You have a card running its memory at 864 MHz. 864 MHz! Where do they come with this? The 2.0 ns Samsung chips are severely underclocked as they are rated to do 1000 MHz. So after a few minutes of experimenting I was benching away at 465/1000 without any artifacts. Not bad for a card with a runs at 425/864. HIS Excalibur showing good overclocks yet again.
And with the Catalyst 4.11 Beta drivers, 3DMark05 was 3328. Very nice.

As with the other HIS Excalibur card I tested the card is highly overclockable. With the 110 nm manufacturing process and 40 million less transistors the card goes really get hot enough to require any fancy cooling. But, it includes what I recon is a good fan and its quiet as well. Also the GDDR3 memory doesn’t get that hot, but HIS have included heat sinks as well.
