Je li netko skidao tapete? Uzeli smo stan gdje je valjda pola zidova pod tom gluposti pa ne znam sto me ceka. Ukoliko ima neki alat osim spahle ili pak neki stroj na paru za preporuciti, slobodno javite. Hvala

Nisam stručan, ali rekao bih ako imaš ovako skršen asfalt na prilazu da zalijevanje sličnim sredstvom bude jako cjenovno neefikasno.

Ja sam uzimao gotovi asfalt u bauhausu, za napunit jednu rupicu izaslo me 4 vrece, ja mislio da ce jedna bit dosta, uzeo dvije za svaki slucaj

aha...ma kod mene ne izgleda tako drastično, cca 3,5x1,6m samo pogladit da se poravna nema rupa dubljih od 2-3 cm ali se trusi stalno pomalo ..

Unatoč naporima Epsteinove koalicije, poljoprivredni kapaciteti jačaju. Trenutno zasađene cherry pomidore u plasteniku, u visokom gredicama rotkvice, grašak, blitva i špinat. Uskoro radim još dvije plus bačva za jagode ovoga tipa.

Počela proizvodnja.

Nego planiram na balkon ispod staviti umjetnu travu. Je li netko već stavljao na pločice?

Stavili smo travu na terasu prije skoro dvije godine, prezadovoljni smo iako smo isli na budget verziju (ne tako gustu i visoku travu). Terasa se manje grije, plocice su se znale uzariti iako su bijele, ali na travi normalno stojim kad opali sunce.

Planirao sam travu micati po zimi, ali rekoh fuck it. Evo nakon 2 zime i nema mufe ni nekih ocitih problema. Drenaza kroz travu je ocito dobra, pad na terasi nije problem, a terasa je blagi jugozapad pa ima puno sunca.

Zasad smo jako zadovoljni. Trava je postojana, sto ne mogu reci i za druge Temu pizdarije za ogradu koje sam uzeo. Sve je izgorilo na suncu i samo redom bacam u smece jer ne izdrzi ni godinu dana.

To me brinulo kako reagira na sunce. Jer nam je balkon jug. I brinulo me kako po kiši jer ako dođe neko nevrijeme onda je balkon pod vodom. Ima odvod na sredini pa to brzo ode.

To s temperaturom mi je malo neobično. Kod mene je umjetna trava definitivno najtopliji materijal na suncu, ne može se stajati ni par sekundi. Beton, pločice i slagana cigla su znatno hladniji.

Sjecam se te rasprave kad sam kupovao travu i bio sam se pomirio da ce biti topla, ali... Prije nego sam kupovao travu imao sam jedan uzorak trave dosta duzeg, gustog i kvalitetnijeg flora. Znaci ona lijepa mekana trava. Ispali je da je taj uzorak topliji nego moja trava kada stoje jedan do drugog na terasi. Kako zasto, ne znam

Uzimali smo travu jer nismo smjeli malu pustiti na terasu u podne jer bi se spekla ako stane na jednom mjestu ili se spusti na sve cetiri na plocice. Znam jer sam se ja probao spustiti na koljena. Imali smo stolice poredane uz vrata da ne izlazi van.

Mozda ako se sjetim probam izmjeriti temperature onim pistoljem/termometrom.

Ne perem je. Usisam je prije ljeta (vise je kao tepih, nije to ni debelo ni gusto). Ne cesljam je, nema ni hrane na terasi pa ne brinem o tome. Kad je jugo i kisa to se sve spere i ode, doslovno. Ispod trave zna ostati tragova od finog pijeska kako se voda slijevala pa to prije ljeta i prije zime sperem vodom i metlom (dignem travu na ogradu).

Meni je trava top u dvorištu, neka premium extra klasa.
Nije vruća (ispod je pijesak/zemlja), ima dobru drenažu, a što se održavanja tiče to ide s grubom metlom/četkom i eventualno puhač lišća da otpuše iglice.

Mjenjam prozore ovih dana i to ce mi raditi firma zbog zahtjevnosti posla. Fasada je na navucena na stare pozore pa ce trrbati stavljati blende itd.

Za zatvaranje spaleta kaj ste koristili.

Vani je stiropor fasada 12cm.

Ako želiš spriječiti max štetu budi spreman pratiti kao jastreb šta rade. Meni su na jednom prozoru napravili lijepu štetu na fasadi (a realno su minimalno štete napravili) tako da sam to sve morao sanirati.

Dodaj eventualno knauf plocu ako ti treba "mesa" za zabusiti karnisu za zavjese.

U principu to je to sto kazes. Neki znaju umjesto pjene koristiti ljepilo za stirodur. Gledaj da obljepis/namazes stirodur sa svih strana kad ga ubacujes u rupu, ne samo nagurati ga u rupu "na suho".

@Mar: kakvo mi drvo treba ako želim napraviti povišene gredice kao ti?
Gdje kupiti itd? Pretpostavljam da mora drvo biti obrađeno, a ja ga samo krojim po mjeri, odnosno nemam debljaču da uzmem neko sirovo drvo.

Prvi put ovu metodu vidim. A sta s rupom, to si pustio za strsljene? Ne budi lud, uzmi stirodur i skroji blok da ispuni kompletnu rupu, obljepi ga sa svih strana da bude izoliran u slucaju da dopire neka vlaga (zato je vjerojatno bolje ljepilo od pjene). Platio si 2 ili 3 stakla, imas izolaciju od buke, imas toplinsku izolaciju, a gore u rupi imas zracni dzep - losija temp i zvucna izolacija.

Napunio bi ja to do kraja i ne kao on. znači recimo dva bloka bi išla unutra ili koliko će već biti potrebno ili vuna + stirodur blok.

Uzeo sam tri stakla i velim fasada je 12cm stirporora.

Pazi ih ko jastreb. Imao nedavno slučaj, samo stolarija: tu i tamo fale šarafi na okovima, fale neki čepovi na pantima vrata, sve raštelano, kvake ne idu do kraja, jedan prozor ugrađen 2cm više od drugoga,.... Po njima to bilo ok i htjeli su zbrisati
Ali izvana je obrađeno na način da je fasada u istoj boji navučena nekih 10-ak cm okolo rupe od prozora, zaboravih kako su rekli da se to zove, druga ekipa je radila...
