Upravo to, sve više i više toga postaje closed source i zaključano. Google forsira svoja smeća od aplikacija kao što to radi Microsoft u Windowsima. Android kao takav je open source, ali što nam to vrijedi kad je bootloader closed source, modem firmware i drugi firmwarei također, hrpa Google aplikacija bez kojih većina radi komocije ne može ili ne zna staviti zamjenu (GMS, Play Store), zatim forsiranje permissiona od strane Googlea čime su mnogim open source aplikacijama ograničili funkcije itd. Danas kupiš moderan mobitel pa si s njim kao podstanar, imaš sve, a ne smiješ ništa i nikad ne znaš što "gazda" gleda i što može napraviti. A tek entertainment u autima, tj. sad je već puno više i gore od entertainmenta, bolje da ne idemo dalje.

This does not mean that Google is making Android a closed-source platform, but rather that the open-source aspect will only be released when a new branch is released to AOSP with those changes, including when new full versions or maintenance releases are finished.
In the end, users of Android almost certainly won’t see any changes from this new structure. App developers will also likely be unaffected. The biggest impact may be on the tidbits caught from AOSP that make their way into the public eye, such as the recent appearance of “Pixel 10” in an AOSP commit. That may be for the best, as those small tidbits can often be misconstrued or overhyped, leading to confusion later on.
