S obzirom da neznam jel uopće moguće pokrenit u PowerDVD-u Mkv File jel ima neki drugi softver koji bi to mogao odradit a da podržava UVD
(s obzirom da je ovo krenilo u drugom smijeru,možda bi bilo pametno otvorit temu na ovo pitanje i prebacit sav OT u nju)

Only way i could get it to work so far is in mpc.
Install avivo codecs/drivers (it is separate from the catalyst install)
DL Media player classic.
Install PowerDvd 7
In mpc under external codecx, install the pdvd7 h264 codec, have it preferred.
This was the only way for me to playback 1080p mkv files on my setup with the ati2400.
