Infineon 3.6, 3.3, and 3.0ns - Considered to be the slowest ram types, the nanosecond speed rule is nearly set in stone here. All of these ram chips will be hard pressed to reach speeds above their ratings (277, 300, and 333 mhz.) The good feature of them is that they produce very little heat and do not require ramsinks at most overclocked speeds.
