Ne, to je relativno mala brojka za svjetsko tržište, ali obzirom da RTX 5000 modela praktički nema, onda se RDNA 4 čini kao nešto neviđeno.

Makar, tko zna otkud su ovi iz BecnhLifea uopće iskopali te brojke, kad se na kraju i sam AMD moral ograditi, jer ništa od toga nije bilo rečeno.

Ali to isto nije korektno, micanje članaka. Treba ispraviti nebuloze i jasno naznačiti što je promijenjeno. Osim ako cijeli članak ništa ne valja, onda je vjerojatno bolje praviti se kao da nije niti postojao.

Ili AMD ne želi da AiB partneri znaju koliko je čipova bilo u opticaju da se ne pokolju međusobno i/ili naljute na sam AMD zbog neravnopravne raspodijele....il su u šumi.

Ja samo znam da sam negdje cito,kako je amd iznenDila potraznja za 9000 Serijom,na globalnoj razini . Kao da nema sanse da su to uspjeli ispuniti,plus prosla serija grafi se nije sjajno prodavala

Trenutno ih nemaju čime nadmašiti u prodaji u gaming segmentu (mislim na nepostojeće zalihe RTX za gejmanje).
I vj ih ne dira ni najmanje dokle god štancaju lovu.

Pa vidi Slavonca90 na "RTX 40X0 series" temi... vuče ga kupiti 4060Ti 16GB za skoro 600€, pored RX7800XT koja je barem 20% brža u rasteru i tu negdje u RT, a može se naći i za malo manje love od ove 4060Ti... a 7700XT koja je usporediva u rasteru i koja košta 120€ manje mu "ne igra" jer mu se više sviđaju grafe iz zelenog tabora

Dok su nV grafe nudile bolji bang for buck, i ja sam ih kupovao... ali to već odavno nije tako.

Pa to je uglavnom to razmisljanje gdje ljudi nisu spremni na promjene iako je nesto bolje. Tako je i sa AMD, jos uvijek neki su tog stava, ja sam zeleni i ne dam se.

To mozda se tek promjeni sa vremenom (primjer Intel/AMD), ukoliko ce se AMD nastaviti dizati, a NV nece izbacivati kartice na vrijeme, jer high grafe im imaju rezultate.

A tu su isto tako i price sa driverima, gdje neki ne bi drugi tabor uzeli iako imaju i kod sebe problema. Ja sam do sada imao i jedne i druge i mogu reci da sam dugo bio na AMD, pa kupio prvu NV i odmah imao probleme sa driverima, vratio se na AMD i problemi nestali, u meduvremeneu ipak presao na NV (RTX3070) koja je isto bila bez problema. Tako da nema tu nekog pravila, kupiti ono sto je bolje u tom trenutku, svakako je najbolja odluka.

Suma summarum je upravo to. I jedan i drugi tabor imaju dobre grafe, pitanje je samo po kojoj cijeni. I zadnjih gro godina AMD ima bolje cijene (novih) + barem ti ne fali VRAMa u zadnje vrijeme (iako je možda i ta tema debelo prenapuhana. Iskreno, msm da u većini slučajeva nemaš problema).

Driveri su non issue, oba tabora imaju dobre drivere. Većina ljudi nije dovoljno stara da znaju uopće što znače loši driveri. Osim ako su kupili prvi ARC (realno, izgleda da B serija isto nije toliko problematična sa driverima...)

Eh driveri tamo početkom 2000ih kada igra uopće ne radi ili je zglitchana do neprepoznatljivosti (artefakti i slično, samo nije HW pokvaren, nego je do drivera). A još u kombinaciji sa WinMe koji bi se skršili često kod promijene drivera pa ajmo prvo win install...ah...dobra stara vremena.

S3 Savage2000 ili SiS Xabre... to su bili dani! Doduše, ovaj drugi je bio i hardverski krnji čip. Ako se dobro sjećam, nije bilo vertex shadera nego emulacija preko CPU-a

Sve je danas mila majka za to, čak i Intel Arc GPU A serije

Misli li Dr. Lisa Su da bi prodaja bila još bolja da je cijeli taj spektakl odrađen s kvalitetnijom marketinškom kampanjom te dostupnim količina a i boljom komunikacijom sa partnerima te distributerima? Ne mogu se oteti dojmu da bi bilo još spektakularnije da nije bilo ovako traljavo odrađeno a svejedno su prodajni rezultati zapanjujući.

Uspjeli su proizvesti solidnu količinu kartica za day1 prodaju jer su odgodili lansiranje nekih 2 mjeseca. Prema svim informacijama 9070 serija je trebala izaći tamo negdje malo iza Ces-a ali su se prepali kad je Nvidia najavila nizak MSRP za 5070ti i 5070 ali svi smo vidjeli kako je to završilo.
Ja navijam da marketshare bude podjeljen negdje 50:50 jer bi to najviše koristilo korisnicima.
Treba napomenuti da bar do sada, je Nvidia ipak izbacivala daleko više kartica na tržište i hranila je potrebu tržišta dok je AMD jako zaostajao u količini proizvodnje.
Naravno, sada zbog AI utakmice tržište se naopačke mjenja i vrijede neka druga pravila...

Ako se ovako nastavi, mogle bi one Steam liste pocrvenit kroz koju godinu.

Ali to za potrošače nije dobro, ja se još nadam da će se glupani iz Intela posložit i imat bar donekle upotrebljiva grafe i CPUe.

Dobro je netko rekao na onom HWU podcastu, RDNA4 nam izgledaju dobro samo zato jer su nV cijene, a i ponuda van zdrave pameti.

Realno su to grafe od 400-500€.

Intel je u takvoj situaciji da nemaju ama baš ništa čime bi mogli AMD-u ili nVidiji pomrsiti račune, bilo CPU, a pogotovo GPU i koliko se može primjetiti, obje firme uopće više ne doživljavaju Intel kao konkurenciju. ARC B580 je trebala biti kartica koja će spasiti budžet gaming, pa je ispala sranje u boji s cijenom boli glava i dan-danas nema nikakve zalihe diljem svijeta. Ovaj novi Intel direktor već u startu priča iste pizdarije ko i onaj prije njega, tak da nema tu više neke realne nade da će Intel išta postići na GPU polju, dok za CPU najavljuju 2026. i 2027. u kontekstu povratka na tron. Žali Bože novaca i vremena potrošenog na te njihove priče, najave i obećanja.

People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this f*cking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich c*cksuckers who don’t give a f*ck about them. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don’t give a f*ck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. ali su se prepali kad je Nvidia najavila nizak MSRP za 9070ti i 9070 ali svi smo vidjeli kako je to završilo.

Da, to je već toliko žalosno i ne prestaju, a još malo i sljedeće godine bude prošlo cijelo desetljeće otkad je AMD izbacil prvu Zen generaciju, dok ovi u Intelu i dalje pričaju kak se nekad dobro jelo i pilo na Core 2 Duo račun i hvalu krajnjih korisnika. U međuvremenu je Intel okružila sva moguća konkurencija, do te mjere da su AMD i nVidia samo natuknice, ali eto - Uprava i menandžement Intela znaju da je rješenje u vječitoj rotaciji generalnih direktora uz poprantu objavu totalno irelevantih stvari diljem društvenih mreža, tako da se lakše stvori i oda dojam kao da se nešto konkretno radi i događa.

Ja osobno ne budem AMDu nikada oprostio što nisu, kada su već tako kretenski mijenjali, novi codename stavili na 60X0. To bi bilo baš top trolanje.

Kolega Exiled, pa vidjeli smo koliko dobra donosi konstantno rotiranje trenera u npr. nogometu Mijenjaš i nadaš se da ćeš konačno naći čovjeka kojega momčad neće bušiti.

Je, "naši" su najbolji primjer za to kak stvari ispadnu s tim izmjenama ko na traci.

Ovi u Intelu su uz trenere, usput kroz godine ostali i bez prve momčadi.

Ispravljeno, dogodio se brain fart


Budućnost Intela zaista leži u 18A tvornicama, ako opet bude fail kao s 10nm ili ne dogovore s jakom igračima (šuška se da Nvidia razmatra 18A za next-gen grafičke) da proizvode u njihovim tvornicama... game over

Zajeb (za Intel) je u činjenici da TSMC već sljedeći mjesec započinje s 2nm proizvodnjom, dok u Intelu još uvijek samo pričaju o 18A koji je kao direktna konkurencija za TSMC-ov 2nm proces.

Apple's custom chip for 2026's iPhone 18 will be made on TSMC's 2nm process. It's further claimed that TSMC's 2nm trial yields hover between 60-70%, which is incredible as it goes to show the Taiwanese corporation is ready to hit the ground running. Apple has typically opted for TSMC to make its chips and it's unlikely that it would have gone Samsung Foundry's way to get its next-generation custom mobile chip made. However, Apple locking in production capacity at TSMC so far out is a vote of confidence that other chipmakers will most certainly take note of.
I ajmo reći da se na neku foru obestini sve kaj Intel obećava za 18A, pa nVidia uz Broadcom i AMD naruči vagone i vagone, ali se Intel usere (1 - 2), jer nemaju kapaciteta.

Iskreno, sve kaj u Intelu najavljuju bi bilo puno lakše shvatiti ozbiljno da proteklih deset godina nisu lagali (1 - 2 - 3) sami sebe i u hodu izmišljali toplu vodu.
