Na stranu održivost, ali koji su točno benefiti sve te potrošene energije? Pogotovo kad se uzme u obzir da ovi traže 10x struje nego što sad mogu dobiti? Bit će više AI slopa na youtubu? Bit će više sklopljenih brakova sa chat gptom? LLM-i će više ljudi pozvat da se podvrgnu samoubojstvu? Što točno će "AI" moć sa 10 puta više potrošene energije a da sad to ne može?

Ocekuju ogromnu potraznju koja nikako da se materijalizira u vidu prihoda.
Inace nema svjetske sile koja smanjuje potrosnju energije, vidimo kako to u eu funkcionira i to je recept za stagnaciju.

Na stranu održivost, ali koji su točno benefiti sve te potrošene energije?

Vec sada generacije ljudi ne mogu provesti dan, ili bilo sta uraditi, bez AI podrske.





Mislim da se voze na tipicno startup principu: Ponudi platformu free. Kada ljudi postanu ovisni, uvedi pretplatu i pregazi sve zivo sa reklamama.

Mislim da nas ocekuje isto sa AI. Kada budes trazio preporuku za stolicu i svoja slomljena ledga, chatGPT ce ti predloziti model kloji reklamira. Isti princip je i alexa koja ti nudi proizvode sa amazona.

Jedino sto moze zaustaviti masovni rast jeste da ljudima dosadi kao 3D televizori, VR kao mainstream koji to nikada nije bio, itd itd. Pa da AI ostane kao alat u firmama, alat koji ce koristiti developeri, audio, filmska i gaming inudtrija ili sta vec.

Poanta priče je ipak u kapacitetu. Tih ovisnika ima, ne kažem da ih nema, pitanje je samo koliko ih je odnosno kakve su projekcije koliko će novih biti u budućnosti, da se zadovolje projicirani kapaciteti. Koji su po meni ne x10 nego barem x100.

Što se tiče potražnje ja aktivno gasim i bojkotiram bilo kakav AI content ili feature. A vjerujem da nisam jedini. Al isto s druge strane znam nekoliko ljudi koliko su toliko nahypeani na AI do razine da sam se prestao družiti s njima jer oni ne mogu razgovarati o ničem drugom. Go figure.

U mojim očima IT svijet je sasvim poludio. Ali uskoro ćemo vidjeti, ostavljam opciju otvorenu da sam ja jednostavno došao u godine da mozak odbija novi tech, nešto kao boomeri u prethodnoj generaciji

IT je definitivno poludio, što se mene tiče. Treba jasno napraviti razliku između "novog i korisnog" i "novog". Gura se novo kako bi se pojedinci mogli istaknuti, na štetu budala koje bi to njihovo novo trebali koristiti.

Što se tiče odbijanja korištenja, ne znam koliko sam već puta odbio guglo u pokušajima da mi nametne to svoje AI sranje. Jednom sam slučajno i prihvatio, doduše. To im je možda taktika, ako pitaš dovoljno puta budu se ljudi koji put i zajebali.

Da li sam ja lud, ili su kvaliteta pretrage u zadnje vrijeme čini lošija? Ako tražiš nešto čega nema po indeksima, guglo ti nema što pokazati. Ali "AI" može uvijek nešto sklepati na brzinu. Samo je pitanje što su sve iskeširali.

The tech industry needs to move "beyond the arguments of slop vs sophistication" and develop a new "theory of the mind" that accounts for humans now equipped with "cognitive amplifier tools," Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella wrote in a year-end reflection blog. The post frames 2026 as yet another "pivotal year for AI" -- but one that "feels different in a few notable ways." Nadella claims the industry has moved past the initial discovery phase and is now "beginning to distinguish between 'spectacle' and 'substance.'" He argues for evolving beyond Steve Jobs' famous "bicycles for the mind" framing, positioning AI instead as "scaffolding" for human potential rather than a substitute.

"We will evolve from models to systems when it comes to deploying AI for real world impact," Nadella writes, adding that these systems must consider their societal impact on people and the planet. "For AI to have societal permission it must have real world eval impact."

Super mi je da mi nađe grešku u skripti ili optimizira za brzi rad, ili pak da mi da neki insight iz znanstvenih radova koji možda nisam uočio, i tu i tam da provjeri isključivo pravopis i gramatiku prije nek šaljem rad na recenziju. Eventualno brzo pretraživanje iskustva ljudi s foruma, ali to mi je nekako ljepše u miru, solo odraditi.
Ili fora mi je da mi tjedne treninge za biciklizam slozi, za ostalo mi zbilja ne treba i ne vidim smisao. Googlati znam i sam.

Koji tool koristis za provjeru gramatike i pravopisa? Najezim se kad mi chatgpt krene odgovarati na nekakvom miksu srpskog i hrvatskog pa mi nikad nije palo na pamet pitati ga ista o gramatici

Vrijeme je da "AI" krene brisati vlastitu gu*icu te da realni troškovi postanu dio poslovnog modela. Ako to mogu preživjeti, super, neka ih.
