Nevjerojatno... Dakle, dobijem danas obavijest da je Paket24 preuzeo paket i mislim si super, budu ostavili u uredu... Pogledam tracking, kadli 'preusmjereno u paketomat'... Onako, wtf?! Pa nisam ja zatrazio preusmjeravanje u paketomat, kako to sad odjednom?!

Zaključili su da bi to tebi odgovaralo. Bolje tako nego da moraš kod njih u ured.
baš to. šta da si morao u poštu , još ako rade kad ti možeš do njih, a tamo čekaš u jednom od dva-tri reda oko pol sata...

ponavljam, puno bolje u pkaetomat nego u pošt. ured.
jest da su tebe zayebali sa paketomatom umjesto dostavom na vrata ali od dva zla, ovo ti je manje zlo

Dobio jučer paketić i naplatilo mi 2,5 eura, kaže poštar naknada za male pakete, na računu piše: međunarodna dolazna pošiljka 9994. Nitko nije tražio račun, a ni vrijednost ne piše na kutiji. Ovaj mjesec sam dobio 20-ak paketića, ništa nisam morao platiti do jučer. Je li to naplata već počela?
IOSS broj nije bio naveden na paketu... Zatrazi refundaciju tog iznosa od posiljatelja, na AliExpressu funkcionira skroz dobro, ali moras traziti naknadu od sellera...

Meni nekidan dosao neki mali djavo koji sam platio $1.5, a Postar mi naplatio 2.5EUR, zatrazio refundaciju ovih $1.5 i dobio natrag... Jbg, u minusu sam, al imam to sto sam kupio...

Na paketu ti je vjerovatno falio IOSS broj - zna se desit kod kineza na nekim pošiljkama
Prije mjesec dana mi se isto dogodilo, s time da je na paketiću jasno pisao na 2 mjesta IOSS broj. Napisao sam im žalbu i poslikao sve, al su odbili, kažu kao da moram se javit prodavaču, a na ebayu ti lijepo cijeli proces naplate poreza isto provede ebay. Ispada po tome da placas dvaput pdv, to sam im isto pisao u žalbi zasto se to događa i kome ide već plaćeni prethodno porez online, ali nema odgovora.

Tak da netko tu nekog j...e

Nota bene - vratio mi se paket poslan za USA, kao odbila ga je američka carina (a prije nikad nije bilo problema) tako da su i tu počela sranja na razini EU-USA.

Nota bene - vratio mi se paket poslan za USA, kao odbila ga je američka carina (a prije nikad nije bilo problema) tako da su i tu počela sranja na razini EU-USA.
Koja ti je bila deklarirana vrijednost?! Po novome, ne smije biti viša od 100 dolara (pazit na valutu), ne smije primat pravna osoba, niti slat, nema ikakvog slanja sa komercijalnom svrhom...inače sve carina vraća.
