Ovisi.., na dobroj liniji nema razlike, a na losoj/granicnoj moze zezat. Obicno je upload "prezauzet" pa se brzina download-a smanjuje, tako da umjesto 10mbit/s imas sljedecu nizu brzinu, tj 7mbit/s.
Lose je kaj T-Com nema vise profila za upload, kao kaj ima za download, pa da mozes birat nizi, umjesto da ti smanjuju download, a upload uvjek ostaje maksimalan + IMS.

moram priznat da sam odusto od Siemensa SX kada sam skužio, da su me zapravo blizardovci cijelo vrijeme prcali s lagom. nisam ni znao da to sranje postoji, famozni lag. uglavnom tjedan dana prošlih kad god sam ušo u igru, nenormalna usporenost mislio sam da je do internet brzine ili samog adb uređaja ali nije, očito su oni nešto drkali s serverima i ko zna čime, možda im je bilo i previše ljudi on.line šta ja znam šta, ali uglavnom posljednjih 3-4 dana adb piči u igrama najnormalnije ko i thomson prije njega, i nemam ga namjeru mjenjat, jer meni je problem bio samo zbog gaminga, ionako mi je normalno dizalo internet stranice i to. e sad, pošto sam trenutno na 10mb brzini iskoristio sam onih 60 dana proble od T.coma, vidjet ću kako će se stvari odvijat kada ponovo budem na 5mb brzine, ako bude štekalo kupujem siemens ako ne, ostajem na adb, ali čini mi se gotovo sam siguran da je blizardov zajeb, jer samo u D3 imam te probleme s usporenošću igranja, u nijednoj drugoj igri nemam dakle nije do interneta i uređaja već do njih. platiš im igru 400 kuna, uvale ti polovni proizvod, nakon dvije godine ti dadnu nešto da se malo razveseliš, ali i dalje imaš štekanac kada se ulogiraš u igru, sačuvaj bože para uloženih u to sve. ali to je neka druga tema, najviše mi digne nerve što ne znam u čemu je problem, dal u internetu dal u igri, dal u nekom virusu na računalu, ono pijana posla jer može biti bilo što od toga, a onda ne znam šta da radim šta da prvo mjenjam? no dobro, sada sam poprilično siguran da adb nije problem, jer radi najnormalnije na 10mb brzine. ako može na 10 mb ovako vući vezu, onda može i na 5 samo normalno malo sporije.

Ne radi mi nikako preko ovog rutera ftp niti telnet u lokalnoj mreži, ako se npr. želim spojit sa kompa na neki drugi uređaj ?
Da li nešto treba uključiti ili podesiti ?
Ako uključim DMZ onda radi ako se spajam izvana

Naravno, trebas se logirat sa admin lozinkom i ukljucit FTP i Telnet Server, jer su po default-u iskljuceni.

Does anyone know how to use the WDS (Wireless distribution service) option on these ADB routers?
I have been through all the sections but haven't found WDS anywhere.
I need to extend the range of the WiFi by linking the ADB which is connected as the router with a Gigaset SX763 which is setup as the client.

username: administrator
password: !tc0Mhtserial no. under the router
Example: !tc0Mht43401I0012345 (6th diggit is capital I)

Then search for the WDS option again.

I have tried that but still no options are available by logging in as administrator.
I found the manual for the Pirelli router of the same model online which has a somewhat different menu but basically the same functions as this one supplied by T-com but with the WDS function available.
I guess T-com decided not to include this function for whatever reason and after calling their technical support a couple of times I concluded that they have no idea what I am talking about.
I was wondering if someone here knows anything about this?

When you log in as administrator, you have all available options. If I remember correctly, you first have to, in "Wireless Properties", open "New Virtual Ap" to get to the "Wireless WDS" screen.

From mentioned Pirelli manual:
"Virtual APs:
You can set up multiple wireless LANs on PRG AV4202N limited only to the number supported by your wireless card. Each wireless LAN is defined as an access point. The 'Virtual APs' section displays the Router's physical wireless access point, on top of which virtual connections may be created. To create a virtual connection, click the 'New Virtual AP' link. The new connection will also be added to the network connections list, and will be configurable like any other connection. You can change the connection's default name by clicking its Edit action icon and changing the SSID value in the 'Configure LAN Wireless 802.11n Access Point - Virtual AP' screen."

"Wireless WDS
It enables wireless bridging of access points within its range. Virtual access points are used to interact with router's WDS peers, granting LAN users access to remote wireless networks. When enabled, a WDS List box is shown."

I am afraid it doesn't give those options.
Perhaps some other firmware can be installed or I should try and set up the sx763 as the main router with ADB as the repeater/range extender?

Does it not have "Virtual APS" somewhere else? I think I had seen that option somewhere when I had that router.
If you succeed, remember that you have to use WEP encryption, because SX763 WDS will not work with higher encryption.

The option for creating virtual access points is not available. There are 4 access points available for configuration but none of them have the WDS option. I cannot add any more access points or edit properties of existing ones except for whatever is offered by default.
Perhaps you had a different version of firmware installed on your router!

I had standard T-Com version, but perhaps is my memory bad, or some other router is mixed in

Set EW-7228APn in Universal repeter mode, in addition in the entire wireless network you can use WPA/WPA2 encryption.

Yes indeed I have that option but I will need the SX763 later so I would have to purchase the repeater and I was trying to avoid that because we will be moving house in the near future so I will not need the repeater in the new place.

One of their engineers told me that it should work automatically with default settings on SX763 so I will try when I get the time.

Ljudi jel zna netko na ovom modemu isključit onaj 24h reconnect?? Siemens sx763 je imao tu opciju ali na ovom to ne pronalazim.

Vrlo je iritantno igrat online neku igru i dobiš taj auto reconnect

ti ionako svakih 24h dobiješ diskonekciju i onda konekciju sa novom ip adresom tako da tome nemožeš pobjeć, ali možeš jednom u rane jutarnje sate to sam napravit pa će ti se ubuduće do dešavat u doba kada spavaš. Ili dok ti zbog xy razloga ne pukne veza na net.

SX763 can be used for full package. The only thing that can go wrong is that it will not get all your necessary user data from ACS server, because at present, it is set for your ADB router. In that case, a phone call to their "User Support" will soon get that fixed. You only have to say that you changed your router and that they need to register your SX763 on ACS. After that and rebooting SX763 everything should work, internet, VoIP, and MaxTV.

Btw, I am not sure that ADB will work as a repeater, since you can not get WDS to work...

Imam problema oko lana i wlana, na uređaju je podešen bridge izmedju lana i wlana međutim svaki put kada se spojim na wlan, iako po dhcpu mi budu dodijeljen dobar ip i gateway, kada odem na mrežu u windowsima ne otkriva mi ostala računala koja su spojena žićano, kao da sam u drugom subnetu.

Susjed je dobio ovaj ruter umjesto Thompsona. Do sada mu se dva puta u zadnjih 15 dana dogodilo da mu iz nekog razloga uploudaju originalne postavke. To znači da je izgubio sva podešenja koja je napravio. Ovaj put smo napravili backup konfiguracije, ali me zanima kako spriječiti da se to događa? Pod Network connections postoji linija nazvana "management" (Ethernet over ATM 0/40). Da li se to smije disejblati i da li bi to spriječilo ovakve probleme? Ili možda neka druga ideja kako mu ne bi mogli prčkati po ruteru bez ikakvog razloga. Prvi put je zgasio ruter jer su mu smetale ledice. Mislio je da je konfa uploudana zbog toga pa ga više nije gasio, ali opet se ponovilo.

Da iskljucis T-com nadzor i promjenu postavki trebas sljedece:
1. logiras se kao administrator
2. pod User postavkama prebacis Tech usera sa "Remote" na "Local"*
3. pod Management (ili Settings?) nadjes i iskljucis TR-069 protokol.**

Hvala. Međutim negdje sam baš na ovom forumu pročitao(ne sjećam se sada točno gdje ali mislim na temi o OpenWRT) da se nakon isključenja ovih opcija na T-comu uopće ne možeš spojiti tj. ADSL linija ne funkcionira.
