Pomoću Geminija sam kao test pokušao napraviti jednu app u Pythonu, čisto da vidim mogućnosti. Među tisuću kratkih sličnih videa na disku sam htio naći one na engleskom i prebaciti ih u jedan folder. Nakon relativno duge konverzacije s Geminijem i testiranjima, nisam uspio dobiti dobar rezultat vrijedan truda, ali mogu pohvaliti razumijevanje problematike i davanje prijedloga od njegove strane, šteta što kôd nije tako dobar da uspije sa 100% točnosti prepoznati engleski. Govor je u svim videima jasan i bez pozadinskih šumova. Na kraju sam to sve ručno odradio i manje vremena izgubio nego sa Geminijem.

Idem vidjeti ove ostale predložene, ali Copilot je par levela ispod Geminija, taj nije u stanju napraviti ni sliku kakvu želim, a ne nešto isprogramirati. Hvala svima.

Sloziti nešto gdje uzme prvih 30sec "zvuka" spremi u memoriju i proslijedi na skriptu koliko vidim u dokumentaciji ima opcija da ti detektira jezik, ja bi umjesto premještanje napravio da upise u propertiese pa ti lako onda slozis redom i iskopiras.

Ekipa koja se boji posla bi trebala obratit više pažnje na ove stvari, pogledat to iz nekog drugog kuta i to iskoristit za sebe ali heeeeej, pa treba malo i promisliti šta to može biti korak dalje.
Korak dalje je svijet kojeg krasi "post truth" pridjev, jer sve digitalno je (za pretpostaviti) fake, dočim su svi autori (čiji su radovi de facto pokradeni) su temeljito destimulirani od daljnjeg autorskog rada.

Ja sam se pobrinuo, kada odem dva metra pod zemlju, meni ce aktivnost na FB biti ista i bez AI. Nece biti novih postova kao sto ih ni sada nema.

Over 80% of companies report no productivity gains from AI so far despite billions in investment

The survey, published by the National Bureau of Economic Research (h/t Fortune), reveals the disparity between expectation and reality. While 70% of the businesses questioned were actively using AI, over 80% of them report no impact on company productivity or on employment. That’s despite a belief among the majority of those questioned that AI will boost productivity by 1.4%, reduce headcount by 0.7%, and increase output by 0.8% over the next three years. Among the executives themselves, a third of those surveyed reported using AI in the workplace, but the usage amounted to only 1.5 hours per week on average. A quarter of those surveyed didn’t use AI at all – at least, not yet.

Regardless, AI is continuing to prove to be an epoch-making disruptive technology that the executive class has firmly embraced, with AI firms capturing 61% of global venture capital investment in 2025, totalling $258.7 billion. Meanwhile, companies like Microsoft continue to go all-in on AI, with Microsoft's AI boss believing the technology can replace all white-collar jobs within 18 months. The contradiction – and optimism – among execs proves that AI in the workplace is firmly entrenched, but only time will tell as to whether it has the positive impact that they, and the economy on the whole, will be hoping for.

^^^ da budemo pošteni, mislim da takvi takvom rezultatu ipak trebaju zahvaliti svojem inherentno neefikasnom poslovanju. Ponekada (=gotovo uvijek) se čini kao da ljudi toliko zaglave u svojim etabliranim načinima da bez obzira na sve vanjske podražaje nemaju namjeru ništa mijenjati i općenito svim promjenama pružaju maksimalan otpor, koliko da ide.

Ne vidim da tu "AI" može išta promijeniti.

Uopće ne sumnjam da je većina tih ispitanika uvela AI, jer se o tome sad non-stop priča kao svojevremeno o blockchain + crypto tehnologijama i onda su ovi prilikom pokušaja implementacije zapeli na poglavlju "što točno će nam AI pomoći odraditi", a kak god se okrene i dalje se pošto-poto forsira eJaJ u nadi da se isplati.

Tako je, jedno je instalacija, drugo je korištenje. Što ne znači kako "AI" sam po sebi ne valja.

Evo jedan primjer iz prve ruke: u bivšoj firmi sam još u davno predpandemijsko vrijeme trošio cca 2 sata tjedno samo na vođenje sati rada za tekući tjedan. Oko 14:00 petkom bih se krenuo baviti tim sranjem i poručio drugima da se ponašaju kao da me nema, jer me nema.

Nakon jedne godine tog ručnog rada (gdje je trebalo pregledati više desetaka ticketa i pozbrajati sve vremenske intervale pa onda to sve klasificirati, naravno ručno, na više stotina raznih time kodova) puko mi je film i napravio sam jednu skriptu koja je povezivala više strana:
1. issue tracker je imao mogućnost vođenja sati po ticketu, ali nije tada nudio neke ozbiljne opcije pregleda intervala
2. podjela sati prema raznim product designacijama
3. mapiranje navedenih designacija na time kodove
4. sumiranje i ubacivanje sati rada po time kodovima u za to predviđeni spreadsheet.

Mukotrpna radnja od 2-2.5 sata tjedno se pretvorila u poslić od cca 5 minuta, što je uključivalo i kontrolu pogreške. Maltene stisnem jedan gumb, odvrti mi query u pozadini i dohvati json, izbaci mi grešku ako nešto nije mapirano i na kraju bih imao za napraviti copy/paste u spreadsheet. Lagano. Čak sam imao export/import opciju za mapiranje. Stavio sam skriptu na vidljivo mjesto sa uputama kako koristiti i početnom konfiguracijom (mapiranjem).

I sada razlog zašto ovo pišem i da skratim priču...
... iako se par godina (a rečeno mi je i više godina prije nego sam došao tamo) pričalo o tome da im treba neki sistem za vođenje sati
... iako sam mjerodavnim organima prezentirao to svoje rješenje jednom
... pa drugi put, pa sam im krcao oko toga pošto su me nervirali (obostrano *ebanje u mozak)

Ništa, baš ništa nitko nije poduzeo. Svi su nastavili voditi sate ručno, čak i oni koji su radili intenzivno s predmetnim issue trackerom. Dok je bilo i puno onih koji su faktički morali koristiti issue tracker, ali naravno bili su prepametni, i to njima nije trebalo. To je druga tužna priča.

I sada, kako takvom mentalnom sklopu bilo koji alat može pomoći? Možeš ih prisiliti da nešto promijene jedino ako im oduzmeš jedan alat i dadneš drugi, onda nemaju izbora. Ali ako kažeš "evo, daj da ti smanjim 90% kilkova, treba mi 5 minuta da ti objasnim" ništa, nula, cvrčci. Takvo je makar moje iskustvo, možda sam bio izrazito nesretne ruke.

Tako je, jedno je instalacija, drugo je korištenje. Što ne znači kako "AI" sam po sebi ne valja.
AI kao i svako tehnološko rješenje koje smo dosad osmislili da nam pomogne i poboljša svakodnevni život je itekak vredu, ali nažalost mi (kao društvo) po dobrom starom običaju sve to izokrenemo naglavačke. Način na koji se eJaJ sad gura u sve pore društva, najbolje pokazuju one nedavne skupo plaćene Super Bowl reklame, gdje baš kao i za kripto prije koju godinu, nitko od njih nema pojma čemu to točno služi.

Naravno da ce isplatiti, tko prvi razvije AI na nekoj razini da moze zamjeniti gomilu ljudskih poslova ce zapravo biti predsjednik cjelog planeta ili ce neka od danasnjih drzava koje vode u tom polju biti sef svima.
Neki dan pogledao film Mercy (2026), osrednji film ali ipak na dobrom tragu.., koliko smo realno daleko od takve primjene AI? Ili malo konkretnije, da sam vlasnik tvornice za proizvodnju bilo cega sa 200 ljudi koji rade,
ako bi netko izmislio AI na razini da moze upravljati proizvodnjom i zamjeniti 150 radnika, koji vlasnik tvornice nebi to rado masno platio?

Druga industrijska revolucija - pokretna traka nije obogatila radnike niti im je bilo bolje...

Društveni ili socijalni razvoj ne prati tehnološki razvoj. Ne da ga ne prati, nego ide prividno u suprotnom smjeru. Uvođenje interneta je mnogima kompromitiralo mentalno zdravlje a "AI" ih bude zatukao do kraja.

Što se tiče zamjene radnika, po meni to nije toliki problem koliko udaljavanje ljudi od mogućnosti proizvodnje. Što samo po sebi ne mora biti tako strašno jer to od najvažnijih stvari teško mogu odvojiti (victory gardens, npr) ali u kombinaciji s prije navedenim efektima po mentalno zdravlje može biti katastrofalno.

Usudi li se itko ovdje predvidjeti što bi bilo s općom populacijom da ih odvojiš od mobitela i interneta? I, sukladno tome, na što bi sve isti ti bili spremni da to spriječe.
