nema trackinga ne mogu mi nadoknaditi štetu.
Ja im napišem da imam video nadzor na zgradi i da sam u posjedu video snimke gdje se vidi da poštar nije niti pokušao uručiti paket, nego ga gurnuo ispod ulazne kapije i otišao (stvarno imam tu snimku).
U roku od sat vremena utvrdili su tko je bio poštar, on me nazvao, ispričao se, rekao da će mi namiriti štetu i da mu prijete nekakvim sankcijama. Bilo mi na kraju žao čovjeka. Je napravio glupost, ali ne treba ostat bez posla zbog toga. Ja mu kažem da mi ne mora namiriti nikakvu štetu, samo da to više ne radi.
Uglavnom, potvrdili su mi i u konačnom odgovoru od povjerenstva da će poštar imati nekakve sankcije, šta je dobio u konačnici - ne znam.
Uglavnom, nakon toga, taj isti lik je svako slijedeće dostavljanje odradio po PS-u, vidno "rezerviran" ne želi napraviti ni korak u dvorište ako se radi o pismu bez trackinga koje ne stane u sandučić (jer ne mora) ali uvijek pozvoni ili ostavi ceduljicu o uručenju, ako nema nikoga kući (nema više guranja paketa pod kapiju...)

Vrlo je zanimljivo i to da švabi 99% toga šalju prema nama bez trackinga ...


A dok ti šalješ njima, pod obavezan je tracking i osiguranje paketa ....

Imam pohvalu za poštu. Stigao mi je danas paket, Honor auto punjač 66W. Naručen nedugo, 22.1.2024. Pa im zahvaljujem kaj su mi uštedjeli 30€ koje mi je Aliexpress vratio.

Možda fizički paket ne stane u pretinac. Zna se dogoditi da u pošti na šalteru preuzmu paket odoka i na kraju dok paket dođe na odredište ispadne po dimenzijama ne stane u najveći pretinac. Već mi se dogodilo tako. Sve ovisi koja je veličina paketa.

Ili je paketomat fzicki pun .
Jer tona ljudi kada ide na godisnji stavi paket na paketomat jer na posti ceka 5 radnih dana nakon obavjesti, a na paketomatu 7 radnih dana. Pa se koriste ko mini storage.


Najcesce je kaj je vec receno , cure na salterima i firme ne provere max dimenzije pretinca pa ne stane.
Imali smo slucaj di je hondin agregat od 55kila i povecih dimenzija bio usmjeren na paketomat od strane uvoznika

Paket je dimenzija 27 x 24 x 7 cm; 2.2 kg odnosno Amazonova kutija u koju to stane.
Sada gledam artikal i vidim da više ne dostavljaju u Hrvatsku.

Uglavnom sretno s HP. Moj paket je 2 tjedna bio u pošti jer eto nije mogao u paketomat pa onda kad ih zvao kažu poslat ćemo ga u paketomat i tako ukrug dok napkon ga nisu ispostavili u najbližu poštu.

Da ne čekaju od tebe dokumentaciju za carinjenje? Ali svakako bi trebao dobiti dopis od njih.


Eventualno da probaš poslati mail na 10004.zagreb@posta.hr i zamolit provjeru da li je kod njih paket i da nisi dobio nikakvu obavijest za carinjenje. (ovo je stari stari info, zadnji put su mi carinili nešto 2017)

Eventualno da probaš poslati mail na 10004.zagreb@posta.hr i zamolit provjeru da li je kod njih paket i da nisi dobio nikakvu obavijest za carinjenje. (ovo je stari stari info, zadnji put su mi carinili nešto 2017)
To je i meni palo napamet, ali vjerujem da bi curke iz frontofficea promptno javile da je došla takva obavjest,a da je došlo doma, stari bi također odmah javio jer redovno provjerava poštu..

Poslao sam im poruku na Facebook profil, začudo idući dan su već pročitali i upozorili na dulja čekanja na agenta


EDIT: slao mail na carinu, samo su odgovorili sa br. tel. pošte i njihovom mail adresom

EDIT2: stiglo. Paket je bio na carini. Za paket naznačene vrijednosti $40 naplaćeno 11€ carine i 22 dana delaya

Ima tko kakvih informacija kakvo je stanje s čekanjem trenutno?
Paket iz Njemačke (CI...DE) poslan 15.8. došao u RH i od ponedjeljka je zadnji status prispijeće u 10000 Zagreb (prošao je 10200 također u ponedjeljak).
Na normalnom trackingu od pošte još zadnji korak stoji 10200 Zagreb.
