pogledajte u dokumentaciju od modema. pod extra settings valja upisati setting koji određuje glasnoću. npr:
većini je M0=mute M1=silent M2=loud itd...

ne obazirite se na ovo kaj je kod mene upisano... to samo ubrzava biranje broja. to mi je prije par godina pokazao Costa. hvala majstore.
