ideš u Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center -> Manage Network Connections -> desni klik na Wireless Network Connection -> Properties

tu makneš kvačicu sa Internet Protocol version 6

na Internet Protocol version 4 ostaviš kvačicu, ali dvoklik na njega da ga otvoris

i onda ukucas:
IP adress: 192.168.1.x -> prve tri brojke idu isto ko na IP adresi od routera, samo zadnju promjenis
subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
default gateway: IP adresa od routera ide, pretpostavljam 192.168.1.1

i DNS-ove dolje ukucas koji jesu od tvog ISP-a, imas ih ovdje
