Još malo ... Altman stoji na poklopcu s(k)eptičke jame zvane OpenAI i govna ga lagano odižu svako malo. Netko će 99.99% preuzeti kompaniju unutar godinu dana, samo je pitanje tko. Lik (da ne kažem ljigavac) se slizao sa svima.

Brzo ce se to vratit na normalu,zauzeli su svu proizvodnju za 26/27 a nikakove zarade nema i opravdanja za daljne pumpanje i ulaganje pa cak je kožnata jakna rekla ne.

They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. Da, fantastični best buy. Polovicom 2023. sam kupio 128GB kit DDR4 3600 za 50€ više.
Jefitinije se "upgrejdat" na 10+ g. star Xeon s DDR3.

Updejt... stigla memorija.

konfiguracija je:

Instalirano je svih 4keksa.... i očekivano nije radilo na XMP postavkama (6000 / CL28)

CPU SA: 1.20 V
CPU VDDQ: 1.25 V

Šta mislite da li je to ok, ili bi se moglo probati neke druge postavke?

Ja sam zadovoljan, jer mi treba radni stroj za posao - obradu point cloud-a, a i ChatGPT kaže da je to očekivano s obzirom da se radi o 4 pločice

Mator sam i nikad se do sada se nisam ovoliko nagnjavio da natjeram memoriju da radi... pa čisto da provjerim da li sam nešto zeznuo ili je ovo očekivano.

Ne postoji jeftina kineska memorija - niti će postojati.
Ovi klauni po youtubu uporno snimaju klikbejt videa kako će kinezi spasiti potrošače sa jeftinim ramom iako ovi doslovno nigdje nisu rekli da im je poslovni model krajnji potrošač.

CXMT i YMTC imaju podršku kineske vlade i mnogih domaćih ulagača, a sve kako bi se zadovoljila potreba u segmentu data centara, AI-a, servera... (HBM3).
Sve su to javni podaci i izjave iz tih kompanije, njima su nekakvi PC consumeri i gejmeri zadnja rupa na sviralu, nikada im ni nisu bili u fokusu.
Automobilska industrija je također u velikom uzletu u Kini i tu nikad dosta rama.

Tako da ne znam odakle stalno neke besmislene prognoze o jeftinim ramovima iz Kine.
To nikada nije bilo, a koliko vidim, trenutno su skuplji i od velike trojke, lol:

Nemoj se srditi, jer se australski Steve na sve to osvrće u svojem videu kojem je zapravo jedina svrha bilo testiranje i potvrda da je ta memorija podjednako dobra ko i ove od većih proizvođača. Osim toga, u nekoliko navrata smo diljem teme kometirali da se cijene više nikad ne budu vratile na ono stanje otprije tri-četiri mjeseca, te da ove nestašice i sulude cijene nemaju namjeru prestati do barem 2030., posebice kad se iz dana u dan dodatno odgađaju sve moguće pizdarije u korist AI zarade.

Pa gle, ako netko stavi naslov videa: 'is this the solution to crazy ddr5 prices', onda to znači da će nam on sad objasniti kako postoji jeftinija alternativa - a ne postoji.
I trenutno ne postoji 'solution' za ram osim da ga platiš skupo.
Stvarno mi se gade ti youtuberi i takvim ne treba dati 1 min. svog vremena.

Namjerno to rade, zbog YouTube algoritma, zato se pogleda video od početka do kraja, jer naslov i thumbnail su sami sebi svrha i to nažalost ne budu prestali raditi, dokle god YouTube diktira i nameće svoju volju. Kaj se RAM situacije tiče, naveliko već proizvođači peru ruke od svega kaj nije AI, do te mjere da čak i kad nofci nisu problem, jednostavno nema, tj. začas ne bude ničega za kupiti, jer ovima je bitna samo AI zarada dok unaprijed rasprodaju kapacitete koje (još) nemaju.

I ovdje je bilo lijepo vrijeme, jučer i danas. Nakon katastrofe u subotu. Proveo sam 2 sata po šumarcima, svojim uobičajenim putovima, i mogu reći da tamo nema RAM nestašice. Nestašica je flore i faune, što me žalosti više od ovih umjetnih sranja.
